Its a nice place to live. I love the Brick style buildings; the buildings were built in 1974, so the walls are thick and the floors have cement between units. They have in-unit washer and dryer. Its location is close to a lot of amenities; very close to highways; and very close to Bren Mar Park and trails.

THIS PLACE IS WHERE I MADE MY LIFE LONG MISSION VERY MUCH SO COMPLETED. I was inducted into the marines in the year of the earliest of 1982 in the state of Northern Virginia the United States of Americas MARINES.

Very nice little community. Parking is not the best but manageable. Similar to neighboring properties.

Parking is terrible on the evening. All close by streets full. I have been circling with few other residents for some time. For me it has been over 3 hours. I even called the A1 the Towing company to check out the lot but they still didnt show up. I have been outside since 11:30 pm now it is 2:15am! Very frustrating for someone who comes home from a long day and with a child. Today is the worst but similar days more or less on this parking issue here!

I used to live in building 6220. It’s was the worst place I have been lived in my life.1-Parking really bed and especially on Wednesday’s2- the heat and Ac system not working properly even we called 4 technicians.3- electic bill always so high. We used to pay over than $300 per month And we struggled in winter and summer.4- bed people start hanging out there at night not safe5- towing company are sucks.6- the pool very nasty7- mice problem.I would not recommend this complex. Just wasting money and time to live here. I regret that I lived here . There are more better place with lease price.
