I have never had a bad experience going to this dentist! Everyone there is always very nice and helpful. Every time that I have needed to get seen quickly I am able to. They are very professional and I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. They make you feel very comfortable and it makes going to the dentist easy! Thank you all so much at Cascade Dental!

By far the greatest Dentist I have been to. First off when you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff. The few times that I have been there there has been no wait. I was taken back within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment time, where every other dentist you would have to wait past the scheduled time.Dr Eric himself was amazing. He is very nice and takes the time to explain what is going on and what he is doing. It was the first time that I had work done that there was not even the smallest amount of pain from not having enough medicine.The teeth cleaning was also amazing. She took her time and made sure that everything was clean, talked to me like a person, and had some helpful hints.Overall the few times that I have been here have been great, with great results. Again a great staff who treat people with care, respect, and like we are other people. If you are looking for a great Dentist then Dr. Eric and Staff are the ones to go see.

Dr. Dahlen and his team at Cascade Dental are the best hands down! They work directly with my insurance so I never have to worry about unexpected fees or charges. The have great hours, including evening hours that work best with my schedule. One of my favorite things about Cascade Dental is that they call me two days before my appointment to make sure my appointment doesnt conflict with my work or personal schedule, and they text me a reminder a few hours before my actual appointment. I love the reminders, and the opportunity to change my appointment if something comes up. If you are looking for a new or better dentist, I recommend Dr. Dahlen and his team at Cascade Dental. The call you by name when you walk in and you never leave frustrated or disappointed with the services they provide.

Love this place! Right from the moment you walk in youre greeted by super friendly office staff who have remembered my name from my previous visits. Dr. Dahlen and his entire staff are caring and patient. They take the time to get to know you and have always explained everything in detail and answered any questions Ive had. They have flexible office hours which has been very beneficial given my crazy work hours. Im also a big fan of the technology that Dr. Dahlen uses. I recently had to have a crown put on and I was surprised that he was able to complete the entire process in one visit! In and out in an hour and a half! With my previous dentist it took two weeks or more with several visits. I cant recommend Dr. Dahlen and the staff at Cascade Dental enough. They have made each visit a pleasant experience!

I think everyone has a slight fear of going to the dentist but your mind will be at ease quick once you get started. I actually dont fear going to get work done at all. Im very wary of a dentist, but Dr. Dahlen and his staff are first rate. I had waited to have some work done on my teeth after moving to the area a couple of years ago and really wasnt looking forward to starting the process. But the staff there were patient and very thorough with their examination, explaining my options and even working with me to make sure my insurance covered as much as possible. My only request was that the process be pain free and it was. I highly recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

After entering the office and being escorted to my chair to meet Dr. Eric, I explained my fears to him and he listened to me intently, and assured me that I was comfortable before beginning the procedure. I knew I was in good hands. During the procedure, I felt safe because the doctor made it a lot less scary. My family and I have been going to Dr. Dahlens office for over 5 years now. Dr. Dahlen and his staff are very friendly and patient. I really like the fact he is gentle with my children and asks them question about themselves. Which helps them feel more at ease.

My wife actually picked this new dentist for us. In less than a year we spent alot of out of pocket money here and had to force them twice to audit our account for over charges and both times we received credits on our account. Staff is VERY friendly but check your statements and make sure if they are a provider on your insurance that they are charging you what they are supposed to be according to your plan. It was very difficult keeping our account straight. We will not be using them in the future.

I have gone to the dentist every six months since my first teeth came in and as I got older going to the dentist hurt and I hated the scraping on my teeth.I figured as long as I brushed and flossed I didnt have to worry right???It has been at least three years since I have seen a dentist and I noticed sensitivity around my gums. First it started with one tooth then three four finally I realized my time was up. I asked a co-worker who she went too and she said Dr. Dahlen.Terrified and having sore gums I called. The whole process has been amazing easy to get in. Office is clean, staff is so welcoming. X-Rays were so high tech. As I sat there in the chair and shook waiting to hear the news Dr. Dahlen asked me how can we make this better for you. They offer lots of options for those scared. I found out I had the starting of gum disease.I was scheduled for a following appointment to work on this gum disease and a mouth guard for my teeth grinding and as promised they brought out the comfort measures. I left feeling grateful to have found Dr. Dahlen and Cascade Dental!!!!
