Super clean, very professional, kind and friendly staff. They require masks of all customers (and workers) which is outstanding and shows their care for their clients and the community. Plus my nails look amazing. Never going anywhere else from now on!

Literally the most bang for your buck with the $45 foot treatment. Worth the trip and money! Relaxing environment that feels intimate yet open with their curiosity side curtains. Lovely menu of items to choose from when going for a pedicure. Twan was the one to take care of me and I cannot stress enough- 10/10! Will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Booked an appointment over a week ago. And wasnt informed of mask requirement until i walked in. Only one other client in there. No state mandate, but doesnt seem to be doing too good for their business because the salon down the street was packed, respected my option to mask or not and got me in 10min later.

The owner and employees are all so kind and warm! They are very attentive and do not rush. Wonderful service!! Although, my toe nail polish came off after about a week where it usually stays a month, so Im not quite sure why.

I could not be happier with this place. The family does top quality work and are very caring. They even hype your nail color before you leave. They get 10 stars.

I give 2 stars because when I called and asked SPECIFICALLY how much is for gell pedicure I was told $30 then when I arrived they said an extra $15 which came to $45 and I also asked for refill and she charged me an extra $5 for the length when I asked to make it shorter which makes no sense at all! I just got my nails done yesterday and it’s already chipped.. gell should not be chipped in less than 24 hours. That’s ridiculous to me I’m sorry. Other than this they were very sweet and they take their sweet time which is a plus they just need better communication and gell polish

They took they’re time, i called in said id be a little late they were very kind and let me still come in, they made sure i knew the price before we started, asked if i needed anything to drink, created small talk, it was a very welcoming environment everyone was chit chatting laughing and having fun, i will definitely be back as they made my experience and pleasurable as possible and gave me quality nails at an unreasonably cheap price. definitely recommend.

The nail service was alright. Got a regular manicure; paint didnt get as close to the edge, wanted a painted butterfly they have me a sticker and none of it lasted the week.. Got a massage, the room was being used as coat closet so they had to clean it out before my massage. Was fine for a one time deal but wont be going back.

Didn’t have an appt but they still took me in and - wow - what a great job they did! I’m not from here but if I was, this would be my place. They didn’t rush like other salons.

I went here today to get my first set of acrylics. I think they hooked a forever customer because the staff here were so talented and so incredibly friendly. I am over the moon on this.When I walked in, not only was I greeted by the staff, I noticed the pleasant atmosphere. The customers were all smiley and happy too, chatting up the nail techs.The nail tech who ended up working on my nails was finishing up on another customers nails so he directed me on where I could look up colors and styles. I was so indecisive but he guided me to this neutral, yet shimmery color.He was super gentle and took his time to make sure I was happy with my nails. Im ecstatic.

Me and my friend came in yesterday, by far the best experience at a nail salon we’ve ever had!! Me and her had the super deluxe package pedicures, very relaxing and did a great job! Then we both got a manicure, with quite difficult requests (id say) let’s just say our nails look amazing! And very clean and perfect. They took their time with everything to make sure everything was good! And Johnny was very good company as well! He did a great job, and was very funny and very nice, we will definitely be back to this establishment!

Paid for deluxe pedicure.. my tech got up and left another tech to finish job, but I do not recall her doing the callus removal or foot mask that was included. My daughter and I were ther for mani/pedis and it took them 3 1/2 hrs.... place was clean and neat and they really were very Covid protective.. not sure I will return..

This place and the nail stylists deserve 5 stars all the way. Great experience both times. Went there yesterday for a pedicure came back the next day for a manicure because I was so happy with my first experience (and my nails needed attention bad lol). From calling to schedule, to walking in the door and being greeted, to great pricing and not being pushed to get what I didnt want. Everyone was so friendly and considerate. Johnny is awesome and talented. They are also very good about handling the whole covid situation. I dont get my nails done often but Ill definitely come back here when I need them done again. Thank you for a great experience both times!

The people at that work at this nail salon are so nice! They make a point to learn your name and make sure you like what you are getting. Lots of color options. Both times I went I called ahead. Once I got there I didnt have to wait long before getting called back. I will definitely keep going back.

I’ve had my nails done for many years. I got gel nails at another place for the first time. When I came to sky nails, they explained the differences between the different gel options. That really helped me decide what I wanted. Then they confirmed exactly what I wanted and they performed well. The place is clean, they have Covid precautions in place, the staff was wonderful and polite. They took their time and made me feel important. All the staff said goodbye when I left. I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommend.

I paid forty dollars for a fill with no polish even got charged for them to file them down. So ridiculous. The guy was very rude, in a rush, one my my nails fell off only 2 days after getting them done. Just horrible. I will NEVER go here again

My husband and I have been coming here for years. We absolutely LOVE the entire family that provides the services. They are always so warm and welcoming and genuinely work very hard to make your experience relaxing and refreshing. They recently updated the salon with all new chairs and went to great extent to make the environment safe for their customers with the covid restrictions; very impressive! We have consistently recieved excellent service and have never walk away disappointed but instead look forward to our next visit. They have all 5 stars from us!! Thanks to the other great reviews, I decided to give this nail salon a try. If you have not tried this place yet, you absolutely must. I had THE BEST pedicure I have ever had...hands down! How could I brag so highly of just a pedicure? It was THE most relaxing, soothing, pampered full service pedi for just a deluxe price Ive experienced. Upon arrival, they do a temp check and have you fill out a Covid-19 form stating youre not sick but whatever. The kid giving me the pedi, his name was Hai and he was very personable. His English is good and hes a nice conversationalist. He was more meticulous than any other nail tech Ive had and he took his time to make sure my toes was done perfect. This wasnt a rush job so dont expect a quick in/out. I did the deluxe and it included the usual callus removal and spa scrub. Not only the usual but it also included a mud mask kind of application and each calf and full feet were wrapped up thoroughly with two hot towels on each leg (not just a warm towel wipe down). Omg...heaven! It seems they add just a bit more spoiling for a decent price to begin with. These are such nice people, with such a great service and I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

I had my nails done for years and years. I recently moved to Appleton and try many salons. I gave my shot at Sky Nails and really enjoyed. They do a really good job on my acrylic nails and still on my finger for more than 3 weeks. They take their time, no rushing, I recommend this place. I’ll be a regular customer.

OMG, this place is so amazing me and my best friend come here all the time they never rush to get the job done faster they take their time to make it perfect and every time they do amazing. My friend and I were in here for 3 hours getting our nails done and they were amazing. My friend got a rose and it looks amazing and they were all matte. I got palm trees and they turned out amazing I absolutely love this place and I highly recommend it to everyone❤❤

Clean, professional, courteous and friendly. My manicure was well done. This was perhaps the most welcoming atmosphere I have experienced at a nail salon. The waiting area was neat and it was so simple to find my polish because the choices were organized by color groups. Great customer service.

My 13 year daughter and I had a GREAT time. It was a relaxing environment and everyone was so friendly and called you by name when you walked in and when leaving. It seems like a small gesture but means a lot! Will definitely be going back!

I get my nails done here every few weeks. They have very reasonable pricing and wonderful attention to detail. The whole family really makes an effort in customer service and it shows.

It was decent service but... they switched people halfway through my friends nails and then their was bubbles in the nails that were Matte. Then instead of that using shiny paper they just drew on the nail 🥺 nails break easy after one week be careful !

I have worn artificial nails since 1980..yes, 39 years!My family have used Sky Nails, so I thought I would switch...yes, they are friendly, moderately clean..try not to rush you. I have Never had any problems with my nails breaking, chipping, etc.I decided to try the dipping product, and was talked into a color..which I hadnt worn for 30 years..always pink and white. Had color changed to pink and white dipping powder..the next morning several of them were chipped..I called and explained..no problem!! Went in and it was not a friendly reception..was very apparent she wasnt happy...today, less then 48 hrs a big chip happened..when I pulled up my capris! I stopped in and showed the owner, and he got up..and OMG ..if I could have understood what was being said between Steve and his wife!! They were sorry, but couldnt do it...that is horrible customer service! I paid $50..plus tip..not acceptable! I found out someone else had the same experience with them!Will not go back!! I cant recommenda business that wont stand behind their work!

How this place has so many 5 star ratings is beyond me... Below average pedicure and gel mani. Polish all over skin, both toes and fingers. I can do better myself - but looking for a relaxing treat, this was not the place.

Theres a place in Fon du Lac with the same name, so if youre in Appleton and call for a reservation confirm which location when you call. (This didnt happen to me but a woman who stopped by for her 4pm apt had to wait a bit. But! They were able to take her after a brief wait.)Overall great place with excellent pricing!

I enjoyed the workers a lot but I didnt enjoy my nails after I left. The nails they gave me were SO FAR from my cuticles that i felt they needed to get filled in after a week of wearing them. I paid $50 for an hour and a half of work and i just feel I paid too much for nails SOO FAR from my cuticle and the alternative being getting them filled in for $$ or taken off for $$ just ticks me off. I can honeslty say after this i wont ever be getting acrylic nails from any place. This was my first and last nail job.

Very unprofessional work, nails was sloppy & uneven. These ppl do not know how to do nails, they take too long & charge for services that u didn’t even ask for and get upset when you ask them to fix it. They post pics of other ppl work on their fb page. I will never go to this nail shop again. If you don’t mind ppl practicing and charging you full price, then go to sky nails

I felt rushed. Didnt get a massage for my pedi or hands like usual. My nails started chipping within a couple days! And I went back to get fixed and they chipped again the next day. I havent worked since getting them done and am not hard on my hands. Needless to say, disappointed.
