I had originally wanted something simple like white nails and a butterfly sticker, which they could not do. I politely asked to trim my nails and make them all white instead, they continued to say no. so I paid for my little sisters nails and mine which were $115. I paid for something I didn’t want and it looked horrible. It was so crooked and the design was awful. I went back that day asked for my money back, and Andy a different worker then redid my nails and the lady that originally did them told me she did perfect nothing was wrong. I told her I would like my money back, I never asked for a redo just to get them completely off. She then continued to give me my money and said never come back. Andy redid my nails and they look great. If you choose this horrible salon go to Andy!! He’s funny and talented!

Fall nails. I honestly may be a terrible client because I go in with a oh yeah, maybe do this.... The poor gal thought I was nuts, I am sure. Either they thought it was fun or thinking I was weird. Either way, my next visit may be pumpkins...

Very pleased with my experience today! Bebe did my dipped wedding nails and was sooooo sweet to work with. We made great conversation and the overall experience with her was great! I sat at Emily #8 for my pedicure and she did a great job on my feet/legs. The towels were a little warm but otherwise the lotion and scrub she used smelled good and left my legs and feet feeling super soft. I’ve gone to several nail places over the years for the same work and Angel Nails by far is the best place to go! Will definitely be back!

I scheduled pedicures yesterday for my friend’s daughter and I; we were very impressed with the interior and our nail designs.A few hours later the gel nail peeled off, and we went back in today to have it fixed. I spoke to the Owner and she wasn’t friendly nor willing to make it right. We were next on the list, and no one was waiting today but she claimed they were really busy and no one could help us. She asked that I make an appointment and I informed her I don’t understand how your appointments work when we made one yesterday and we waited 30 minutes.A pedicure for an adult and child came to $115 (not including the tip). I’m disappointed in the service and quality; a gel pedicure should not peel off after a few hours. I would not recommend the salon.

I switched to them after my former spa switched to a fast and dirty treatment over the last 6 months.Amy was AMAZING! She took her time, was kind, and did not miss a single thing. My cuticles, under the nails, and the shape were corrected, and the nail art was spot on. She really cared about it being very nice for me, and she never hurt me, or fussed about my arthritic joints locking up. Im SO HAPPY I went to Angel Nails Spa

Very nice staff and facility. It was just the relaxation I needed. Andy was super funny and friendly! Maylee and Ais were great at our pedicures and made sure we were fully satisfied. The massage was well worth the value and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back again.

Me and my friend when to get fills on our acrylics yesterday and the two ladies we had did an AMAZING job!!! They were very professional and took their time to make sure our nails looked the best they could! Will for sure be going back and would recommend to anyone!

The owner is rude and unprofessional. I’ve gone to this spa for a few years and have been appalled as I witnessed how she talks bad about customers and favors certain employees over others. When my favorite technician left due to the owners poor behavior, I went back a few times to use up a number of gift cards. Today, I had an issue with a gift card today that HER OWN staff wrote the remaining balance on after my last visit. They did not honor the full amount of the remaining balance saying it was not correct. I understand sometimes technology is in error but when I was informed that “we never write the balance on the card”, that was a complete lie and the last straw! I’m glad I have used up the gift cards I had. I will never go back. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

An inviting and comfortable atmosphere is provided to their customers. Felt completely pampered for my pedicure. Which, by the way, was very well done.

No customer service to very little interaction. Services and pricing were not clearly displayed in person (walk in). Wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. However, I dont know if it was the lighting or if the guy who helped me was in a rush, but I still had to clean nail polish around my toe nails when I got home. Never had to do that before after getting a pedicure. Overall pricing was fair all things considered.

I got acrylic fill ins done here. They were able to get me in quickly. First off I love the atmosphere and clean environment. One worker shaped my acrylics, and the other did the design. One was nice, the other was kind of cold. I had confirmed the price was $35 for gel acrylic fill ins (standard price for most salons... was expecting at most $55). As a standard I had my acrylics filed, and one loose nail repaired. In the process, my cuticles were hit multiple times with the file and I started bleeding on three fingers. After everything was done, I was quoted at around an outrageous $75 for a simple fill and slant tip design and asked if that was okay for me. Well, after a service is done, you cant just back out of it. I tipped because I liked my nails, I am just not impressed with how much I was charged for a singular nail repair, design, and file. Professional, but extremely pricey and sneaky. Unfortunately because of this, I wont be back. Also, was left just standing for quite some time at the beginning of my time there.

Andy always does an amazing job Ive never had nails I didn’t like! The only place I go for the last 3 years!!

This was our first time trying here in a long time. We were a walk in which was great they could accommodate. The atmosphere is fantastic and very inviting as we walked in. We were taken back to our chairs pretty quickly. They dont have their pricing listed but tell you about it when you sit down. Their basic pedi was $40 not including tip then goes up from there in $5 amounts. I did see an ad displayed for a $80 pedi. Pedi started and they use a dremmel type tool to buff your nail beds. Right away she burned my skin above my nail. I added a photo of the burn mark to the photos as well. They then put cutical remover on both feet and a short time later my toe began to feel like it was on fire. The tech working on my friend had me put my foot back in the water, as my tech didnt know what to do, but it burned for a good 10 minutes. It hurt for days later as well. My friend paid $5 extra for a design and it was not symmetrical between both toes, it also was very basic lines. If you go get a pedi for the nail work like I do, you may be disappointed . They do not do much for the side of the toenail bed. They do a nice job making your feet feel soft but even days later my toe that was burning still hurts. Overall we will not return for another pedi.

I honestly hate to be this person and it takes a lot for me to complain BUT, this was honestly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I had 4 other techs do my nails and all I wanted was a French tip. I was also there an hour after they closed. I was knicked on almost all of my fingers and then they put rubbing alcohol on my cuts which didn’t feel so good. They had me pay ahead of time before closing and came back twice telling me I owed more. My nails were also already lifting before the weekend and I got them done on a Wednesday. If you picture a latex glove being filled up with candy corn for Halloween, that’s what my nails looked like. I won’t be returning

I’ve been going to this business for years, upwards of a decade, and over time this businesses quality got SIGNIFICANTLY worse!! The looks of the business are absolutely stunning, but the customer service, not so much!! I got my acrylics on a week ago and the majority already fell off! I did nothing to cause them to fall off they just started lifting and fell off! Since I was unhappy I called and requested to have them fixed! All I was told was “you needed to let us know within three days of your initial appointment”. Like I’m sorry my nails didn’t fall off three days sooner! After a little bit of back and forth they agreed to fix my nails, but the color isn’t matched and they look awful! The nails are messy, not the right color, and my hand is raw from how fast they went! I will not be returning to this business!!

Nail nechs were very sweet and nice! The remodel is great and love the private pedicure rooms. Too bad that the prices are extremely high.

So disappointed with this place! Kent did my nails and the nail art came off after 1 day. I went back and he redid it but it again came off. 5 day after, all nail polish chipped and nails broke. Ive never had a horrible experience like this before.

He did an awesome job on my pedicure but my manicure hurt. He dug into my nail bed and around my nail bed enough to make me bleed several times. I have been going here for quite some time and never had an issue before.

This is the only place I get my nails done. I recently started getting my nails done because I have only had decent nails for 2 years now (after biting them for 18 years) and decided I deserved to get them done. Angel Nails is my preferred nail salon because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The first time I went in I had shellac done, it was great. After I found out it can thin your nails slowly over time I switched to the dip & i love it! I will only use the dip from now on. Overall I love this nail salon ad highly recommend if you are looking for great service!

Me and my daughter and granddaughter had the VIP treatments. It was amazing. The ones who do them were very through and kind and fun loving. We did this to celebrate my granddaughter graduation from high school. She said she loved very minute of it. We will definitely be back.

As always I am very happy with my nails. Its always clean and they have adjusted things due to the virus. I would 100% recommend Angel Nails to anyone. The new website to make your appointment is very easy to use and you get a text confirmation.

I went there about 4 days ago and now I have in infection by my toe nail is pudding white stuff and it’s swollen and bruised what do I do now?

I had a simple set of acrylics done. They charged me $65 for a poorly done job. The lady that did my nails did not seem like she knew what to do. The acrylic on 2 of my nails began to peel apart in 2 days. And the rest of the set began to fall off after a week.

Booked an appointment with Kim using the online booking tool. When I showed up for the appointment she wasn’t even working that day. I checked again online and they were still accepting appointments for her when she was not at work. Do not trust the online booking tool.

I felt very comfortable during these covid times. Everyone required to wear a mask, both clients and service providers. You get your own foot exfoliating sponge and all stations are separated by plexiglas. Highly recommend Angel Nails!

Inside looks newly remodeled. Staff was nice. Priced a little higher than other nail salons. On 2 of my nails the acrylic was very thin. I mentioned that I was worried about them and he said he will fix. I had my nails done on sunday by Tuesday the two nails have chipped. Not sure I will be back.

I’ve never been to this place before but i’ll definitely be going back. i made an appointment online (super easy) and requested jenny (my friend goes to her too). i got there a little early and they had me fill out a corona related form which i didn’t mind and jenny instantly came over and asked me what colors i’d like or if i had a picture, which i did. she did an excellent job picking out the colors and doing my nails. it was $60 not including a tip. it took about 45 minutes and the whole time i was there it was relatively empty so no need to worry about social distancing. jenny was super sweet and had a great personality. if i had more money i’d definitely tip her more. i’ll be going back when i need a fill for sure.

I give them a 2 because they were friendly and atmosphere is great. HOWEVER the end result of my manicure and pedicure was the worst Ive had. My feet were rougher than before I cant in! Yes I know that sounds odd but its true! Must be in the way they file them. My cuticles were also rough, jagged... Not a good job at all. Anytime Ive had these services before, at other places, I come out smooth, soft... Thats what I was looking for. I feel like I wasted $60! I doubt I will go back. Cant pay that for atmosphere alone

Right before a wedding I ripped off a nail so I got an appointment. I had Val, she was nice at the beginning and end. But she was too rushed to do my nails correctly and safely. When she was sanding my nails down, she hit the skin on every nail. When I left I had open skin on 7/10 of my fingers. I was saying ow and asked her to be more careful but she continued to do it. When she was shaping my nails she took off so much of my natural that now I have to watch for ingrown nails of my thumbs. She also didnt shape them correctly and they are not oval and they are not straight. She also used the wrong product so now I have to take them of and do a new set. She also charged me more for it. She didnt cut the natural nail underneath so now they are almost as long as the acrylic nail. After she was all done with my nails, she then bragged that she was the frontline and one of the best nail technicians there. If that is true then I want to know what the other techs are like there. Do not go there and if you do. Please for your own nails health do not have Val work on your nails.

Nice people, great price & excellent service

I’ve been here a few times and each experience is quite different. The environment is great and the staff is friendly. Today my chair wasn’t working quite right, the water was cold and my 4:00 scheduled appointment didn’t get started until 4:30. But I also recognize that it was a busy spring Sunday and it appeared they were short staff.

Just received one of the best pedicures I have ever had! Andy is fantastic!!

They filed my nail beds way to much and cut me with the electric file thing. Furthermore the man who did my nails was very focused on his phone and would leave to pick up calls and would stop to text. He also never talked to me unless he had to tell me to calm down.

Jenny did a wonderful job on my nails. I went in and after having a rough experience the first time was amazed by her work!! I highly recommend Jenny,she has a great personality and did an awesome job!!!

I have been struggling to find a nail salon for years that made want to be a repeat customer. I walked in tonight and could tell instantly that this business cares. I worked with May and she was kind and very helpful. Worked with me on choosing a color and made great suggestions. Talked with me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable. I hardly ever wrote reviews, but my experience today deserved to be shared.

SMELLS SO GOOD (not like a nail salon), the staff are dressed to the nines, its clean, and the staff speaks very good English. I could care less what language anyone speaks or nationality anyone is, but I cant stand employees speaking Asian to one another and making me feel like a peon. Im a paying customer and tip well for good service. They either seem angry or like they are laughing at one of the customers. I hate it when I feel SO bad as the customer when I cannot understand what the technician is trying to ask or tell me. NOT here! FINALLY. They were speaking to each other in English, I understood what they were saying, and when they told me 10-15 minutes to get in---they meant it! Really nice place.

Most relaxing pedicure I have had. The people are nice, the decor is gorgeous, and the experience is Serene. I definitely want to go back to get my nails done and another pedicure.

Today I had an acrylic nail appointment and it went good as planned, but as I got into the car, I noticed there was a good amount of space between my nails and my cuticle. I’m not knowledgeable about nails so it might be a fault on my part, but I went back an hour later to ask to get it fixed, and the boss told me to come back after an hour. After an hour of waiting, all of the nail technicians told me that’s how nails are supposed to look like, and after a few days , the cuticle will grow back up. I was irritated because I waited an hour for my nails to get fixed, and nothing was solved because the nail technicians caused a scene in front of the entire store by asking me if they could all see my nails. I’m not usually one to complain but I’ve gotten my nails done a couple of times before and I know for a fact there shouldn’t have been that much space. I think the nail technicians were more worried about being right than how I was feeling and they didn’t bother warning me beforehand about my cuticles. They shouldn’t assume I know that information. I wasted an hour of my time waiting for a problem to be swiped aside as nothing.

Just left my 3rd time being there and I will always come back. Cleanest place and nicest women. Did I wait a little bit to get in yeah but to leave satisfied is a good feeling. If Im going to spend money on myself I expect good quality and I do get it there. Some of the comments on here are unrealistic..

Every time but this time I enjoyed my experience. This time I had jimmy and he barley let me pick a color. The first color I expressed interest in he said okay let’s go and made me sit in his seat and picked out that color. Then I had a cut on my finger so I asked him politely to please avoid it. He did not and used every tool on it. I even asked him one time during it and he refused and kept going. My nails look great but he was not respectful to my wishes it seemed like he was in a hurry. He even answered his phone and made a couple texts during my service. Not happy this time but may return because it is a great place just not with jimmy.

They always do a Great Job on my nails. Very friendly and you can just walk in without an appointment. If it is close to a holiday or a Friday it is best to call. Never know if there is a wedding group in there.

I read the other reviews & couldnt disagree more. I have been here several times, as have my friends for both manicures & pedicures & have always has wonderful service! I rarely have to wait & am always happy w/ the results- they have a great selection of gel colors, which is nice as many places have a very small selection. Try it for yourself & Im sure youll be happy!

From receptionist, to Maylee doing my pedicure, to Andy doing my full set of gel acrylics...phenominal service! Nice and friendly staff all around. The salon is decorated beautifully and extremely clean. Pedicure and manicure are the exact same thing I requested, right down to the design on big toe and ring finger of my hand. I will ded be going back.
