The Parc Meridian at Eisenhower is a fairly new, immaculately clean, apartment community. The staff is friendly and helpful. The public areas are wonderfully maintained and attractive. Pros:- Definitely 5 stars to Connor!!! Connor is very professional, patient & accommodating. We looked at several models until I found the right one. Each time I came to tour, he treated me as if it were my first time touring, providing me with all of the information I needed to make the best decision. Connor was also very responsive to every call and email I sent.- Location- Views, especially on higher floors- Infrastructure of the building is beautiful- No smoking building, which I love- Pet friendlyCon:- My one and only con so far is the noise from the shared walls, the walls are paper thin...I can hear my neighbors talking

This is a beautiful place to live in, the apartments here are unique and very attractive. It is a smoke free environment. Equally important, toxic building materials here are at a minimum because this is a Leed certified building. Outside of the physical appeal, what really contributes to the strong sense of home here is the outstanding staff, at every level. They are who make us feel welcome and who keep the building in top shape always and who respond pretty much immediately whenever maintenance is needed. Definitely hard to match an environment like the one found at Parc Meridian. Its a true community. (And we have great parties thanks to the staff!)

I have been in the process of viewing over 15 different apartment buildings in the local area and my experience with the Meridian was the absolute best. First, Lisa Novakoski, the Assistant Property Manager, was absolutely amazing. She was unbelievably kind, knowledgeable, patient, and she made the experience exceptional. After viewing so many different apartments and working with so many different leasing agents/teams, there was no comparison.Secondly, the building is nothing less than 5 star. From the lobby to the amenities to the hallways to the apartments, you are choosing 5 star and with that comes 5 star pricing. They were offering super great deals with 2.5 months off of rent.

We lived at Parc Meridian for 2 years and had a great experience. Weve lived in several apartment complexes, and this was by far our favorite. We never heard any of our neighbors through the walls, any time I submitted a maintenance request it was generally resolved within 24 hours, they make moving in and out a breeze, the building is kept very safe and secure, AND you cant beat the location right next to the metro! The staff was always so friendly and willing to help in anyway they could. We will miss stopping to say hello to Heather, Matt, and Dianna every day!

This was the best place Ive lived in my 39 years. I lived on the 14th floor for 1.5 years beginning in February 17. Everything about this place is beautiful.First off, incredible floor-to-ceiling views from my living room and one of the bedrooms. Second, the finishes and style were modern and perfect. Dark floors and cabinets, light granite tops, stainless everything, Nest thermostat, etc. It was 95% quiet the time I was there. The common areas are breathtaking and make you feel luxurious just going to get your mail or hit the gym. Metro and freeway access is literally seconds away, convenience is unreal.The front office staff was always friendly, professional, and knew me by name every time I came in.The only negatives were that I couldnt park my 2nd car in the garage, since they ran out of room apparently, and the price. But you get what you pay for. When I left you could begin seeing the signs of wear and tear in the elevators, I hope they keep up on it.I have since moved to a similarly luxurious townhome in Maryland (not by choice) and I dont really like it. I dearly miss my time at Parc Meridian.

The move in experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had several deliveries the first day but it all went as smoothly as you could imagine.

Received a short-notice transfer to the DC area and had little time to secure a lease. After checking out numerous options what sold me on Parc Meridian, beyond the property itself, was the fantastic staff.The entire leasing team was excellent and Brittany R. in particular really went above and beyond in making the process from viewing to leasing easy and stress free while taking the time to answer every question I had.So far I’m loving the apartment itself, property amenities, proximity to the Eisenhower Metro station, and the surrounding area.

Lisa with the Leasing Department was exceptional in helping me prepare for my move to the Parc Meridian. She is very responsive and pays close attention to detail. On moving day, Muhammad provided support and addressed all my questions. The administrative moving process and the physical move, itself, went very smoothly.

Moved in recently and I love love love my unit. It looks brand new. Laura in the leasing office could not have been more accommodating and thorough during the entire process.The building is over the top fancy and the rooftop is so amazing we booked it for our Christmas party. I would highly recommend the luxury lifestyle that comes along with leasing in the Parc.

So I havent actually lived here but here was my experience. I am currently deployed overseas and had put in an application to move in once I return. A failure on my part to entirely read the pet policy (my dog has Doberman in his lineage) caused me to have to back out. I paid the $500 move in fee but Connor and the management handled my situation with the utmost professionalism. With communications being spotty at best (must withdraw application within 48 hours to have your move in fee returned) management returned my fee after the 48 hours. While im sad I wont be living here, I truly appreciate the staffs ability to be flexible and accommodating.

Fantastic place to live. Weve been here over a year and have loved every minute of living here. Weve been in four other locations in the Arlington/Alexandria area and Meridian at Eisenhower by far is the best value and most satisfying place to live. Staff is friendly and always there to support you!

There are not enough adjectives to describe how awesome the Parc is!! Affordable luxury living in the perfect location. Kudos to Diana & Laura who have been the best since the day we came by to tour the place and on wee on hand the day we moved in. Concierge services are superb! No fear of strangers lurking the floors-they dont have access. Love the convenience of the dry cleaning pickup & the self retrieval package concierge service. The views from the roof, the outdoor fireplaces, TV screens...awesome-the amenities are endless! The neighborhood? Everything you need is conveniently located. From CVS, Whole Foods, to the movie theatre, Starbucks & the Eisenhower metro. Love it! Theres truly no place like a Parc Meridian home!

Ive lived here for the last 3 months and this place is amazing. I worked with Anahita in the front office and she was extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. The whole process was very easy. They are pretty strict on who they allow to live here, which I like. Its the most secure apartment building I have ever seen. There are numerous floor plans to choose from too, which is cool. Also, the other tenants are very friendly. I usually hate everything about apartment complexes...but I love this place. This place is exactly what my wife and I were looking for!

If youre living in Alexandria, this is where you want to be. The apartments are fantastic, amenities are good, and the views are great too. The building staff - concierge, property managers, and maintenance - are all very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my electronic door lock on a Sunday and they called in someone to fix the issue that afternoon. The concierge people (Diana in particular) were very nice to my dog and gave her treats every time we walked by. The property managers, Justine, Anahita, and Laura were helpful anytime I had a question and they were also really nice to my dog. You should definitely live here.

I’m surprised none of the Google reviews mention the thefts taking place in the garage. There have been two whole motorcycles stolen in plain sight (we’ll we say plain sight because it seems that the security cameras in the garage should have captured this), the tires and rims from someones car were stolen ((yes the car was on the ground—-that’s crazy do the cameras not work?)), and bicycles have also been stolen —-all from a supposedly secure garage. Residents are not being informed when some of these incidents take place. We are learning through word of mouth. In addition, you do not receive any free parking passes for your guest...those are $10 a per car, and only available on the weekends. Yes, you are not permitted to have guests park in the garage Mon through Thursday. Good luck finding parking for your guests...street parking also cost. Parc Merdian should really reconsider this policy, and offer residents parking passes. Come on...people have guest..you have to reconsider this policy and the greater needs of your residents. After all, we pay $75.00 per car to park in the garage. More with two cars. The guest suites are $150.00 per night (one bedroom)..go figure! People don’t pick up after their pets...pee in elevators and on common area hallways. We have pets so we understand that one needs to clean up after their pet. Oh it’s a $500 deposit for pets and pet rent is $50 per month (birds included). And this is supposed to be a nonsmoking building, but residents smoke in their units. You are only permitted to have four guests with you in the common areas (pool, grilling, etc.). There goes it for the extroverted social butterfly. Do not get me wrong there are some positives with this building but with all of the thefts taking place in the garage and the other items mentioned above we are starting to reconsider if this is home. There are some nice developments coming up in the area, you owe it to yourself and your budget ...do your research before you commit to a lease. Oh I was informed that Parc always increases your rent on renewal. How can one increase rent with no added perks or services. The materials in this building look great on the outside but when you peel back the layers you will see that the materials are cheap.

Quick star rundown: 5 stars for staff, amenities, and maintenance responsiveness. Wayne is the bomb.Minus 2 stars for quality of materials used to construct the building, the buildings infrastructure, and inflexibility in steep rent and fee increases amongst a reduction in services (e.g., coffee station hours and guest suite rental options/price increase).

Nothing compares to #ParcMeridian! The wonderful leasing office, the awesome concierges, the gym, the rooftop club room, the convenience to Old Town and the metro, the resident business discounts and of course the great residents and pets! ❤️❤️

If any apartment complex deserves 5 stars, its the Parc. I was so lucky to be able to live at the Parc Meridian! I moved there after I graduated college and needed a place to live very QUICKLY. The staff was so accommodating and helpful during the application and move in process. Everyone who lived in the building was nice and friendly. I could rave forever about all the amenities. The gym was amazing and the rooftop was breathtaking. I had friends over often and having an extra space to hangout or have meetings was so convenient. In addition, the location is perfect. Being next to the metro was a lifesaver and being a walk or uber ride away from the center of Old Town is perfect for people who like to be in the center of things but not bothered by all the noise. Unfortunately, due to my career, I had to relocate to another state and couldnt renew my lease. Every apartment Ive looked at since just doesnt compare. The only complaint I would make is that it is a little pricy, especially if youre recently graduated and struggling. However, with the location, the amenities, the beautiful apartments, and the garage parking, it was worth what they were asking for. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in the DMV area!

On my way home I realized that I had lost my key fob. I was very upset about it and planned to spend the day looking for it. Well, in order to leave my apartment I needed a key to lock my door. I go downstairs to talk to the leasing office and they stated that it would be $100 for a new fob and I needed my roommates key today to reset it. I told them my roommate is out of state and I would at least like a chance to find it before I get charged. Laura stated they needed a check today of $100 and they would not cash it for two weeks unless i find my key. I agreed. Laura was helping me and seemed to have an attitude about it all. So she told me I had to go back to my apartment to get the check. I asked if she could help me back to my room ( because in this apartment you cannot go up the elevator without a fob) she looked at me and said, if you dont have your key, then your couldnt have locked your door...it should be open. Wow! I was already annoyed and made to feel like I was an inconvience, but now I had to explain to the employee working there, that yes, even though I was unable to lock my apartment, I still need someone to get me back upstairs with the elevator fob. So I go back upstairs, write the check, come back down and on the check I wrote lost key. Well Laura disappeared and another lady was there and stated I had to write temp key on the check. Which to me makes it seem that the $100 check was for a temp key, and not what we they first told me would be a fee for the lost key if I cannot find it. Overall the situation was a nightmare, they were more concerned with the money instead of helping me during a stressful situation. Very displeased by the whole thing.

Just moved to a NON-SMOKING (hallelujah), pet-friendly, new, luxury high-rise bldg in Old Town Alexandria. I love the bldg, the apt, the staff (shout out to Brad). Way too many amenities to list so Ill name the top 6 I love: Nest thermostat automatically monitors temperatures & adjusts accordingly. Electronic keyless system for entrance to bldg, on elevator to each floor, to your apt. An exercise facility that rivals any paid membership. Light-filled apt with wall-to-wall windows. Soundproof: no noise from neighbors or outside traffic. Location, location, location! Can walk to WholeFoods, Trader Joes, Harris Teeter, 7-11 & restaurants. And if I dont feel like walking, theres a metro for that! So that prospective tenants wont think I was paid for a 5-star review, Ill list 2 cons Ive found. Wish there was more than one towel rack in bathroom & wish I didnt need a stepstool to reach top shelf of kitchen cabinets. Well, thats it. I am very happy I found my new home here. Gwen P
