Management will get you into more into trouble than needed and will easily kick you out, stingy owners, they will even complain if you are waiting in buildings

Infestation infestation infestation of mice and cockroaches. Plus rude management. Few dollars you will save will be paid by you with pure disgust of your living space. Consider yourself forewarned.

Please do not rent from this place. The owner does not care about tenants and has refused to deal with pest infestation and possible toxic materials in the units. The owner also takes utilities, such as heat during cold months, hostage when they perceive a tenant to be out of compliance. The owner puts the onus on the tenant to be responsible for the owners duties, while the owner takes no responsibility for anything. Do not rent here unless you have a penchant for being mistreated, abused, and your basic human rights violated.

You get what you pay for. Larchmont Village Apartments is not awful, its just not good. Also, it has a noticeable problem with mice and bugs.The good is that its cheap. The buildings themselves are all right too. And its not a bad location.The bad is a longer list, and it stems mostly from the fact that the property manager seems to believe that cheap rent means they dont need to do anything for you:- There are problems with mice and bugs.- They have deliberately designed the visitor parking permit procedures to make it basically impossible to get a permit and, trust me, they will tow.- The walls are thinner and the halls echo, so you will definitely hear your neighbors.- You have to buy your own window A/C unit, which is not shaped the way that most units are shaped.- And, most of all, God help you if you need anything. If all you need is to pay rent and get a parking permit, then you should be fine. But if you need maintenance, get used to having no idea when the repair guy is coming for days on end. Worse still, get used to the attitude of a DMV employee when you come into the office. The property manager is officious and hostile to the point of being rude if you interrupt her day.But hey, its cheap right? Im sure its worth it.

Do not rent from here. It is criminal how they treat their renters and keep their property. Horrible infestations, illegal utility shut offs, etc. Intimidation tactics and threats are also used by landlord/manager and owner. Please protect yourself and do not rent from here. If you live here and are having negative experiences there are things you can do. Contact Legal Aid; File Complaint with Consumer Affairs; etc.

Totally infested with bedbugs , roaches and mice. And there is no end to them because of the lack of common sense and ego of the staff. If you dare to complain that there are bed bugs in their property they tell you to leave simple as that.I payed orkin and other companies but but the bed bugs which were un endinly multiplying in other units just kept coming.They will also make your life miserable and more likely make youbleave. This place needs to be condem and tore down also. No one should live in these conditions No One!

You have exactly one hour to turn on the heat at 3418 terrace CT. Unit 1423 Alexandria, VA. My step son and his roommate dont have any heat in their apartment. We know of the court case. By the laws of Virginia landlord and tenants, you arent allowed to shut off the heat. They have ten days to rectify their problem or vacate. Within that timeframe you are not allowed their access to necessary utilities.

Its a cheap place to live at. But you get exactly what you pay for.
