The staff was pleasant. I was; however, placed in a seat no more than 3 feet from an elderly guest during the manicure- I made sure to turn my head the opposite direction until she had left, out of courtesy.All my nails were cut incredibly and painfully short. Not all men want incredibly short nails and that should definitely be a question asked to each guest, regardless of gender or appearance.With the shape of my toes, I’m prone to ingrown nails and I undoubtedly will have issues, such as pain and bleeding, with the three biggest toes on each foot as these nails grow out.My fingernails are cut further than the edge of the nailbed in some places, which will make my hands-on job difficult and painful for the next few days as I don’t have enough nail left to get under the edge of labels and such. My right ring fingernail was cut so far down that my finger actually bled during the manicure. My nails look and feel like I just tried to claw my way out of a locked room with a wooden door.Some people may like strong scents, I found the lemongrass essential oil spray nice, but the artificial fragrances in the lotions were way too potent, to the point it was actually nauseating. I drove the whole way home with the windows down and, once safely inside, paused only for a moment to take these photos before running to the shower to scrub my skin to remove the excess scent. An artificial scent-free option should be offered.What was supposed to be a treat to myself turned out to be, overall a very disappointing experience. Wish I had just done them at home myself.

I went here once to get acrylic nails and a pedicure for my wedding the pedicure was okay however the acrylic nails were horrible.During the pedicure the guy kept cracking my toes which I told him to stop and he kept doing it any way which I was so angry with.Then when it came time to do my nails the acrylic was so thick I hated them. I was able to get them removed and redone some where else.I have not gone back to Annie-Time and I dont intend to.

The leg and foot massage was terrible, and he burned my shin with the hot stone and I have a high heat tolerance. He didn’t even apologize when I jumped at the discomfort. He didn’t file the toenails on one of my feet but I was so mad by then I just wanted to be done. I have never tipped so poorly, but I feel I shouldn’t even have tipped him. Not to mention he used a plastic shopping bag for the paraffin wax treatment. I am very disappointed.

Very nice, welcoming walk-in. The front desk receptionist has offered help on choosing colors. Staff is great, clean, price is great. Knowledge of different nail trends as well.

I came here with my bridal party to get our nails done the day prior to my wedding. There were 8 of us and the easily accommodated everyone for manicures and pedicures. They were very efficient, getting everyone in and out in about 2 hours total. They had a lot of choices of polish, clean facility, and even gave us a group discount. I would definitely recommend them to other large groups.

I called and left a message on Wednesday to schedule service on Saturday, as when I stopped in lady said they prefer appointments. I left my name and number they never called me back. I went elsewhere and left a nice tip.

Had a really good experience im not someone that like their feet being touched but it was a really good experience and will do it again try booking this weekend but it was all booked.

My husband came in with the most disgusting looking and dry heels from being on his feet all day. He got the callus removal service and they did a fantastic job. I can finally see the bottom if his feet again.

They botched my fingers so short. My fingers are so sore, and a few fingers of mine are bleeding. Im a nail biter and all of my growth from the past 2 weeks they cut off.

I got acrylic nails and they are very thick and uneven, they are crooked and overall just look bad. They got stuff all over my fingers that i had to later peel off and my nails are not painted well. Do not recommend.

Really appreciate how they went above and beyond in order to get us in on our terms in preparation for my daughters wedding.

I have been going here for years and am always impressed. If you notice you dont like something, they fix it right away which I appreciate a lot. Annie is so great with names and greets me (by name!!) every time I walk in. Very good customer service.

First time I came here was in the January of this year. I didnt know any shops around here so I googled shops and this one caught my eye more so I book an appointment.The receptionist at the time was rude, she took my name said pick a color, no warm welcome at all. Not did she offer me a drink like she did everyone else around me. The person who did my pedicure was Sebastian, he as great, took his time with everything, It didnt feel rushed at all, we had a good time talking and laughing, he made he experience very enjoyable.Fast forward to my most recent visit Aug 31 2019 they have a new receptionist shes a little overwhelmed but shes sweet, treated everyone the same, made everyone feel welcomed. I booked with Sebastian again because my experience was awesome last time, but even though I booked with him, hours before my appointment the receptionist called saying it was he wont be in at all today and asked if I wanted anyone. So I booked with someone else. This time the shop was super busy, the wait time for about 25mins after my appointment time. I got this lady she was very nice, she took her time with everything, my polish is flooding my cuticles a bit but everything else looks nice, love how she cut and shaped my toe nails.I wish the nail techs would start introducing themselves to new clients when they sit in their chair, so if the experience is good, not only did you gain a new client, it was make easier when booking the next appointment.

They were rude practically abused my mom slapping her hand. Didnt speak totally screwed up the shape of my nails and didnt even give my mom any option on style. Booked an appointment together refused to sit us together. My nails and fingers are so sore. Never going again

The young man that did my pedicure was very unfocused and would stop while rubbing the hot stones on my legs and just hold it in one spot while looking at the front counter...um hello thats HOT! And he felt the need to use a little sander tool on all my toenails and stopped at one point looking at the front counter again- yes I have a hole the size of the sander in the middle of my big toenail- THANKS! Never again!

The manicurist removed my acrylic nails without soaking them in acetone. She literally tore off the acrylic nails. It was uncomfortable and it ruined the integrity of my nails. I will not be returning to Annie-Time Nails.

I dont recommend this place. My nails are so uneven, edges catch on everything and they are chipping off already after 5 days. Will not go back.

The nails were bigger than my real nails that they put on. When I went back to have them fixed they removed the nails and refused to put on the right size or refund my money

Great place for a pedicure. The prices are lower than most places. The salon is very clean and organized. The only thing I havent been happy with is the gel manicures. They seem to chip and peel a lot faster than the regular place I go to. That aside, I will still come back for pedicures!

Very surprised at how nice this mail salon is. Very clean and modern decor. Fast, friendly service.

First of all, I was recommended this place about how friendly and new it was and how I should try it out. Well when I first came in it was quiet and slow, but there was no greeting or a simple “hi” from ANYONE. Usually I just brushed it off, but as time was going it passed 30 min for my scheduled time to get my nails did and no one asked me or let alone talk to me. At this point I’m a little disappointed about my experience so far, there were at least four people working and none of them were doing anything except talking. Finally One of the workers came up and rudely told me to chose a color, and she had the audacity to ask me why I was “late”. I came in early sat down quietly, not once was I rude. But these people just have no sense to their minds at all. All I wanted was a full set of acrylics with regular nail polish, and I even told that to the nail tech. She then said my hands look too wrinkly and dark and that I should do gel because it’s better for me?? Wow that one actually got me upset. I told her no and she still got the gel and before I could say anything she quickly put the coat on. She cut me multiple times and three of my fingers are uneven and just horrendous. I brought this up to whoever was in charge but they just yelled at me and said to pay and leave. Seriously. I told them that I was disappointed with my experience and that they needed to work on their manners and that if they wanted customers to keep coming in they should learn how to keep their mouth shut and not talk bad about other people in their language. I am the same ethnicity and I understood everything they said and gossiped. Please don’t waste your time on this place. I wasted big money for nothing. Truly wish this never was a nail place.

Love this place! Salon is clean and nicely decorated. Ive had several different manicurists there and they always do a great job. I get gel nails and it lasts very long for me.

Love this place! Everyone is very friendly and willing to explain all the different nail options to you. The salon is so clean and relaxing. You do NEED an appointment- there are no walk-ins. I usually do the gel nails and they last forever. I also love their color options. I have had 5 different people do my nails now and they were all fabulous. Tom is my favorite for the gel nails. I absolutely love this place and in one month my wedding party will be getting their nails done here.

Im very impressed by how long my manicure and pedicure have lasted. I had my nails done over three weeks ago and so far no chips. They did a wonderful job and it was a very relaxing experience. I do recommend making an appointment because they were very busy the whole time I was there.

I had the worst experience here- This is the 3rd time I’ve been here and they lived up to their standards again. The first 2 times I came I left after sitting there for 20 minutes...the man who did my nails was so rude! He barely greeted me- When he asked my color I had forgotten and he rolled his eyes at me. It then turned out the number I choose for my color was correct and rolled his eyes at me again. He reeked if cigarettes. I wish I had asked for a new tech right away because the smell made me sick the entire night. He then put lotion on my hands after he just finished smoking so my hands smelled like cigarette smoke.Several of my fingers are cut as he kept filing my skin- he also glued his finger to mine and first tried to cut it off my skin 😳 then filed that off. My hands and fingers shouldn’t hurt after a manicure. He had zero customer service skills- was actually hostile and super rude! I don’t think he smiled once. I will NEVER be back here again. I am not once to typically complain but this warrants it. I actually left him a tip but truly not deserved.

My 1st experience wasnt the best. I wrote a review about it and shortly after, Annie contacted me with a sincere apology and invited me to come back for my next fill--free of charge. I am happy I did. I understand all places can run into an off day and truly appreciate the efforts Annie made to win back my service. My nails are the best they have ever looked and I will be booking my next appointment with Annie!

Did a decent job but everyone was rude and it was extremely painful. They made me switch techs two nails in without any proper communication. Kept yelling at me to stay still when I wasn’t even moving. My fingers hurt and this is not my first time going.

Very clean inside. Staff was very nice, didnt realize we would need an appointment but they got us in right away. They did a fabulous job.

My sister and I are not from Appleton and found this place based on the great reviews. We were not disappointed! The building and decor were beautiful and so were our nails. We will be back the next time we are in town!

Not happy! He started cutting my toenails without even asking me! I had grown them out just to have a nice pedicure. So I stopped him midway through. But now my right foot has shorter nails! They also charge extra to have your calluses removed! Really?! That was not told to us when scheduling. Also, when I was having my manicure, I was interested in getting the dip powder but he started painting my nails without asking me. I went with a friend too and she was about 20-30 min behind me when we had the same sevices and started at the same time. Not considerate service. Felt rushed and uncomfortable.

They do a great job. Some of the newer techs are a little rough around the edges as far as massage technique is concerned, but all employees are very kind.

The salon itself is gorgeous - very nicely done interior and sets the tone for a relaxing experience. The young woman who worked with me was excellent - very personable and made me feel welcome. They even offered me something to drink when we got started. My complaint however is that I felt like the actual manicure left something to be desired. I asked for my nails to be cut and they were but way too short! Miscommunication on my part perhaps. Then the cuticle was removed and my nails filed - rather hastily. I would have preferred that perhaps a few more minutes were spent on this process as a week later I have hangnails.

It is a terrible place there is no attention to the costumers, they never guarantee the work to be good, the manager is super mean and the workers do not do their job well.BELIEVE ME do not waste your money on THIS.

Had a wonderful experience at Annie time. I brought my niece for her first manicure and they were so patient with an 8 year old who didnt know what she wanted.

I have been going to Annie to get my acrylic nails done for over a year now. There was one time I couldnt get in during hours and she stayed open later just for me! She always remembers my name and genuinely cares about her customers, not to mention my nails are always beautiful.

Annie always does the best job! Her shop is spotless and they are always very hygienic! Shes also very nice and easy to talk to!

My 1st time here and not very experienced in pedicures.Walked in and told to pick out color, not asked what services I wanted.Wanted deluxe pedicure and when realized this was not the service I was getting , I was told I would not be getting service because it was almost time for the person doing my feet to go home!And was told that I was suppose to tell them the service I wanted when I called, but not getting many pedis before, And not being here I didnt know what services they offered!I asked to speak to manager turns out she was the one telling me I could not get the service (Annie) .Than she offered service but at this point I was a little upset, than she started confronting me in front of everyone in the Salon why I now didnt want the service!! She was rude and I do not recommend coming here!

I normally love this place and have actually recommended it to others but today I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. My appointment was supposed to be for a full set of sns and the guy doing my nails made such a big deal about it and criticized that I couldnt get it filled while yelling to other staff that out of shear discomfort I just said to do plain sns. He then asked what shape of nail I wanted and I requested almond to which he replied your nails are to short which is exactly why I wanted a full set but since at this point I couldnt be out of there sooner I just said square is fine. Then he insinuated several times that my color chosen was too light. To top it off My fingers were not cleaned properly and have a ton of junk under them and my left thumb is still bleeding. I just felt completely uncomfortable, was treated rudely, and regret paying over $40. First time I have ever not left a tip in my life. I do not think I will be returning but if you do go ask for one of the owners as they do a good job on the nails.

It took me a while to find a quality nail salon after moving to Appleton. I tried a few around the area and was a bit disappointed in many salons until I tried Annie Time Nails. Annie Time Nails has great service, a nice facility and a great selection of polish. I’ve had great service from many of the technicians I’ve seen there, too.

DONT GO THERE BASICALLY THE OWNER IS RUDE AND A BULLY !! After reading all the comment on here I went ahead to go get my nails don at this salon for my birthday. So, I did walked in.>> Nail tech glue the base nail on and asked how long i wanted them and i said short and almond tip she cut the nail long and i say too long and she said okay and i figure she got this and beside her vibe wasnt good towards me to begin with.>> After finishing filling my left hand she asked for my right hand and i told her the nails were to long. She then just storm off like got up and left creating a big ass scene I was perplexed !>> The guy (man 1) who signed me up came over looked at my nail then told me the nail after adding the acrylic was hard and difficult to file down. and i said why couldnt she just say sorry to hard or signal for some one to help communicate with me then he replied her English is not good I said so what she could have ask for help from you after all she was communicating to you in her language i mean asking for help is universal he said sorry and sat down and began helping me>> later lady 2 came and took over began filing my nail really fast her body language wasnt nice either. when she was filing my nail i told her one was slanted and one wasnt even - Basically expressed my dissatisfaction and ask her to fix em and that became a crime ! she hated that at this point the nail were still to long but i just let it go for i was getting overwhelmed, tense and kind off sad it was just to much and i just let her do what ever. Mind you im paying 35 dollars and she dont deem it fit to give me what i want or hear what i have to say.>> when she was done man 1 came back to paint my nails - i wanted matte. while my nails was drying i messed up one nail and dont want to say a word but i was like no, it my right im going to speak up i will not pay to be bullied so after sitting there for 25 minute i swear i was looking at the time one of the ladies said i could get up and i said my i messed this nail up and she laughed and repainted it then i told her the paint isnt fully dried and she poked at it and made a dent in my paint fixed it and turned on a fan and asked me to let it dry again. Now i have been their for 2 hours plus ! extremely ridiculous !!>> After 15 min i got up at this point i was regretting doing the nails and payed ... as my nail collided with one another as i went about my day they left marks and dent on the paint and 4 hour later the paint wasnt hard and i could to pill it easily like gelly. I wasnt going to back there but my mom said go back you payed i said maybe tomorrow and she said then they wont fix it>> I went back this time their was no costumer in and lady 2 was the on one the register and i said word for word i would like for you guys to repaint my nails she said 5 dollar repaint and i said no I just got it don and i showed her how easily the paint was coming off and she said that because you pill it cut the long story short all hell broke lose she called my crazy ! sick ! mean ! i wasted her time ! can you imagine like i don pay her 35 dollar for the 2 hour plus i was sitting not getting payed for a nail she told me should have taken 30 mins basically Bullied me and took the nails off and refunded me>> i told her i will spread the word they lack good customer service and that i wish i had my phone one me to recorder her & asked her has she every heard the customer is always right because i work too ! but it look like that not there watch word ! SADLY SHE IS THE OWNER! AGAIN BULLIES !

As a licensed cosmetologist, there is no way they pass the health code. Very rude about my color choice ripping it from my hand and telling me no. I was so uncomfortable.
