My family and I loved living at the Meridian. The Staff and Conceirge was always helpful and friendly! Any issue with the apartment, maintenance came within 24 to 48 hours to solve our issues. The neighborhood and complex felt very safe. Cvs, restaurants, Whole Foods and the movie theater is within walking distance. We rarely heard our neighbors besides footsteps. The sound proof windows really helped with being so close to the metro. The elementary school is one of the best as well! I loved taking my kids to the swimming pool, Pump it Up, for a walk or hanging out in the plaza area. We had such a great experience living here. If we ever move back in the area again, The Meridian will always be my first choice!

My experience here at Meridian at Eisenhower great to excellent. Beyond standard amenities (exercice room, swimpool, etc., The apartment complex offers quietness (windows are almost sealed), no unruly neighbors, of course, no mice or cockroaches; chutes are kept clean and smell free. Turnaround of maintenance response time to requests is short. Neighbors, whether meeting them in hall or in elevators are courteous and respectful. That cannot be always said at many other apartment complexes. From a verified resident

Weve lived here for just over a year now and are so happy we chose Meridian at Eisenhower. We live in a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 den apartment with a sun room were always to thankful to have. We were moving from out-of-state and couldnt tour the site in person beforehand, but the interiors matched the pictures we were shown online perfectly. Weve gotten to know many of the staff in the office, the front desk, and facilities department. Everyone is so responsive and has been an important part of why we love living here so much. The proximity to the metro and nice walk to King Street are nice pluses, too.

We love living at Meridian at Eisenhower! The management is really wonderful, friendly, and attentive whenever theres an issue regarding maintenance, etc. The lobby is pristine and we love the patio area. The rents are affordable for the area and metro access is prime. Short walk to Old Town, too. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this apartment complex. The evening concierges are extremely rude and always act like you are inconveniencing them when picking up a package or when you ask a general question, zero customer service skills. The elevators are always broken, which have caused several residents to be stuck in them. The gym equipment needs to be maintanced to include the spinning bike, which is not even functional. The front office staff has no clue what they are doing and cant answer general questions. The corporate office needs to provide more training to their employees and address customer service issues, to include how to interact with residents.

The pricing is pretty steep, but you are in a safe location that is conveniently located next to the metro. The area feels like Old Town without being in the middle of Old Town. The floor plans are nice, the cleaning staff are extremely friendly, and the building is well cleaned. However there are some strong negatives that drive down the appeal of this apartment building. Being this close to the metro comes with a trade off. The noise from the metro racing by every 10 minutes is almost unbearable (it sounds like the metro is inside of your apartment). I’ve also had a few important packages misplaced by the concierge and the same maintenance request has been ignored/closed and marked complete multiple times since I moved in 10 months ago.The building does a lot of resident events, which are great opportunities to meet others in the building if you take advantage it. I would recommend this place for heavy sleepers and short term stays, but I don’t know if I would make a home of this Meridian property.

I have three weeks here and I am yet to receive a follow-up on the list of apartment repairs, hot water ceases to run after 10 mins, and I am yet to be entered to the system as a resident. All my attempts to request an update are yet to be fully addressed.

Fantastic place to live. Weve been here over a year and have loved every minute of living here. Weve been in four other locations in the Arlington/Alexandria area and Meridian at Eisenhower by far is the best value and most satisfying place to live. Staff is friendly and always there to support you!

I stayed here for 6 months and had an awesome experience. The lobby and common areas were always clean. Any issues in the apartment were fixed within 24 hours and for the most part, the staff was pleasant. I did have one incident where a staff member was rude but after reporting it, he made a 360 degree improvement the next time I saw him (everyone has a bad day). You can walk to the movies or dinner and the metro is right across the street for going to DC. Highly recommend living here!

Updated review since COVID - November 2020We have lived here about 3 years and like it for the most part, but since COVID and without the amenities, its been horrendous living here. They havent really enforced masks as mandated by the state of Virginia and lately, it is much more like dorm living. The tenant next door BLAST their music while we try to work from home. Despite dozens of complaints to the leasing office, there has been no resolve and were been dealing with this for months. Finally decided to move out a month before our lease is up because we cannot take the noise from next door, high prices and lack of caring from Leasing Office staff. The pros of this place are definitely all the hospitality staff like the first desk, maintenance and housekeeping crews. The cons are the leasing office who made moving in less than ideal, never responded to our concerns on noise and just failed to ensure all residents felt safe during the pandemic.August 2017Our move-in has been difficult, but living here has its conveniences. Our apartment wasnt ready on the date we got our keys (maintenance was still doing touch ups the day of), our new carpet had a toxic chemical that impacted our health, and weve been waiting for two weeks for additional maintenance to be completed. Our move-in day, the elevator was double booked (despite the fact we reserved our elevator 10 weeks before our move-in date). The bottom line is to make sure that all of your move-in needs are taken care of and you arent waiting for 4 weeks for things to be addressed the way we are.The perks of this place include a coffee bar, easy access to Old Town, the fabulous concierge staff that is incredibly helpful, and just generally love the layout of our new home.

I would definitely recommend living at the Meridian at Eisenhower Station. Ive lived here for about a year and love it! I am a young professional and love the friendly staff, quiet apartments, and welcoming neighborsWhen I moved in the apartment it had been freshly painted and thoroughly cleaned. Also, if you have any maintenance issues, they are quick to respond and fix the issue. I had trouble with my refrigerator and it was fixed within the hour. Its a great place to call home!

Save yourself the stress and live elsewhere. Ill include some of my grievances below.-The landlord commonly makes mistakes on the billing statement, Over the past 7 months, Ive had 5 different amounts due. The landlord will then realize their mistake and tape a rather large bill to your door with a due date of the following morning. If you dont pay the following morning, you owe a $100 late fee. Now, Im not opposed to paying what I owe, but if you are like me on Active Duty and travel quite frequently for several days at a time, a note taped on the door will not suffice. Get better accountants.-The bill breakdown on the monthly statements are non-existent. It will literally say $xxxx - Rent. Thanks for the details guy, I would appreciate to know what the rent breakdown is, especially when it seems to be a different amount every month.-Rats in the parking garage. Self-explanatory, the parking garage is disgusting and you can commonly see rats scurrying around in the morning. Im not new to living in rat infestations, but if I pay thousands of dollars a month, maybe put down a rat trap or two, just a suggestion.-Noise. The metro runs within a few yards of the left side of the building. If you live on that, or are thinking about getting an apartment on that side, Id advise you to buy a solid pair of earplugs and dont open the windows.-Pets. This is less the apartment and more the people living there. The pet policy is way to relaxed. Dogs will bark at all hours of the night. Then they take the dogs downstairs to the sidewalk to let them defecate and, lord knows, they do not pick it up. The apartment responded by posting a flyer on the window to remind you to pick up your pets droppings. No one apparently read it. To the owner of the small dog, two doors down, I hate you with every fiber of my being.-Gym. Equipment has been broken for months. Staff knows, does nothing.-Pool. Its gross. Typical public pool-esque cesspool. Band-aids, dirt, trash, etc.. are just some miscellaneous treasures you will find at the bottom.-Smell. I invited my family over when I moved in. Their first question was why does this smell like urine? Excellent question! probably has something to do with the pets.-If you plan on moving out, buying a new car, getting rid of one of your cars/motorcycles, or doing anything that could remotely effect how much you pay, submit it in writing 60 days before or face months of continued payment (make sure you make a copy of what you submit, they will shiest you out of your money, trust me.)Pros-The staff is nice.-Usually new carpet when you move in. (which you will undoubtedly pay for when you move out.)This is just my humble opinion. I look forward to my lease being up. You better believe Ill submit my written notice well before the 60 days.

I have lived here since 12/28/17 and love it! The building is very quiet, clean, and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and mostly working professionals. The view is spectacular from the 25th floor of my 1 BR! Plenty of space, gorgeous marble counter tops in kitchen and bath, and very high ceilings! Packages arrive at the front desk to be picked up when it is convenient. The entire building is very secure including spacious multi-level garage and elevator, both of which require special access keys. Overall, Meridian offers an exemplary hotel-like experience! Best of all, my home is located within walking distance of work, the Eisenhower Metro Station, and an excellent variety of retail establishments including Whole Foods, Delias, Starbucks, Hoffman AMC Theater, and FedEx. Also, within a mile are Giant, Panera, Subway, and the UPS Store; Wegmans is just seven miles away! Most importantly, the Leasing Office team including J.P., Lolieana, and Kylie provide an outstanding level of service. They always greet me by name, are very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Cortney, our concierge, offers expert assistance and always has a smile for residents and guests. The front desk is staffed after hours with top notch talent including Shukrat, Hormat, and Chris who are very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The maintenance staff is very responsive to requests and their professionalism is greatly appreciated. Nothing is better than being able to come home and relax instead of making homeowner repairs or doing yard work. Kudos to Paradigm Companies and their extraordinarily talented team of professionals at Meridian for raising the bar in living accommodations! This is home!
