Spent a long time reading reviews of places. Switched to 3 different chairs before finishing nails. Nails were all bubbly and separated from nail bed before even left. Refused to pay and they took nails off. 3 and a half hours later we are finally leaving. DO NOT GO HERE!! Save your money and save your day! I promise!

I would never wish this place on my worst enemy. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails and what I received was something my 4 year old niece could do. The tips were placed and not attached to my real nail with gobs of super glue. I stated I would not pay for such a terrible quality service and they said they would need to be removed. During removal, the super sweet technician removing them told me my real nails were ruined and the super glue holding the edges of the nails on was still wet and gooey. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

The service is terrible. my mother and i scheduled an appointment at 2:30 and aren’t even noticed for at least and hour and this has happened every time we come. they over book themselves and only have about two people working for over six costumers. they switch between clients ever five minutes and do not give the best quality for manicures.

Horrible job. They focus on quantity and speed ZERO CUSTOMER CARE OR SATISFACTION. I paid for dip mails and the are just clumped up even after correcting them. I left I didnt want to deal with them anymore

First time here. Waited 45 after appointment Water cold in pedicure tub. Did fast pedicure barely any scrubbing or rubbing. Little conversation and felt rushed. Man working was super impatient with my daughter. Only 2 people working. Looks like they reuse toe dividers and foot scrubbers. Gross. Will never come here again.

Hands down worse nail service ever!!! Tore up my cuticles. Had to ask several times to actually shape my nails. Let me sitting under a fan forever to dry the powder. Never had to do that before. Nails look awful!! Just go somewhere else!

Went to get acrylics yesterday for my birthday, and they as soon as i got home the paint on my nails chipped. the clear coat wasn’t put on correctly. The color I picked wasn’t even right. wouldn’t suggest going there unless you want to feel rushed and waste money.

The ladies there were rude and not helpful. They rushed through and the mails looked crooked and the pedicure was at best a two. My 10 yr old could of done a better job.

I have always enjoyed coming here. I brought my daughter with me for the first time and they really gave her the full treatment. She felt like a rockstar with her amazing nails and cute little design.

Very nice, and clean! They have all the precautions up and in place for Covid-19. I felt very relaxed and my nails are amazing. Honestly, this is going to be my new nail salon.

Walked in and was able to start right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the salon was very clean and was clearly following Covid guidelines. I had a general idea of what I wanted going in and I am so happy with how it turned out! I will definitely be returning.

Expensive $30 basic pedicure too. It was rushed. The lady who started wasnt very friendly and kept jabbing me with her sharp nails. The gentleman who took over was nice. But still. I spent 16 minutes waiting for my toes to dry. My pedi itself lasted not even 15 min. I havent been to Cicis in years. The quality of pedicures have gone way down and the price went up. Go to Kimberly Nail Salon. They do awesome pedicures starting at $25 and they take their time. I had the day off and Cicis was open. Should have waited to go to KNS.

After 4 days my gel color was cracking and peeling at the edges. I called to come in and get it fixed and they told me to come in. I came in the following Saturday and she said she would fix it this time but not again. I did not pay $45 to have gel nails that looked good for 3 days!! She fixed and them and it still looks terrible. On top of that neither of the women here speak English so communication is difficult. Ill never go back.

I got dip powder and they started chipping 4 days later and the lady that did my nails started off with a great attitude but when she had to fix her mess up she became rude.

I love each and every time I come here. I come here to get me time and relax. The receptionist is friendly, bubbly and very attentive! The atmosphere is very inviting as if they have known you forever and the place never wreaks of harsh chemical smells. I have never had a bad experience and would recommend checking them out to see for yourself!!!!,,

This is the worst salon Ive ever been to. The salon is clean and beautiful but they do not do a good job at all. I paid $85 and my nails look horrible! I will never go back.

An absolutely great experience at this place. My daughter and I had the deluxe pedicure. It was VERY relaxing and the people did a wonderful job. They were super nice and friendly. The atmosphere is SO nice. Very clean, pretty, relaxing and professional. Even the music they play is beautiful and relaxing! I will definitely be back.

I wish I could give them 6 or 7 stars. Ive kept coming back because of the quality and professionalism of their work. Although theyre busy, they never rush to finish with the customer. They dont have nail salon smell. Its clean and so relaxing here. The staff are sweet and talented. My pedicure was excellent from start to finish. Cleaned up cuticles, smooth soles and heels with a beautiful, creative design I felt so pampered and will never go any where else.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE CiCi Nails !!! They do such a beautiful job. Everyone is always so nice and the atmosphere is great too. So helpful and patient! Any time I am home from school I make sure to go! Its so hard to find a nail salon that does as good of a job as they do here. The quality of service is phenomenal and who doesnt want that?

Im a Licensed Esthetician so cleanliness and sterilization are very important to me as well as quality. Ci Ci Nails one of the best studios Ive been to in years. After my pedicure, I went to the nail bar for my manicure and saw them fallow proper sanitation protocol on the pedicure tub. If I had to criticize anything about my service it would be to use more hot towels; for example, one hot towel per hand and foot instead of trying to fit both hands or feet in one small towel. I will defiantly come back and have already recommended this place to my friends and customers

Very friendly staff that worked super fast when I told them I was on my lunch break. They did an amazing design with shellac and I got so many compliments! The only confusion is the entrance is actually around back where there is a ton of parking but the GPS takes you to the front door off of the main street. Will for sure go again.

Im not from Appleton but used to love coming here to get Pedicures when I was in Appleton. It had been a while ... but what a change! I wont bother going back again. My pedicure lasted 15 minutes tops and the only customers in the salon were me and the person I came with!! Half the stuff she barely did. One coat polish ... no base or top coat. Never said 2 words to me. I sat under the dryer 20 minutes to dry my nails and when the timer went off she didnt even acknowledged me ... not because she was busy with other customers - she was busy video chatting with someone on her laptop. I had already paid up front so I just walked out. So disappointing!!

Me & my cousins came here to get our nails done. We were the first customers that was there as soon as they opened. My cousin paid for her and my nails, the total came to 75.00 and my cousin gave 90. The tech only gave her a 5 dollar bill when her change should’ve been 15 dollars. My cousin calmly tried to explain that she was shorted on her change. The nail tech start yelling , throwing the money & threatened my cousin. The nail tech started throwing stuff at us and yelling we couldn’t even explain the situation because she was automatically angry. She is a thief

I finally found my go to nail salon!!! The owner and staff are always friendly and polite. They pay attention to the little details so my gel can last long and doesnt chip or anything. Never disappointed like a lot of other nail salons. I cant wait for my next appointment.

Very polite gentleman working while I went and good customer service. The women working was not as pleasant, she did my daughters nails very quickly and did not put a lot of effort into it. She did the wrong color and also had a hard time managing the amount of people she said she could get in. I got a pedicure and they did not use new tools or clean any products. I got my pedicure on Friday with gel and already chipping on Saturday. Will not be going again. If you want a clean place to get your nails done I would not recommend it here

Staff is friendly but I do not recommend dip nails at all here. The clear coat on mine started chipping the same day I got them done and peeling off. They also messed up a simple design on my daughters nail as well.

Last week, I have been waiting to get my nails done. While I waited, there were numerous times where other customers walked-in and were helped before I was. I waited over forty-five minutes before I actually got my nails done, which were rushed because it was about half an hour after it closes. I’ll take my business elsewhere, somewhere where I’m valued as a customer.

Came in as a walk-in and they were able to accommodate me then and there. These women are friendly, attentive and do such a good job. Excellent service and Im always happy with my nails!

Overall bad experience and did a horrible job. I will be taking them off as soon as possible. First off, they said 2 words to me the entire time. I got shellac. Didnt ask if I wanted my nails cut down, they cut half of them down, so lengths arent even. Applied 4 coats of color so they are ridiculously thick, bubbled and have rough spots. They were pieces of lint that they just painted over and that you can see. No cuticle oil and lotion that didnt even make it to my hands, so my nails are horribly dry. First time there and I wont be going back.

I took my lady there for her birthday to get a full pedicure/manicure and she loved it, plus we werent there for long.They greeted us and took care of us right away.Friendly employees and services.Now this place is my ladys new favorite salon.Enjoy and spread the word about cici nails :)

Nails were way to long, asked to shorten them and she just looked back at me and started talking a language I couldnt understand. I finished and paid. Didnt even make it home and could not stand the length and thickness of the gel acrylics. Turned around and asked for them to shorten them again. I had to wait 15-20 minutes. She shortened 6 of my 10 nails. Now Im stuck with uneven nail length and 2 of them already chipped. All within the same day. Wont be going back. Not worth the 40 bucks

Absolutely an amazing place!! I got the super deluxe and it smelt like a dreammmm! And I also got the dip and they didn’t over dip it at all like the other places. Absolutely recommend!!

They had to redo my polish 3 times, and then tried to steal my money by not giving me back my change. When confronted started screaming and throwing things trying to keep my money. Owner had to reimburse.

They did a horrible job on my acrylics. First off, the women who put the acrylics on got the plastic parts superglued one to her hand and took five minutes to get it off. then once I switched to the other lady, she put the polish on very thin and painted on my skin and did not remove it when asked. She then bumped my friends finger and put a little ripple of paint on her nail. Would never recommend this horrid place. Prices are too cheap to be good.

I was very very disappointed in the service here. I had called and made an appointment for three of us. They only had two people working and we had to wait over 30 minutes for even the first person to get started!!! I decided not to get my toes done because I did not want to sit there and wait longer. I will not return.

When I moved to Appleton from IL I went to almost every nail salon in the city trying to find one that did my nails how My old nail guy did them. Fast and how I like them. About 5 months ago I tried Cicis nails and was beyond happy I finally found My new nail salon the lady who did/does my nails gets them done within 30 minutes and exactly how I like them! I absolutely love this place. It is the only nail Salon in Appleton I will go too! I am a regular now :) cant wait to go get feet done tomorrow. Id highly recommend (& I do) them to anyone who ask ❤️❤️❤️& my nickname is Cici so thats a weird Coincidence 😆

Been here twice now. Once while I was pregnant and it was an okay experience...however today I went to get a set of acrylics off and the lady that did them proceeded to not just rip the acrylic nail off but my entire natural nail right down to the nail bed on a few. Then I wanted some painted to protect them from all the chemicals I work with... After specifying I didnt want just one painted because it was the worst of the nails she ripped off she continued to put a base coat on it and it HURT SO BAD! Needless to say she was polite enough to only charge me for the nail removal but at the same time the polish job she did was terrible-lets just say I could paint my fingernails better than this holding the polish brush between my toes. Absolutely horrified to ever get my nails done again.

Had an overall good experience, but every color I picked was empty. The paraffin dip at the end was a nice suprise!

Ive gone 5 times this year & everyone has been friendly & professional to me. They have been particularly special with my 91 year old mother who has arthritis. They are open on Sundays which is a huge plus as Im a working mom with small kids.

I just went in and got a pedicure. Everything was great but after the timer went off to say my toes were dry they really were not. When I touched them they still smudged. I told them this and they sprayed something on my toes to make them dry faster then shoed me out the door. Well of course when I got home and took off my shoes all of my toes were smudged. Now I will just have to do it myself. I will never come here again.

The service was bad. The lady was rude. She forgot to put a base coat and a top coat on my right hand nails, so it looks weird. Most of the acrylics are not even and look bad. Overall, not a great place to get your nails done.

I went here the day before my wedding and wanted acrylic nails and a spa pedicure. I asked the nail tech to make the nails look different, and add some jewels. She told me she couldnt. Then I paid the extra 12 for a spa pedicure, and they didnt even do the massages and all that. MY friends who went with got better treatment and paid less,.

I went Cici nails and I will never go back again. I tried to tell the woman about a mistake painted on my toe nail. She told me to just go under drier. I wanted her to see what I was trying show on my toe nail and she began yelling at me “just go under drier I will fix.” First off I am paying you for your service at least you can here me out. Yelling at a customer who is trying to tell you something about your service is not ok. I did not say anything I just knew they would never get another dime from me. When my toes nail finally dried it was a mess. I have never had pedi that look so bad. The pant dried with creases, and no paint around cuticles. I had go to a professional salon and spa to pay nail tech $60.00 to redo pedi after I just paid Cici Nails $25.00.

Such a wonderful.The owner gave me a bottle of water. Lina ALWAYS knew what was trending in the NAIL FASHION. And also was helpful and funny. She used good products (CND , OPI ) to make my nails. I receive the beautiful mani/pedi. This salon is clean and bright.5 stars for services and Lina.

I was lucky enough to find here 5 months ago! They are very professional and treat me as a *QUEEN* :). AMAZING TOTALLY!

Called to make an appointment and asked if they did SNS nails, they said they did. Asked if they had large selection of colors. They said yes. Got there and there was like 5 colors to pick from and they didnt even do the color asked . When cleaning up the cuticle got more of my skin than my cuticle . And didnt ask what shape I wanted just did what they wanted which was complete opposite of what I wanted. Worse experience ever, never going back.

I took my mother and children their on Mothers Day and had an awful experience. Despite calling ahead and making a reservation, we had to wait nearly 20 minutes for one of us to be seated and our nail tech kept bouncing around from us to other clients. It was very busy so they were clearly rushing to get to the next client. The polish was applied with noticeable lumps and portions of the nail not covered. It was so bad I literally took it off and had to reapply my own polish as soon as I got home. It was the biggest waste of $75 and certainly wasnt the quality experience I was hoping to give my mom on Mothers day.

Well I can say that this experiance was like no other... Me and my friend went and my friend had to wait 20 minutes because they did ours at separate times when we had walked in at the same time. I had on green nail polish the week before and it kind of stained my nails you acted like it was the grossest thing you ever saw! You also forgot one cutical on my hand. You also messed up on a finger and I asked if I could get that finger redone- you said no because their was another person waiting. I watched my friend get hers done and she got a massage and all the stuff you normally get, I got my nails painted horribly... Thanks for the experiereance

Not a fan. I have gone to Ci Cis in the past for a acrylic nails and a pedi, the pedi was ok, but nothing to write home about. I went for a pedi again tonight thinking maybe it was just a one off. Nope, sure was not. Rushed in and out before the paint could even dry on my toes. Not to mention, there is paint on my skin around my toe nails. I am really disappointed because it is close to where I live, but from now on I am willing to travel a bit.I stopped getting my acrylic nails done here because they never have an even length or shape. Lessons learned.

Good place to hang pedicures

My nails are crooked and uneven and the paint job is really bad. They messed up my acrylics and now i have to get a new set. it’s bad, 3 of my friends have to get new acrylics too.

I came here last year and the lady kept pulling at skin in the crack of my nail and skin and she made me bleed. After a year I thought I would give this place a second try and the same thing happened! Talk about huge infection risk! Never will I come back here again or will I tell anyone to come here!

Horrible the lady that did my pedicure sliced my toe open then tried to act like nothing happend. On top of that the quality is horrible left with dead skin hanging off my feet and my nails look uneven. Had to wait 20 minutes for this will never go again
