This is hands down the best nail salon in the area! I am writing this as a genuine post straight from the heart. Benz who is the owner has done my nails twice now and never disappoints. He always takes his time and gives me the nails that I ask for. Over all, the staff all together makes you feel so welcomed. Not only are they extremely kind, they also remember your name. They are really busy because they do a phenomenal job. So if they ever ask you to kindly wait… THEN YOU SHOULD WAIT! Because you will find your forever nail techs! Thank you to every one there for working hard to make sure every one is happy and satisfied.

Its a clean salon. They disinfect after every customer. They are friendly and accommodating.Got a full set done here. Its not the best set I have ever had. I had to go back to get them fixed, and they still arent great. Lopsided acrylic, tips that dont fit my nails correctly, and gaps that needed acrylic. I give her credit for trying to fix it, but when I said it was a problem with the acrylic, she just filed and flooded my nails with polish. Probably wont be back.

I wont go anywhere else. They know me when I call. If I have an issue they will fix it. Everyone is super friendly and they actually get to know their clients. Yes, there have been times Ive had to wait even with an appointment, but its only be a few times and never extremely long. They can do so many styles, designs, etc. I never leave unsatisfied. The one time I had an issue a few days later. I called and they made it right. Love them here😍

This was my first time getting a manicure and Cherry was impatient and annoyed with me because I didnt hold my hand the correct way. She huffed and puffed the whole time and really ruined the experience for me. My fingers are sore and bleeding from where she cut my cuticles. Ill find somewhere else to continue my manicures.

Love my nails! Felt completely listened to and my nail requests were understood and the results are exactly what I wanted!! I got the sns dip over my natural nails with a nude powder choice

A great place with amazing customer service. They didnt even try to upsell much and my acrylics look great! I have very wide thumbs and I could tell it caught Minh, my nail tech off guard.🤣 My thumbs look odd, ngl. Next time I get acrylics, Ill likely skip the thumbs. I was also a little indecisive on what shape I wanted exactly but he took all of it very well and shortened the nails to a length I was comfortable with. I will definitely be returning here when they need to be redone.

Best places to get your nails done

We went to Pro Nails for a birthday on September 4 and there were 4 of us. My nails were done by Bebe and the acrylic was super thick. They werent straight and were going upward. They were horribly done. We were trying to get rid of them at home, but the acrylic was too thick, it was impossible to get them off. They charged $50 each for the acrylics. I hope tomorrow they will take them off for free.

Do you know how hard it is to find a quality nail salon?! If youre in current search for one, this IS the place! The people are super friendly, they offer you water or soda, allow you enough time to select the perfect color/design youre wanting/feeling, and perform quality work! Theyre very reasonably priced, and yes they do a simply exquisite hand massage! The place is exemplary clean and very well organized! *Note* please ignore my cuticles lol with my type of work, they get bad fast! * They tend to my cuticles very well, but my work....lol

I used to go to PRO Nails regularly because the staff is so nice but now they are constantly making scheduling mistakes including for my bridal partie which was a very big deal. They were apologetic and I got an ok deal. Everyone had to wait and noone had a good time though. Just today I decided to try again for a shellac Mani and a standard Pedi. My appointment was for 5pm. At 610 I walked out!Note, while waiting another person walked in with a 530 Pedi and got their turn instead. Same with another mani. The issue is that this keeps happening. 3rd time for me with such a long wait. Too much competition than to deal with that, life is busy! I wont be back and pass it on.

There should be a 0 star option because on my moms first week here she wanted to get here nails done, and as soon we walked in they said that they were closed and when we got home I looked up the name and it said that they were open, I even called them and they said their open, why would they do that?

I was here Monday for a fill and Julia did the best job that anyone has ever done on my nails in all the years I’ve been getting them done. She took the time to clean up my cuticles really well and then the fill, painting, design, they looked amazing! I will continue to come here and request her for future visits.

They are always behind. You can count on waiting at least 30 to 40 minutes. Also dont count on soaking your feet before a pedicure. They will tell you they are too busy to put water in the bowl.

This Was a Great Place, but Only If Your Paying for Fake Nails. The owners always tell me you come every 2 weeks You get fake nail You get designs. I was reduced to not being able to choose colors and noticed nail damaging service. My new Salon was surprised how ground thin my nails were. I now have huge indents from my natural to where the polish was. He kept saying I make your nail strong, but they hurt for days after. Even after saying my nails are hot, it hurts, they would say You get full manicure if you dont want this problem..Be wise and aware of thier money making tactics.. Nail Health and Great Customer service are Always Priority!

This salon is a family owned business with excellent customer service. If anything is to your disliking they will fix it for free. I highly recommend this salon. I never have a nail break.

I love going to Pro Nails! Since moving to Menasha it is the only place I’ve gone and have always had a great experience! I typically have Lee and he is phenomenal. Last night I had Kim and Hannah and they were both great - very detail orientated. Bebe and Benz are both SO welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I am giving this business one star. I visit this Nail Salon on Saturday, March 14, 2020, for SNS service. Used debit card to pay for the service and give the nail technician a $5.00 tip; pleased so far with my nails; however, I was overcharged. My receipt say $40.00 plus service fee $1.40 use of credit card; however, checked my bank statement and I was charged $48.40; whole additional $7.00. This is a fraudulent and deceptive practice overcharging for a service. CONSUMER BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS WHEN USING CREDIT CARD WITH THE BUSINESS.

UPDATE: I keep going back so Im changing this to 5 stars!I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment.. I understood I was early and so I waited. I continued to wait until more than a half hour past my appointment time. They finally started on our nails.. they dropped the price on my daughters nails for the time loss. Then, they noticed they really screwed up the dip job on my nails..... like really. And so, without me saying anything to them (because I hate being rude), and without them admitting that they messed my nails up, they gave my daughter a design on her nails and did not charge me at all for her nails. They also dropped the price on my nails by $5, (I know they dropped it by 5 because last time is was $5 more). Either way, I really love the service and care that these people here provide. They know everyones name by face, sometimes by voice. In addition, they offer beverages when you get it. They are super gentle and caring. They are super, super busy however, they are just getting too popular and taking on too much at a time.

Just got my acrylics filled and one replaced. Great service and very friendly staff! Not expensive what so ever either. My nails look amazing, 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back(:

While visiting from out of town, I decided to get a much needed fill. Le did my nails and I can’t say enough good! He took his time and they look perfect! I chose an iridescent/chrome blue and I couldn’t be happier! I’ll be making the 1.5 hour drive back next time I need a fill, WELL worth it!

This was my first time here. It was amazing! Le gave me a great pedicure. It was so relaxing and he did a great job. Benz did my nails and I do not think I have ever had such an awesome experience. He was not in a hurry and took his time doing it perfectly. Thanks for a great experience.

I recent got full set and pedicure Benz did an amazing job took his time they came out beautiful loved it although my bill was 85$ I definitely didn’t think it was worth that price especially since I didn’t do gel or anything over the top they definitely ripped me off I am not happy with it!!!😡

Had a great experience with Kim. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Had Bebe the next time and it was horrible. She was so demanding and bossy at first. She just kept saying sit down sit down. Then she pulled out an unsterilized clippers and nail file from her box and used them on me then returned them to her box. Now I am traumatized because it is so unprofessional and I am scared to get a infection. So I am going to do my own nails from now on. I do not think it is worth the risk.

There were 4 ladies that came in together and everyone was very pleased with their finished nails. It is a large salon with about 6 staff so it wasnt a long wait. I got my nails done with the powder polish, my daughter had acrylic nails filled in. Turned out awesome. Well both go back again.

I got the dip powder and it turned out fine, but my friends nails had polish on the cuticle, which just looked sloppy. Also while we were there a bunch of people came in without appointments and they were quick to accommodate them - the only person they turned away was *coincidentally* the only black woman who came in. They were dismissive and rude and told her they couldnt get her in for 45 minutes and she left, but the next woman (white) that came in 10 minutes later got seated right away.

Benz does an amazing job of making my nails look beautiful and designs exactly how I want them. I had a pedicure and my feet felt great. I got a leg and foot massage and he even got my ingrown toenail out. Fantastic friendly customer service catering to your every need. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worse pedicure ever. This was the second and last time I will go there. The first time, I had to tell her to stop scraping my feet. I thought they were going to start bleeding. They hurt the rest of the day. The polish wasnt even up to the cuticles. This last time he did my pedicure in 12 minutes. When I got home and took a good look, it looked like a 2 year old did it.

First time at this place, and it was amazing. i had Benz, he was in no rush, did amazing work, and it was a great experience. also, the staff was friendly! i would recommend this place and id definitely go back here.

The 1st time I went I had Benz, hes amazing, I had a great experience and loved my nails. The 2nd time i went I had an appointment and had BeBe, Shes very nice but it got busy and she left me 3 times to deal with walk-in nails...she rushed big time and Im not happy with my nails at all. Their shape (oval) is uneven, polish is too thick in spots and the fill did not get down to my cuticle ~ it was not worth what I paid or the $10 tip I gave her, I probably wont be back🙄

It was an awesome place when Cindy owned it. Now with the new owners, Ive been there twice and it was an awful experience. Theyre lying to their customers, saying Cindy is on vacation. My nails were done very quickly and turned out terrible. I will not go back.

I am giving this one star because the new owners are still telling Cindys clientele that she is on vacation when in fact she will never be back because she sold the business. Cindy was awesome. I did get a Pink fill and a pedicure from someone else there since she sold the business. The woman did the pink fill but did not glue down the inside of the nails which were coming off. The pedicure was 15 dollars more than I usually paid and it was not as thorough. I wont be back.

Now Im not hating on the whole place, but the guy who did my nails did a terrible job. It literally took 10-20 minutes. He did not polish my nails all the way, my cuticles have no nail polish on them, he was very rude to me, he didnt give me the color I wanted and he demanded that I pay him and leave. It was the worst service Ive ever had. Some other guy next to us was doing some girls nails and he was talking to her and being nice and doing a good job when the guy who did my nails just seemed like he wanted my money. He didnt care about the job he did. I will never go here again. I got a fill and a new color and it was $30. So not worth it. And now other people do have SOME good experiences but I did not.

Now with new owners this place is amazing. Last year when cindy owned it she catered to her white clientele and unfortunately for her lost a few great customers. The new owners are very efficient and treat all cutomers with the same respect and gives the same amount of time spent on each customer!

I moved to Wisconsin 2 years ago and have been searching for a good nail salon... I just found it!!!!!! Omgoodness, they all know your name by the time you leave and I was treated like a queen with a pedicure and a fill!!

Horrible place with new owners wanted the 35 dollar pedi and brow wax charged me 65 bucks when I got home I had to pluck wax was left on face my toes look like they are smudged. I have been going to pro nails for 15 years I miss cindy. Never again.
