Asked for hot pink French tip 3 times. And got charged full price! Pedicure was awesome. Unfortunately not good on nails.

The staff was very friendly and did an amazing job for all 3 of us and the service was fast. I highly recommend this place. I do wish the nail polish actually covered all my nails like they are supposed to but Im hoping when I go back for my fill that it is corrected and than I will continue to go here.

So the very first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it wasnt noisy! I hate going for a relaxing mani-pedi just to have to strain to hear the person whos helping me. It was so nice! All three ladies who helped me today were amazing! Polite, professional, and the quality is great! Excellent value also!

1st time at US Nails. I was receiving a pedicure. The nail tech got me in at the last minute no problem! She was professional and one on the best pedicures I have ever had. The hot stones were amazing! The one thing that I didnt like is when it came time to paint my toe nails she went on to another client, and a different nail tech came over to finish my pedicure.

I have gotten a manicure and pedicure here before. Both times I had an appointment scheduled and both times it was very delayed by walk ins taken before me. I understand that happens, but it can also be frustrating when it happens every time. My manicure didn’t even last until the evening, the paint peeled and chipped over little use. Very disappointed. For the pedicure, it was very rushed. I was disappointed because I felt I couldn’t thoroughly enjoy it. Little massage and just rushing through everything. This is coming from someone who doesn’t complain or typically write reviews. Just very disappointed in both visits, since I gave them another try and was still disappointed.

One of my nails already came off… i got my nails done a week ago.I also asked for coffin shaped definitely not the shape i asked for.Some of my nails are bumpy to

US Nails goes above and beyond for their clients! I had a dip manicure and pedicure and their attention to detail was superb. So relaxing with complimentary beverages, music and a polite staff. I would highly recommend US Nails to anyone!

Friendly, but only go to Senya. Today was the first time I had a different person for my pedicure. It was done within 15 minutes. I still had skin remaining and it was not smooth. The scrub was beyond ridiculous. I could’ve done better myself at home. Not to mention no massage at all. Couldn’t enjoy my gift card - what a waste of time and money. Even though it says five minutes in the $35 one. Hardly worth the money I paid. I will not be back.

I loved the staff! They’re very welcoming and nice. I loved how much time they took on my manicure and I loved how it turned out. However I do wish I would have gotten a massage. That’s the main reason I get my nails professionally done! Otherwise awesome experience!

I got a fill about 20 minutes by appointment and I have never been so disappointed with a nail salon in my life. I went with my sister and we had 1 person doing both of our nails. She was rushing, filling our skin, nails are glued to fingers. The nails are not fully painted, none are the same shaped, all of my nails have different lengths, painted super thick. I complained multiple times and she filled both sides 2 times and said okay good now. I did not wanna pay, I would love to have my money back because now I have to go somewhere else to fix them. I complained so many times and nothing was done, must not have understood what I was saying. But I will never ever go back nor will I refer people to them.

Only 2 workers messed up my eyebrows nd had daughter running everything she could only speak English very uncomfortable

It was my first time at us nails and I was very impressed with how kind all the staff was. I got a new set for acrylic gel nails and left very happy.

Got full acrylic set and showed picture of what i wanted. She did a great job and it turned out very pretty. Clean and fast too!

Everyone was very nice and friendly! One of the best massages I’ve had, and great pedicure. I will definitely come back for my pedicures and manicures.

They just dont do a quality job anymore different ladies are in there now since I moved back to the area it was the only place Id go I used to drive up from Milwaukee to go there

I love getting my nails done here i have been getting them done here every once and awhile for a little over a year now and i’ve never had any problems with my nails chipping and the service is great and they are very friendly!

Came in for a gel pedicure. Paid $45 plus $5 tip and the job was terrible. I should have left when the technician started removing my gel polised toes with an electrical filer. Cheap business. Run for the hills. I would never come back here. Nail polish begun to come off on the 3rd day.... Run Run Run.....

I have had tips for years and have tried several salons and I havent found another place that does the work they do. Lisa has an attention to detail that is fantastic. I have deep nail beds so if they are not filled and filed correctly they break. I recommend Lisa at US NAILS if you want natural looking nails

Went here on several different occasions and really enjoyed their past management, however in the last month Ive gone twice, once to get a pedicure and another time to get a manicure. The pedicure took nearly an hour and the girl seemed shy and unsociable, also didnt take off nearly enough and didnt seem to know what she was doing. The second time going back the guy didnt know how to shape nails correctly and the gel polish came out lumpy and un even and was done over my cuticles. He forgot to use cuticle oil and didnt do the hand massage they usually do. Its started to chip off after only 5 days. No happy and seriously want my money back

Without going on a straight rant, I am unsatisfied to say the least. Overpriced for less than satisfactory nails. Had to go home and paint my own dang nails. Boo!

Very dissapointed. Had a pedicure and manicure. Just gor clear on hands... simple. All the polish fell off... strange? Was not a two step process either meaning base and top coat. Also i probably put shoes on too early and messed up big toe. Soooo i went back and headmaster lady wjo did my hands said who did it , wjat did u pay? I said you did? Anyway a lot of rigamarol... and toe repatched very poorly, leaving on vaca tomorrow so it will have to surfice. Never go here... rude and unprofessional. I usually go to Kellys and i will go back.

The owner Victor is not a good person, saw him yelling and screaming in a store because he was having issues. I would never go to his place of business
