They lady rushed through my pedicure and manicure. I didn’t feel welcomed. I got the wax on my hands after my manicure and the lady waSTED Iit all over my jacket AND THE FLOOR and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. it was hers because she was rushing the entire time. This was my second time going here. The first time the service was exceptional. She took her time on my pedicure but she didn’t make feel welcomed as well. I though I’d give it another try because how good the First Lady was on my toes. HORRIBLE DECISION I AM NEVER COMING BACK. MY PAINT JOB ON MY TOES IS HORRIBLE.

The women in the shop are very rude and nasty will have you waiting and someone else will just come in and they will do their set before you’re after you done waited 30 minutes omg they just have poor customer service.

Despite how busy they are or about to close , they take their time to do your nails. I use to go to another nail spa and they always made me feel like they were talking about me (which I know they were literally) but here they dont make me feel awkward. I love how my powered dipped nails came out , she did such a great job! The price is a tad bit higher by a few bucks BUT they are worth it and great customer service! Thank you! Im one happy customer from now on!

I went to this place for the first time today after I got off work which was around 5 o clock. I was only going to get them to take of the powder dip I already had on my nails but then I decided to try out their service to see what kind of job they would do so I got the powder dip again but a different color. There was one other person in front of me waiting. The wait was a bit long for me but after all was said and done, I could see why the wait took so long. A different lady took my old polish off than the one who actually did the new nails. Both took their time, didn’t rush and seemed very patient. The atmosphere was friendly even the interactions among other customers in the salon. I was happy to have Sophia do my nails especially admiring what a fine job she did on the customer before me sitting next to me. A negative is the price is too high however I am happy with my nails and I think both ladies working on me did a great job.

I got a pedi by Tina. I love her work! She puts the time and care for you. Make sure you tip her ladies and gents. This is not easy work.

Please do not come to this nail salon, I got nail fungus after coming to this location. I recently moved to Arlington and it’s right down the street from my house so I thought I would give it a shot since it had great reviews. Bad decision smh!!! Please steer clear!!!!

Very nice, clean and spacious! I have been coming here for 5yrs now! I cant go anywhere else, I always feel like Im cheating on Flower if I try to go somewhere else. Im very simple when it come to my nails and Flower always make sure my nails are the best, she takes her time to shape and perfect my nails everytime.

I recently moved to Arlington and l was looking for a new place to do my gel colors for my nails. I love using gel nail color as that will last for about 3 to 4 weeks. I decided to try this salon a week ago, the experience itself was good. Until this week the color start peeling of all my nails! I havent been doing anything weird with my hands or nails. With the previous salon that I went for years in an other city this NEVER happened before and my gel color nails lasted up to 3 to 4 weeks. So I decided to go back to the salon as I also pay extra for gel color and its suppose to last much longer than a week! This lady (one of the staff) start accusing me that I came in longer than a week ago (wow really) and she wasnt happy about what I was explaining to her and started defending it with what ever she could come up with and not apologizing or trying to find a solution. I am a businessowner myself in cooperate events and when one of your services went wrong (which can happen sometimes), you will fix it.I wont be coming back here with this way of provinding services and the quality.

Unpleasant experience...I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait to get a nail repair when the place wasn’t busy at all. Patrons were at the booths getting services rendered but no one else was waiting to be seen. There is no way that the wait would have been that long. She saw that I only needed a nail repair and made it evident that this was obviously not a service she wanted to do because she wouldn’t make a lot of money from it, and therefore elected to not provide me with the same amount of consideration and attention as someone getting a higher priced service. Definitely a feeling of preferential treatment. And this isn’t the 1st time I’ve tried to go there and felt pushed away due to attitude and an unprofessional experience but decided to give them the benefit of a doubt...wrong decision!My coworkers have had some of the same sentiments about this business on previous visits. I will not be patronizing them ever again.

The nail salon staff is very accommodating and they do a great job. The salon is very clean. There isnt normally a wait and they are fast.

I tried them bc of the reviews and the shop is clean &nice. Everyone there was kind. However, I got a brand new set a few days ago and 3 nails have already broken off, the shapes are different on each nail and the paint is already chipping. It took almost 30 minutes to fix just one nail, then a couple days later more are breaking. I work from home, I dont do hard labor so theres no reason my nails should look this bad. One nail came off just from taking my keys out of my purse. I wont return unfortunately; Im just going to take them all off and find somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this same salon for 4 years. They do decent nails but the wait is RIDICULOUS. Today I went around 1130, expecting them to be busy, and they asked that I come back around 4. I do so, and they tell me that they are still busy and to come back tomorrow. They do this all of the time, even when you set an appointment. Sooooooooo, unfortunately today will be my last attempt at coming to this location. :(

Visiting Arlington and stopped in for a French mani and a pedi. They did a wonderful job and asked me what I wanted and the service was $43. I spend $55 or more at my regular salon.

I like it but hate how they do appts. Im sitting here waiting to get my nails done and they booking people to go ahead of me. I had to wait 30 minutes to get my nails done after my pedicure because they told other people on the phone to come. So upset!!! Livid!
