I have never had such horrendous service or refusal to stand by a product as I have had with this establishment. I wish that I had never even bothered to step foot through their door.It has been 8 whole days & my acrylics are popping off. I work in an office & have a dishwasher at home, so no extraneous use of my hands in any way. I have had acrylics for 6 years now & have NEVER had an issue like this.I took my friend to get her nails done as a treat & sadly, it was a Sunday, so I had few choices in the Valley & surrounding area. Not only was he rude & mocking of my friend & me during the appointment, but now today I went to get SOMETHING for this shoddy service & was SCREAMED at in front of another customer.Well, maybe if theyre popping up in, say, 3 days then I give you money back. But now, it been a week, so I dont have do anything.So, you made up a random amount of time to get out of fixing your crapshoot of a product. Then, when I accused him of not standing by his work & his product, then I get screamed at worse.Sorry, but take your business literally ANYWHERE else.

I was a walk in and at at the time and the only customer there. I had the guy paint French tips on my own nails. Which ended up turning out very sloppy and he left paint all over my skin. The guy seemed like he was rushed. I definitely could have done better myself. I also got a pedicure which I feel he did a good job on but it was definitely not worth the $80 he charged me. It would have been cheaper for me to get fake nails or dip. I use to be a regular but then COVID happened and they became overpriced and sloppy. Waste of money. Go elsewhere.

I called to make sure they were open and told them what services I was looking to get and they said no problem head this way. Once I was in the chair relaxing we had great conversation and I was enjoying every aspect of my first time here. I then found out that they close at 5pm on Saturday and here it is 7:15pm. She didnt rush through my services and I was very appreciative for their amazing Business Etiquette! Well done & I will be back... During NORMAL business hours😊

Went in on Saturday for a pedicure and left very upset, there was only 2 workers and at the time there was 3 other lady’s so they were rushing to get to all of us which lead to sloppy work. The man who did my nails cut them super short and really uneven, they are literally slanted and painfully short, can’t do anything about it now but I just wish I hadn’t gone at all

Ive been coming here for a long time, years. I am always happy with the quality and service. If I damage a nail in anyway they always repair without any hassle and usually free. Kevin is careful and professional in his wor . I cant wait to be able to come in again!

I went here the other day and got a pedicure and manicure the pedicure was good they did a good job but the manicure seemed to be rushed and not done well at all had them one day and the polish already had chipped and one fell completely off verry disappointing!

The staff was very rude to my friends and I when we were there to get fills. When one of my friends and I wanted a little bit more intricate designs, they got frustrated and yelled at us. A regular customer came in and one worker said “I can’t help you right now, I’m stuck with this little girl” while working on my friends nails. This same worker was very rough while filing my nails and cut up my cuticles, and when I flinched he kept telling me to relax. We came here because our regular salon was booked but I wish we would’ve just waited until they had availability because they treat us much better and always try their best to get the result we’re looking for.

Love this nail salon. Always very friendly and clean. My nails are always beautiful when they are finished. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to go.

I used to be a regular here, but stopped going because I always walked away with bloody cuticles from cuts they made with the drill and they filed my nails basically paper thin. It’s been about a year now that I’ve been there and my nails are finally getting back to normal.

I like this place. The staff is friendly and does a good job at what they do. Id love to give 5 stars but one of the things I love about getting a pedicure is getting a design on my big toes. Today I didnt book an appointment with a specific person and I ended up with a woman who was not well versed in the art of big toe art. We worked together with one of the other employees acting as a translator and eventually ended up getting something similar to a design that I showed her so I was happy. Just as a lesson, book an appointment with the person that you want to be seen by, dont just expect things to work out.

Spent 100 for a full set and pedicure. Pedicure was fine. She did a great job. The man that did my full set was sloppy and did a horrible job. He slopped the gel polish all over my nails as he was in such a hurry. He even got angry when I pointed out a mistake and that I didnt like the design he did which looked nothing like the picture. The dried gel stuck in the sides and under my nails, causing alot of pain. Impossible to take off the sloppy polish without the nail coming off too. Waste of a lot of money. Go elsewhere.

I had gel nail polish applied. When I returned to have new polish applied, they extremely damaged my nails by grinding them. Took me 5 months to get them back to healthy looking.

My entire nail wasnt even painted and it was sloppy. And half my nails were filed slanted. She also tried yanking my wedding ring off my finger to put lotion on it instead of letting me take my own ring off. She rubbed lotion on my finger to try and loosen my ring and I asked her not to because I dont want lotion getting into the crevices of my ring! They were nice and all but I wont go back.
