I got a pedicure from here for the first time and had a terrible experience. I wanted the basic pedicure but was sold into getting the upgrade with callus removal (which I truly didnt need). During the callus removal, my toe was hit with the tool. Instead of telling me and taking care of my now bleeding toe, he continue to work and not say anything. Before putting on my polish, acetone was sprayed on my nails and thats when I had enough and looked at my foot. I then saw a chunk of skin taken out and blood dripping. The guy looked at me and acted surprised. He quickly srapyed something (God knows what) on it and said much better. When I checked out, I kindly explained that I hoped to not pay for the callus removal package as this incident happened. I happily agreed to still paying for the basic pedicure. My bill went from $45 to $40. I was compensated $5... Immediately I left and went to get clean out the wound and dress it properly- Im REALLY hoping to not get an infection from this!! Overall, very disappointed with the service and how an incident like this was handled. I will not be back and do not recommend this establishment. I have provided photos.

I was very happy and so impressed with the facility itself the level of respect they treated me with and the atmosphere and the professionalism of all their staff members. I was so impressed with this place that I booked my next appointment immediately and I have never done that for no other nail spa place. They treated me like pure royalty and I will forever be loyal to them as long as their customer service speaks volumes the way it does. Thank you everyone at nail Palace and spa for all the services that you guys gave me today you guys were absolutely phenomenal keep up the good work.

My sister and I got pedicures and I got a manicure. Was WONDERFUL until I got the $200 bill without the tip. Are you kidding!?! $80 pedicures??? Ridiculous. I would NOT recommend

My all time favorite place to get my nails done! Everyone is extremely professional and nice. One time they stayed 2 hours after to make sure me and my mom had our nails done perfectly. They are extremely understanding about mistakes. I had a nail pop and they fixed it with no charge! Definitely recommend, this place is by far the best in the fox valley!

Other than I have to plan so far ahead to get an appointment, my nails are always done well when I do get in. They are a bit pricey but good service.

I just got a pedicure and polish on my fingers yesterday. My finger polish is all peeling off 1 day later! If I wanted paint to peel off after a day I would have done it myself. I used to really like this place but now will be going elsewhere 😔

I had a pedicure which went great--after I waited 30 minutes-- even though I had a so called appointment. The manicure, on the other hand, did not even last 12 hours! I am not rough on my hands and the polish starting chipping and fading away from the tips. My daughter had the SNS manicure and it is awful. The shape of the nails do not even match and they are way too thick--and the thickness is different on different nails. They also did not mention when I made the appointment that it is cash only and if a card is used there is a $2 charge for each service--not just 1 time use of the card--but for each service--I was not happy. I would NOT recommend this nail salon.

Excellent. Steve stayed late and filled my nails. Polished them beautifully. A few weeks ago Lee cleaned up my nails and brought them back to gorgeous. Highly recommend these two men.

I hate leaving a bad review and Im giving them a 2 because my manicurist did a very thorough job, but 2 days later my shellac is popping of my nail bed completely. Ive never seen anything like it. Im guessing he did things in the wrong order. Every one peeled off in 1 pc no prob. $35 wasted.

First off I never give reviews but this place is too good to not give them a review. I had the greatest experience today. I had a pedi and full set done I was expecting to spend 2 hours in here. Half way into my pedi someone else came and started doing my nails so when I was done with my pedi I was almost done with my full set too! Mind you they have a bunch of colors and dips to choose from its insane. Love this place !!

I am very unimpressed, I just got my nails done FOUR DAYS AGO. They are gel which I have never had any issues with but now my nail polish is peeling off of my nails. Not only did I have to pay the ridiculous amount of $55 for a fill but now I have horrid looking nails.

The whole atmosphere is amazing, I see why its called palace. The people there are friendly, the number of colors to choose from are extensive, and the pedicure chairs are comfortable and easy to get in and out of. A friend and I were looking for a new place after Glamour Nails got new owners and weve found it. We will absolutely go back again and again!

This Nail Salon is spectacular! They did an excellent job on my nails. From the manicure to the dip coating. Plus they have the most color options Ive ever seen! Highly reccomend if you want a strong + good quality nail game.

I always get my nails done once a month and I decided to try this place out. I have never had my nails crack and fall off as much as Ive had it happen here. All my nails were cracked after 2 weeks. It sucks cause I paid 65. Will be finding better places.

My niece and I went there for a pedicure and it was awesome. Was happy to see my friend Johnny and yang are there now running this salon. Very clean and classy looking place. Very sanitary as they line the tubs with a plastic liner and use air to blow the water around and not jets that could be filled with bacteria. One of the best pedicures I have ever had. Highly recommend this place.

Good experience! They had room to take our entire group at the same time! Everyone was friendly, and they had lots of colors to choose from, both gel and regular polish. The basic pedicure includes a hot stone massage! I can see myself going back!

Really nice facility. Looks beautiful when you walk in. Large selection of SNS colors to choose from. Nails looked amazing, wasnt rushed or sloppy like I have happen at other places in the valley. Nailed looked great 2.5 weeks after my appointment! I will definitely be a returning customer, especially after my last experience elsewhere!

I had worked at a previous nail salon so I was nervous coming in. It was my first time being somewhere different. The two men I spoke to were an absolute delight. My full set lasted a few weeks and they looked great they even have natural mineral powdered manicures! Very impressed.

I got the deluxe pedicure today, and it was hands down THE BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD.They used new pumice bars and files that they opened in front of me as well as their tools. The foot baths were lined, so you don’t wind up with some funky fungus. Textbook sanitation. And the salon/bathrooms were super clean! I’ll be back for sure.

My daughter and I loved coming here. We came here for my daughters birthday and we both agreed it was one worst pedicures and experience we ever had. Normally Ive gotten a decent massage. She was scrubbing way too high on my heel and felt raw. Then when it came to the hot stones she stopped moving the stone while talking to her coworker, it was hot and felt like she was burning me. Between normal massage and hot stone massage I dont think it lasted more than a few minutes. My daughters toenails were cut completely rounded, which contributes to ingrown toenails. We were both talking about a design which neither girl asked if we like a design, so we walked away unhappy and without a design we wanted. Then to top it off the prices are now $10 more than most in the area. Im a Cosmetologist and massage therapist myself, not impressed and debating if I ever want to come back.

We made reservations for four people and got in on time and were able to sit together. The technicians were friendly and very accommodating to the two young girls (6 & 7) with us. We were most impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail in regards to the appearance of the salon and equipment. Thank you...very satisfied!

I just moved to the area and saw good reviews for this place. I got there on time, but no one came to the desk for 5 minutes - not a huge deal. Then finally someone showed me where to pick my color. I picked it out and sat down. I waited for 15 minutes before I walked out. It’s frustrating because I would have understood if someone acknowledged me and said that there’s a wait. Also, at least 3 employees saw me go put my color back and didn’t say anything. I will not be coming back.

The owner Yang is the best. If I go in and he does my nails they always look amazing and last a full 3 weeks.

I paid around 60$ for extra length and 2 colors. I love their service every single time. Will always go back.

First time there for a Pedicure. I had Annie. I have had many pedicures at other salons but this by far was the very best Pedicure I have ever had! I had an appointment for 2:00 and I did not have to wait even one minute. I’m very impressed with this salon. People are very friendly. Salon is very clean and they have many ,many colors to chose from. Dry professional. I will be back.

Im new to the mani pedi thing and there was nobody there who could explain it to me. Lovely people, but nobody who could answer questions about options. I ended up just doing polish, had two cuticles bleeding, and a smudged nail before I even left. If you know exactly what you want, Im sure it is a fine place.

They did a GREAT job. Very polite (which hasn’t been a standard practice at many places I’ve visited), clean and good service. And they got us in at or appointment time (also not a given at other places I’ve been to). I will definitely choose this as the place to go to from now on

1st time here - tried SNS nails. Turned out beautiful! Definitely going back!

I will not go back. I get the SNS dip powder done, and the guy who helped me was only trying to rush my service. He used the dremel on my nails, and did not clean the nail power off before starting to paint and dip my nails. Gross! I got an infection around one of my nails, one of the nails had a hair inside of it, and my top coat pealed off in a few days. This place is expensive, and definitely not worth it.

Nice clean place, nice people, had a pedicure. When he was getting the dead skin off he took a chunk out of my foot. I questioned it, he acted like he didnt do it. No apology, thank goodness I had a gift certificate.

Never pay with a debit or credit card. They keep your card on file and charge you when youre not there and dont even notify you. I paid $60 with my debit card and still have my receipt to show the $60, I even tipped $20 cash. Two days later I see they charged me $105! Service is horrible, never again will I enter this place. You cannot just charge peoples cards when they are not there to allow it.

Ive been here once, i was ecstatic at the outcome, went 2nd time young lady trimmed one hand, she started next and i immediately told her no there to shoot, she said no just look like that because you still got polish on, so Im not the mean type i accepted and went home well when your husband says there crooked and dont look right, you know there messed up, but the lady told me because it was late they would redo... so im going back, i got faith, owner is very polite and fair and excellent designer on nails....i stil give them 4.9 stars

Was recommend here by a family member to get my toes and nails done for my Honeymoon. Got regular polish for my toes and SNS for my nails and was asked if I wanted the colors to match. I said yes. I was given a color wheel for regular polish and long story short, the polish didn’t match. Also, had an issue with the top coat of the SNS. Told the nail tech before I left that it looked spongy and not glossy (she used a fan to dry them). She told me it’d be fine once I got home and to trust her on it. Went home upset about all of it. I called and talked to Yang (owner) the next day and he told me to come in and get it fixed. He fixed everything and I’m extremely pleased with his customer service! Will be asking for him next time!

I have always gone here to get my nails done and I have now gathered a few experiences that have disappointed me. My last visit however was not the best, I came in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was not attended until an hour later! Once I was getting my nails done I had asked the nail tech that I wanted acrylics, I made it beyond clear. Instead I received SNS on my natural nails, I then asked him what he was doing and once he realized that he was not doing what I had asked him, he only apologized. I still had to pay the price though I did NOT ask for what I got. I was very frustrated by this because I had repeatedly reminded him and still I received nails that I did not want.

I have always had a great experience. Alot of times i just let them do whatever and my nails look fabulous! I would never go anywhere else.

I have been going for a couple months and love the staff, unfortunately the quality of my acrylic nails have been going down hill. I went yesterday to get them done and I already had a chipped nail this morning. The time before this I got SNS and the next day the top coat started peeling off.

Got a full set and my mother in law for a simple paint. Very friendly and clean. In love with my nails. Will be returning for sure.

I chose this place due to its decent ratings - turns out this is the worst nail salon Ive ever gone to.I had brought a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. The guy that checked me in said it would be no problem. When I showed the lady about to do my nails the picture, she said she could definitely do it.When she began working on my nails, she said I had some of the nicest natural nails shes seen. 5 minutes later, she completely cracked one my nails down to the skin due to aggressive removal of my previous nail polish - she then said it was because my nails were brittle. She also never asked what shape nails I wanted - she just began filing aggressively and made my nails into complete ovals instead of the shape I am used to.Once she applied the nail polish, it looked absolutely nothing like the picture I had shown her. She said she couldnt get it to look like the picture since they used a different type of polish than she had. When I asked her if it would be possible to remove it and do just a regular french manicure, she began acting very annoyed as if it was my fault. I told her I wished she would have just said from the beginning she wasnt sure if she could do the picture I showed her, and I wouldve asked her to just do something else that she could do. After speaking to the manager, they agreed to redo my nails. However, she didnt even completely remove the first nail polish, so my french manicure has colored nail polish underneath it.One day later, 3 of my nails are already chipped. Never in my life have 3 of my nails chipped after one day of use. They barely applied any top coat, and what they did apply was incredibly poor quality. When I do my nails at home by myself they turn out better than they did here.I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

First time getting gel nails! My friend and I were walk-ins and didn’t have an appointment and they took us both back right away! I will be back ! I believe the lady that did my nails name was JC and I will request her again !

Got gel on my natural nails, it has been four days since I got it done and had to take the gel off because they did not even clean up the nail afterwards. So it started to peel off. They really have to take their time. Not going here again!
