We were welcomed as walk ins, and both my girls were thrilled with their acrylic gel manicures.

Would not recommend this place. after just 6 days of getting them done my nails started ripping off with my real nail causing me fingers to be raw and bleeding all the time. definitely not worth the money, i paid $50 for this to not even be able to enjoy them

I called last minute and they got me and my daughter in for a mani and pedi. They were so nice! Our nails look great! The facility was very clean! Highly recommend!!

I do NOT recommend Julie at this place. My dip manicure had to be redone as it was not smooth. By that I mean it was lumpy on 8 fingers. I went back today (next day) and it was fixed however, the polish top coat has lots of dust in it. Overall, not a good experience for a new customer. Not going back. I’m continuing the search for a nail salon.

Made a last minute appointment, went in with a semi elaborate nail design, and I did not leave disappointed.... Julie was very nice and took her time to make sure that I left happy. Will definitely be going back

First pedicure I was amazed by the quality of the work.

This place is the best! My dip manicure comes out perfect and lasts weeks (I have to go in not because its failing, but because they have grown out so much) and the pedicures are heavenly. Do yourself a favor and get the deluxe pedicure--it is beyond worth it!

They never let me down..only place i trust besides Queens Nails which both salons are same family owned businesses

The lady and man who did mine and my sisters nails were amazing. So fast and efficient. She was not too great on the nail art but overall looks very nice. I think he was still learning. He left little cuts around my sisters nails with the drill, but overall would return. Very nice price for a full set. Wouldnt get another design tho.But they were fast and the nails look fantastic

I have never experienced such perfection with an acrylic set before I came here and today’s set just blew me away to the point where I am finally posting a review!! 10 out of 10 will always recommend them; I already have to quite a few people!! 💛

I was concerned going in today for a pedicure. My concerns quickly disappeared when I walked thru the door. They are doing everything correct, wearing mask, both clients and employees, had me wash my hands and they disinfect each station thoroughly between clients. Thank you Polished Nail!

I was excited to see that Polished Nail Lounge was open again after closures due to COVID19. The nail salon has always been clean and professional. The salon was set up a little differently than before. They required a mask, hand washing, and had plastic screens at each station. I felt comfortable and safe during my mani/pedi. I highly recommend this nail salon and suggest you give this wonderful family business a try!

Cindy and Julie do amazing work. I always leave feeling refreshed and with a beautiful set of nails. They are as sweet as pie. I always get compliments on how great my nails look and continually refer people here. The nails last longer than previous salons Ive went to. The paint doesnt chip and the acrylic nails stay on for a considerable length of time as well. I am going on half way through my 3rd week and am about to go in for a fill (not bad if I do say so myself!) They have an impressive collection of colors and styles to chose from. Price is very reasonable as well! I took my mom with me a few months ago and shes now a regular customer as well. :)

They do an excellent job whenever I go there which is every single time I need my nails done. And I recently took my daughter there and treated her for a birthday gift to a pedicure and a mani and she was very pleased also.

I highly recommend this location for your next manicure. I am only in Wisconsin for a summer internship, so I was very nervous to try a new nail salon. One of the manicurists saw me immediately even though I did not have an appointment, and she did a fantastic job. My nails were a complete mess since I had not had them done in probably 6 weeks, and one was broken. She completed my fill-in and repaired my broken nail with extreme care. She did not rush, she was thorough, and she frequently asked me for my opinions and preferences to ensure that I was absolutely satisfied with her work. I was also very happy with the price and surprised to get a brief hand massage after the fill-in. It was a great experience, and I am relieved to have beautiful nails again!

Had the worst experience ever. The lady was rushing the entire time (I call ahead to schedule the appointment as well, I was NOT a walk in) and she cut me three times without even apologizing ! Literally was holding my tongue, and by doing so, they have lost a client forever! Super unsatisfied!

Impressed with my SNS nails today. Friendly service and Julie took her time making sure my nails were even and sanded down so they are not thick. Great prices! No additional charge to add nail tips, and also got an arm & hand mini-massage at the end. Many SNS color choices, and they also removed my old nails at no extra charge. Very affordable and better than any other place Ive tried in Appleton

I called late on a Saturday and they were already closed but told me I still could come in and they would still do my nails. They were all very friendly, and did an excellent job.

While I appreciate them squeezing me in before close, I felt like the work was sloppy. I had asked her to fix a couple crooked nails, and the gel was laid on thick and uneven even after she filed it down. The cuticles were well tapered. She filed away some of the gel that ended up under my nails, but not completely. I should have asked to have them removed, but already felt bad for being there past close. I paid $40 dollars and cringed internally handing over the money & tip for the nails I was given. I ended up filing them evenly at home in order to salvage the money spent.

My first and only time here was for a manicure with the dip powder. I’d had it done elsewhere before so I thought this would be the same. So many things wrong. She used the dremel tool on my cuticles and on half of them it really hurt. Noticed later that she had made my skin bleed on several nails. The dip itself was done very differently to how I had it done elsewhere. At the end she put on a clear coat that you’d use with gel polish and had me put my hands under the UV light to cure it. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, but the clear coat started peeling within 2 days. It was downhill from there with my polish chipping within the next 2 weeks. The same happened to my friend who went with me and also received a dip manicure. I will say they were very nice to us during our visit.My friend went back in to have them fix it and they were very rude to her. Accused her of lying about when she had them done, claimed they never put gel on top, and even claimed they didn’t have the color on her nails so there’s no way she got them done there. They did fix a few nails but within 2 days they were chipping again.Overall not good quality and they became so rude when asked to fix the nails.

The worst customer service I have ever had. The people were lazy. After I told the woman that my French tip manicure was missing a part, she didnt do anything about it. She insted clipped off and shaved down the side of my nail to fix it. Two days later my gel manicure was comming off of my fingers and turned yellow. When I confronted them about the problem the lady yelled at me and refused to give me my money back. She walked away instead of solving the problem.Do not go here. Good manicures and customer service are two things they lack in. I have never been so disappointed in a business.

First time there friendly knowledgeable staff

Place looks nice when you first walk in. I usually go to another place but because it was a Thursday night, everywhere was booked in the area due to bridal parties. I chose SNS done on my real nail like I normally do. I was disappointed in the selection of colors they had seeing as the place(s) I usually go, have a large variety to choose from. I had SNS on my nails from two weeks prior to my appointment at Polished, that the lady using the electric tool to remove it, kept nicking my skin/cuticles. And it burned every time she had me dip my fingers into the acetone. She filed them fast but never clipped my cuticles/around the edges of my nails like other places. The SNS was sloppily put on my nails. I left there with my nails feeling tight due to the clear coat being caked on the powder. She never once asked me to wash my hands afterwards so I had to wash my hands after she lotioned them. Fast forward to a week or so ahead, my nails look like garbage. You can see the layers of clear coat, there are cracks in my SNS. I have chips out of them. I have never had this worse of experience with any other places that I have made appointments at for SNS. My husband couldnt believe how quickly I was done. It normally takes over an hour for the same thing being done at other places and I was in and out in a half an hour here.. Sadly, I will not return. These sort of mistakes turn me off to the point of no return. I will spend my money else where where the service isnt rushed and is the same price as other places.

I had appointments for two of us, and it was painfully obvious that they didnt have enough staff. The work they did was good, but not worth an hour and a half of my time.

2 hours for a mani/pedi!? Took way too long! Manicure lasted barely 2 days.

Mediocre at best, My daughters went to get theyre nails done for homecoming and they came back with crooked nails and they were not pleased. Also, spent a long time waiting even thought they had appointments, very understaffed.
