Worst set of nails I have ever paid for…. I went in with a picture of exactly what I wanted. I left with nails that were too long (asked her to make them shorter, was told it’s ok). The nails also looked nothing like the picture. They were not fully attached to my real nails, were visibly bumpy, and then popped off while I was typing on my computer, less then a week after getting them. I will not be going back and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

So incredibly disappointed with this place. I went in 3 weeks ago and had a nail break which happens and came to get that fixed as well as a fill. The lady who shaped my nails did a great job however she said she did not do designs so I had to wait for the manager. The manager barely looked at the picture for my design and it now looks nothing like it. I paid $48 for a fill, almond shape and a design on my nails and the design looks horrendous. NOW, not even 24 hours later I had a nail literally fall off!! I can understand a few weeks after having them done, NOT when it’s been less than 24 hours and I don’t do anything strenuous with my hands. That will be my last time visiting this establishment.

Got my nails filled in 8 days ago and one of the nails broke off while I was watering plants at work. The nails here are not good quality. When I went in with my friend they damaged her cuticle and it was starting to bleed as they were putting on the acrylic. Definitely would not recommend

Wonderful staff and super clean place! The place is very well managed. You can get all that for a great price. The chairs are relaxing because you can have a mani-pedi and get massaged by the chair. I really recommend this place to you.-

Called in to make an appointment. Said they could take us at 6:30. We get there 5 minutes early and are told to have a seat and wait. Waited for 15 minutes Passed our appointment time with no one even acknowledging that we were waiting. Got up and left with once again not a word being spoken to us. If you want to be treated as if you are invisible then this is the place for you.

Made an appointment ahead of time by phone and still waited over 10 minutes in store only for someone to tell me no one can do acrylic gel. Rude and unprofessional!!!

Super bad service! There are different colors in my nails and they are lumpy!! The nails are uneven and I am not happy. When I asked the lady to fix them she said “it’s ok” over and over. The nail bits are very dirty. Not coming back here again!

Just moved to the area started going to this salon and was very pleased with the service and prices until today. I made an appointment and sat and waited for 25 mins before I got up and left. Time is valuable and thats why I made an appointment so when I have to sit and wait that long I will not bring my business back.

Highly satisfied with the staff and service at Sunrise Nails. I had a discoloring issue a few days after my polish, but they took me right in and provided a new polish at no charge. Definitely will return.

So I have only been here three times to get my nails done. First time in I asked for a Manicure, which comes with the wax at the end, and did not receive the wax part. Told the lady I had asked for that when I came in. She says next time ask for a Manicure. (Keep in mind I did) I figured whatever people make mistakes. Went in a second time and asked for a Manicure with the wax to make sure this time there was no room for misinterpretation. Nails were finished, got the lotion, and then I was sent to the payment counter again without the wax. I asked the lady (same gal, sits next to Kenny to the right of him on the left side of the room when you walk in) why I didnt receive the wax part because I asked for a Manicure. She said thats a Manicure. I told her thats what I came in for. (Even wrote that on the appointment sheet!!!!!) I decided to blow it off and paid for what I received at least. I got a gift card for there after house sitting and obviously had to use it there so recently went there a couple days ago. The older guy did my nails and screwed them up big time. The polish was clearly old and he decided to try to make it work. My nails had huge hard spots of polish globs and were not even. He then fixed it but after leaving and getting into my car I realized there was still globs he did not fix. On the bright side...this time I got the wax treatment....Not amused.

Quick and pleasant

Great atmosphere and lots of colors to choose from. I called ahead to make sure they had a dryer for pedicures and was told yes, so went in. Very short wait time and I enjoyed the pedicure. But at the end, Im told wait 5 minutes to dry? I set my timer on my phone and after 4 minutes, my manicurist came and slipped my shoes on my feet. By the time I got to my car, both pinkie tires are smeared and there is a big smudge on my big toe. What really irritates me is that I called and asked if they had a dryer for pedicures and was told they did! Ill try somewhere else next time!

Horrible! Made an appointment for 4 pedicures in advance!!!!! And we showed up 5-10 minutes early (like any normal person) they didnt try to seat us until 4:37! 37 minutes late! Ridiculous! Walked out! Unacceptable!

I have been to this business three times now. I have had a 1 hr facial, shellac mani & a sugar spa pedi. Each time they were courteous, polite, professional, and fun. I would highly recommend them for all your needs. They fit you in even at the last minute with little fuss and a minimal wait. (Which is MORE than can be expected with my just showing up without an appointment that time)Cant wait for my next visit!!!

My nails are always done to my liking. Sheila, the owners is friendly as is all her staff.
