I honestly can say that I look forward to my dental appointments! The women who work here are incredible...so competent, friendly and personable! Angie is always the dental hygienist who works on my teeth and I love our chats! She is gentle and thorough in her cleanings. I just went to the dentist yesterday and didn’t want to leave! One time I had to get a crown and I was there for 3 hours and almost fell asleep in the chair because I was so relaxed. Afterwards I said to the staff, “that was fun!”...really, it was! I even got to watch them make my new tooth right there at the office. I can’t say enough good things about this place! Their advanced technology/equipment combined with their highly professional staff makes this dental office the best one in town.

I just had my first visit with West Vancouver Dental as a new patient! The staff there were so friendly from the moment I walked in till the moment I left. I love how inviting and comforting the office felt.I have moved around a lot and had restart at many dentist offices and so far this place has been the BEST! Hopefully I will be staying put for awhile and call West Vancouver Dental home for the years to come.Keep up the great work and energy!

When I first went in the office the lady greeted me with a smile then about 5 minutes later the Dr assistant came to assist me into the room she explained to me that they are going to be working on root canal and do a little filling and I mentioned that the doctor was going to adjust my dentures was a little snug then she said going to get the doctor.the doctor greeted her self and said we to start adjusting the dentures the bottom needed to shaved a little just to make it fit and she adjusted the top as well after she started working on the root canal to get it filled in she was very professional in getting fit right an finishing up the root canal and she mentioned that if I have any problems come back and they can get it adjusted again and Im very happy I can go back and start using my dentures its been little over a year now ever since the pandemic and thank you

Extremely caring and compassionate people! They take steps to make sure youre comfortable, and if you have questions theyre happy to answer them. Everyone there is an absolute gem! Highly recommended, great for people who are afraid of dentists!

I’m a bit of a wuss when it comes to going to the dentist. This time I knew I needed work done. So I went in with all the pent-up anxiety of a true dental coward. Both front and back office staff were amazing though. I know that this sounds like a reimbursed review. But it is not. I’m very impressed.Update 9-23-21: Angie cleaned my teeth this morning. Just more of the same; kind and pleasant care. This staff has totally removed my debris fear.

It takes me a long time to find a dentist Im comfortable with and trust. Thats because I hate going to the dentist. I have a phobia about people or objects touching teeth.I followed Dr. Falbo from one clinic to her new clinic. Its about 10 miles further but well worth it. Ive said it before and Ill say it again. She is the best around and her staff at her new clinic are stellar. If you dont switch your dentist to Dr. Falbo, your making a very unwise decision.

I had a new patient appointment here just before Christmas, a filling fell out/cracked! (Which for the record was no one’s fault but my own because and did not get a crown soon enough)They manage to do my new patient exam, the cleaning and put a crown on my tooth all in one visit! Lovely staff, very communicative and the atmosphere of the office is cozy! I will definitely be going back! Thank you again🙂

I’ve seen a lot of dentists in my day and Dr. Mel is a great one. I’ve had a couple crowns from her that have settled in beautifully. You can get it done in one day and use nitrous oxide if you want to for about $40.00 which can make your day a great one. The staff is communicative and kind without being saccharine. They project competence and efficiency in a calm and quiet way. I’m grateful.It’s not easy for me to relax in a dentist chair and so that I can do that here is remarkable.Dr. Mel has also helped me with an emergency I had with an implant. Done by another dentist. And she guided me back to him which was the right thing to do.I highly recommend Dr. Mel and the staff.FYI they seem to be holding all Covid guidance in a responsible manner to protect the client and themselves.

West Vancouver dental are great. Plenty of appointment reminders via text and email but they still fill out reminder cards if you need them. Caring dentistry focused on ensuring a healthy, happy mouth. I have been coming to this dentist office for several years now and I am never disappointed in the level of care I receive.

I have been going to West Vancouver Dental for years. Even through the changes, it has remained consistently friendly, reliable and professional. I recently returned from a camping trip and realized I had lost my retainer. I called the office and was scheduled and had a new one made in less than an hour. Such an amazing place!!!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5 years because I didn’t want cavities filled (I had a horrible experience when I was a teenager and have just been avoiding the dentist). Angie + Dr. Mel took amazing care in making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. 💕 Thank you guys.

After having a traumatic experience at a dental office in my younger years, the tech was very patient with me and helped me through my first cleaning/dental work in 7 years. I continue to return and get my dental work done here, even while pregnant. They never make me feel stupid for asking stupid questions and everyone is super friendly. I will happily continue doing my dental care here.

They always are happy to see me, always friendly, and always take great care of my teeth! I see them once every 6 months... usually, and when I come in they ask specific questions about my life. Today they went above and beyond and ended up staying an extra hour!

First appointment. Really liked the team and appreciated the clear communication of the entire office.

This was the dentist office I chose after doing some research online. I told them I needed an appointment as late as possible on a weekday and chose a 4PM appointment about 5 weeks out. They called me several times leading up to my appointment offering to get me in sooner if I preferred.On the day of my appointment, I was greeted promptly and cheerfully. Once I filled out my forms, I was seen by the hygienist immediately. She was friendly, gentle and thorough. Once done with the cleaning and X-rays, it was only a minute or two before the dentist came in to see me.I was given an estimate via email the next day for some work I needed to have done and now just need to decide when I will have it done. They have already scheduled a return visit for 6 months from now at 5PM so I won’t even have to leave work early.So far, so great!

Everyone is absolutely amazing. I was a new patient with an emergency. They stayed an additional length of time so I could be seen. Best experience because the dentist was so gentle and thorough.

My implant broke so my husband and I walked to the nearest dentist to schedule an emergency appointment for me (as we live in the same area). When we walked into the office, I needed badly to go to the restroom, and my husband asked the lady at the reception desk if his wife can use the restroom. The receptionist responded with no. Even after I said that I would like to schedule a dentist appointment and I need to use the restroom before I do, she questioned the name of the dentist I have an appointment with. When I said that I do not have the name of the dentist and I need to schedule an appointment, she still refused to let me use the restroom. She also told me she is Melany, but when I looked at the website Melany is a dentist and is completely a different person. It was very frustrating to have such a bad customer services from this person.

I really love the people at this office. Best dentist ever. So glad my girl friend referred me to them.

I found the staff to be distant and impersonal, with the exception of the dentist herself. I hadnt met any of the new staff, and yet no one called me by name or introduced themselves, including the dentist. Likewise, the dental assistant seemed to have not made any attempt to look at my previous records (Ive been at the same dental office for over 30 years) or at the referral made by my periodontist. Im changing dentists.
