First time going here. Last few times I have went to get my nails done places I havent been happy. Always felt rushed. Today was completely different here. Jay did an amazing job and took his time to pay attention to details. Definitely will be going back

On my first time there, I was in love with the service. I was told that dip is the way to go and I would never go back to acrylic or hard gel again. Well, the product cracked, and has an orange tint to it when it is supposed to be pink and white.Today I made an appointment via Facebook for 2:30. The place was packed! If you are going to keep your customers happy, honor the ones that made appointments and turn away the walk ins! I left after a lady said that her appointment was at 1:30 and she was still waiting after 2:30!

My absolute favorite nail salon. They are always quick and you leave feeling incredible. Katy is my favorite!!! I got sns/dip powder and wanted something very natural. Boy did she deliver! Ive been going here for a few years. Nails always last at least 3 weeks before they start to fall off. Price is expensive but worth it for the quality that you get.

I used to love this place.Then didnt get my nails done for awhile..i recently made an appt for a manicure acrylic gel at 3pmI didnt get seated until at least 345pm.the lady who was doing my nails got all the tips on and trimmed.1st issue was I noticed my pointer finger tip was glued on completely crooked.2nd issue was when I said something about my crooked nail she couldnt understand me.3rd issue was I looked at the rest of the tips and they were half glued down.4th issue MY HUGE ISSUE:Right before she was was going to continue, she got up to go into the back, when she opened the door you could hear a baby crying. (I understand baby is crying, attend to child, or dont bring the baby to work, ya know.. whatever .....?..)2 mins passed...5mins passed .. I ripped off the crooked nail tip because that was terrible.25 minutes of just sitting there by myself with uncompleted nails.😐a dude tried to take over... didnt do anything besides glue different nail tip on.5 minutes later she came back out.As she was doing my nails she kept getting asked for by this little girl who was in the back . Her and the little girl were arguing back and forth... so there were 1 minute pauses in between doing stuff...Finally she started the acrylic application and started filing them.. she was rushing I could tell.I was talking to lady next to me so wasnt really Paying attention...When they were done I looked at them and OH MY GoD.1. They were super uneven when she shapped them2. They arent filed smoothly3. Theyre chunky looking...🙄Only good thing was pricing.

Always great service, very relaxing and my leg massage with my pedicure was fabulous. Sometimes at many places leg massages are not very good, here they are fabulous.

So I went to Top Nails for a pedicure on 7/31, great pedicure. They talked me into getting my Nails dipped. Worst experience ever. Within 2 days 1 nail fell off. Went and had it replaced. 2 days later the other 9 fell off too. I go back on 8/5 with 1 nail still on, the one they replaced on 8/2. The worker attempts to pry it off with a fake nail. I said that hurts, so he puts acetone on it with foil. I said I do not want dipped Nails, I want gel he refuses. Finally the lady next to me says, she doesnt want dips she wants gel. They finally agree to do gel. When he finally removed the dip from my nail, he tore the nail and my skin off my finger. What a terrible experience

Too sloppy. She got little specks of glitter in my french nails. Theres approx 1-2 specks of glitter in each of my french nails. I saw the bottle she was using and it was clearly messy from a previous clients nails she had done. Clearly she gave a prior customer glittery nails and transferred a little bit of glitter to her other nail polish bottle. I dont mean to be a picky customer but it for $60 I think this is unfortunate. disappointed in this business

Long lasting beautiful results

I came in with my Daughter and Best friend for Pedicures and Nail Fill. I am not from the area and had tried another local nail salon about 2 weeks ago and was very disappointed in their service, both mine and my daughters nails fell off within 2 weeks. The service and quality at Top Nails was outstanding, the gentleman who did my Pedicure and Nails was very detailed and did a fantastic job, my nails look absolutely amazing and all natural. I will be going no where else when we come to visit, Highly recommend.

Made an appointment. Had me wait a half hour. Nails didn’t even look good and when i tried to ask the lady to fix my nails she didn’t understand what i was asking for.

Katie is amazing, always gives long massages for your pedicure which is why I always come back. Everything was very clean, spaced out, and masks and sanitizer everywhere.

Ive been here 3 times for pedicures and every time has been fantastic! They are so nice and reasonably priced. We brought my friends little girl, and the nail tech gave her a cute little design at no extra charge. Definitely recommend this place.

If I could pick no stars I SO WOULD such rude staff my nails are not what I asked for !!! I said for a darker red she picked the red SHE “THOUGHT” would look good with my dress I have super glue ALL over my hands half my nails are crooked I asked her to do a marble and she attempted it twice and I didn’t like it so she tried doing a glitter when I asked for silver and she did BLACK because she said it looked better and when I called to complain they both started yelling at me and they said they could redo my nails FOR ANOTHER 40$ NO THANKS highly suggest never going here

Top nails has been my nail salon for 15 years. Great service, and Nancy is one of the best nail technicians in the valley. The salon is always supplied with all of the current seasonal colors.

Nancy and her family is awesome! Very welcoming and appreciative. The salon is very clean as well. Definitely worth the money!

I have been coming to this place for many many years. For the first time and over 10 years I broke a nail. When I went to go get it replaced did they treated me like a nobody. I will never come back here ever again. Anyone out there know of another good place to get a full set of nails without paying a fortune?

Best nail place I’ve been to in a long while. Walked in was greeted with friendly immediate service. Followed my appointment time. I decided to do a pedi at the end of my Mani and they moved me right away to do a Pedi. I’ll be back.

They were very rude to me the first time I entered their establishment. I was there to receive a full set of French tips. I asked the man to cut my nails down because I felt they were too long which was followed by an insult of course you want them because you would have to pay more. I told him I needed them shorter because I actually work with my hands, it would be impossible for me to handle things and didnt want to break them so soon. He later went on asking me where I was from and I told him Illinois and began speaking negatively about black people in Illinois. Anyways the lady owner ended up taking over and I was pleased with the job she did. So when I went to pay they made a big deal about the tip I gave like as tho they were surprised and they thanked me.So the next time I came accidentally came late because I didnt know what time they closed. Anyways the lady owner yells at me and my friend in front of all the customers which lead to snide comments from another customer who was getting a pedicure at first. They had me sit and proceeded to do my nails. The lady owner started my nails very sloppily and rushed. The rude customer came and sat in the station next to me then the lady owner gets up from doing my nails and had her husband takeover as she proceeded to sit at the station where rude customer was and began doing her. Before long the snob insulted me and I asked her what the hell she meant exactly. They became stone cold quiet and I was just annoyed. Apparently they knew each other and each others family and began to brag about how well off they both were. So Annoying to say the least. Anyways the man finished my nails which I wasnt please with so I decided to tip them and go. Ill go back to that nightmare.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful! They do amazing work. More than once I went other places and the people who did my nails made the hideous. The staff at top nails fixed it everytime and made them look great! Now this is the only place Ill go!

My gel nails started loosing up after only a week...they were supposed to last for 3weeks. I was in town for a wedding and there were only 3 of us in the group and we didn’t even get to sit together. I was very disappointed and I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Nice clean place but quality of work was not the best. Shellac pedi peeled within two days, and mani peeled within 4 days. Prob not going back. I only went there because they took my walk-in appt. Kind of disappointed.

I had a horrible experience here. I had to wait over 45 minutes. After my long wait, the owner took me to her station and did my nails in a very rushed and sloppy manner. She answered the phone four times during my manicure and was actually scheduling other appointments. I had a full set put on and all of my nails have streaks in the paint. One nail is filed crooked and some of my nails were glued to my cuticles. She did not trim my cuticles or lotion my hands. I left the salon frustrated and with debri on my hands.

Tried this salon for the first.....and LAST time today. Arrived on time for my prescheduled appt. at 3pm and it doesnt appear an appt. means anything to this salon. Sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes and then was sent to a pedi. chair~with no water in bowl for soaking~where I waited another 20 minutes. I was on my way out the door when I was told someone was finally going to do my pedi. so I stayed, but the pedi. was less than quality Im used to and expect. The only reason I gave one star is so my comment would post. If youre looking for a good nail salon, you havent found it here......
