I have been going to Nail Forum for many years. Vickie, Jenny, and John are all amazing. They do a great job working on your toes if you have issues with ingrown toenails. Color always lasts for weeks before it is time to come back. Make sure you book an appointment as they are very busy and book up for the day usually. Will continue to be a repeat customer with them. I was a walk-in and the staff was very welcoming. They were able to fit me in quickly with Vicki. She was informative and polite and did an exceptional job on my gel manicure. I will definitely return.

Making an appointment is beneficial and the service is wonderful. The $45 pedicure is so relaxing and worth every cent! Thank you, John, you are the best!

Ive been coming since I was 16, still my #1 choice. Vicky and Ben are amazing, remember me by name and always give me a good laugh while Im there! I recommend that you call atleast 2 days in advance for appointments as they are busy and get full fast!Complimentary drinks, suckers and generally a good time.Nails are always done, just how I like them!Once you start coming here, you wont want to go anywhere else!

I only get a pedicure. Good attention to detail. I have not had a hangnail since.

Just moved to the Appleton area from Texas and went to 4 different nail salons to ask about getting my nails done. This was the only place that took the time to talk to me about the different products offered and did my nails. She took the time to make sure it looked good and didnt just rush the polish on. The price was in line with other places, even slightly better in some cases, but the service put it over the top. All the staff was friendly and talking to the clients and each other. I will be back again in two weeks to get my nails done again!

Didnt quite expect to be available to do walk-ins for 2 acrylic sets. But they were able to and took time with details. Made good conversation. Good place to go, really liked my nails, even if they forgot to do the design on the ring finger.

I had Ryan work on my nails. I had shellac and a pedicure done. Ryan took his time, he smiled the whole time and chatted with me. He discussed all the steps for the services I was having done and he told me the price before he started. He gave me like a menu to pick which pedicure treatment I wanted and each had the price next to it. He asked me every step of the way if I was happy with the work before he continued and when I didnt like something, he fixed it immediately. Too bad were moving out of state, I would definitely come back. Prices are very fair too. Everybody in the salon smiled at me and Vicky the manager is super friendly and puts customer service first. I didnt wait at all, I was a walk in.

I recently was in the market for a new nail salon. I called Nail Forum looking to make an appointment for the next morning, hoping to get in before work at noon. The lady who answered the phone told me the only open appointment was at 11:00, but she would open up early to squeeze me in. Once I arrived, Vicky asked me exactly what kind of manicure I would like and explained my options. She also determined what length and shape I wanted before beginning. She explained her process while she was working on my nails, double checking I was happy throughout. I was extremely happy with my entire experience and will continue to have my nails done here.

I was just there and had a pedicure. I had a man do the pedicure and he was more interested in looking around then doing my feet. When he was using the buffing pad on my nails he actually was rubbing my skin instead because he was looking around so much. I also asked him to do some extra stuff on my left big toe because of an ingrown toenail and he said he couldnt. Was just not happy with him at all.

The next day my pedicure was chipping and the polish didnt even last a week. Would not recommend going here unless you only want your manicure/pedicure to last a day or so.
