I dont know how many positive things I can say about property and property management team, but let me share a couple. The maintenance and property management are amazing. Been here for already 5, I believe pushing 6th year, nothing but positive things. They maintain the entire complex perfectly, maintenance is always on time - whenever you request something to be worked on/fixed, they get it done in under 24 hours, and I never place anything to be urgent. Units overall are great, quiet, clean (no nasty bugs or mice), neighbors are nice as well, just a perfect place. Management overall is amazing group of people. Highly recommend this community, keep up the great work guys!!

Says pet policy: no pets allowed. But there is a dog at one of the buildings that barks from the balcony for hours on end. Even at nighttime. Very loud.

I have been living here for two years, this community is very safe, secure and clean. i highly appreciate the services of Noura (Resident Manager)and John in leasing office. They are really helpful and friendly in all aspects. Always felt in safe hands. Highly recommend!!!

Super clean and peaceful environment both inside and outside the apartments.

First things first. Speak to Noura shes the best.This apartment is one of the best apartment complexes we have ever lived in hands down. the area is quiet and everything is clean and the main point is that all utilities are included and there are no extra hidden fees when paying rent. whats due is whats due and the towing in this place is non-existent if you follow the rules. the prices are kind of high but the all utilities included. the walls ceiling and floors seem to be cemented so that vibrations and noises from neighbors are mute, youd really have to stomp on purpose to hear anything. parking is great here. while some nights after 9 it may seem crowded there is always spots available in the back and it is not a far walk wherever you have to go. there are no visitors which is some what an issue but it should be fine as long as they leave before 10pm-ish. no bugs in our apartment and no rodents either. maintenance is quick and fast and efficient and all staff is super nice.

Been living here since 2018 . And I will leave wen I decide to buy a house .I love my neighbors. They know how to control their children . LolI am a mother as well !

Got nothing but great things to say about this place. Lived here for a little over 3 years. Service is always great, very clean and repairs done promptly. Prices are also very reasonable for the area. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. Noura and John has always been extremely courteous and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!

Friendly management and decent community. One of the best, if not the best apartment in the region. Only complaint is that the heating and cooling is controlled by the larger Dittmar Company. They have set dates for transitioning from AC to Heat and don’t adjust them even if the weather proves they need to otherwise. Too many burning hot days in the summer.

I just moved in yesterday the leasing office staff very helpful Big thank you to Noura and John i really appreciate you guys help. The apartment it’s self really nice new paint, new carpet so is everything else. Love it here i highly recommend

I have been living in this community for over two years. It has been okay until recently, considering the amenities you get. We had maintenance issue which is going for over 6 months now. its been the third day of madness where they are trying to PAINT the parking, closed part of it, and paying tenants cant even park. They care more about cosmetics, such as the lawn, paints rather than tenants.

I can not brag enough about this place. Great place to live, excellent customer service! Their office team Noura and Jessy are very customer service oriented, fast, efficient and just great! We have been residents at this place for 2 1/2 years. This apartment complex is VERY clean, reasonably priced for the area. They do maintenance on a regular basis, change filters and respond to any requests very quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this place to anybody

Don’t ever lock yourself outside or you’ll live there the whole night, nobody to help. Even security can’t help. Been out for 2 hours now.

Only want to collect application fees. Never told me there was an income requirement. Would have never gave $100 fees + $400 if I knew in the beginning. Never got a response in regards to our refund.Dont take peoples hard earned money. Terrible!

They will not refund my money after they NEVER ran my background check. I have been waiting for my 450 dollars back for over a month now and they wont return phone calls, messages or emial!
