Went in for my first appointment and I could not be happier! Everyone was extremely friendly and explained everything in detail so that I could understand. I always am nervous going to a new dentist, but they made me feel welcome and walked me through each step. The dental assistant that helped me, Autumn, was so bright and cheerful! She answered all of my questions. Dr. Arnett, was super nice and his examination definitely showed his expertise in comparison to other dentists I have seen previously before I moved here. They worked great as a team in communicating and included me in the conversation so that I didnt feel like a fly on the wall. Definitely a place I would recommend!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was told I needed a cavity and needed it filled ASAP by another provider. I went here for a second opinion and they worked with me and said they want to keep an eye on it. My tooth is completely fine now and definitely doesn’t need a filling. Super amazing staff. My dental hygienist April does a very thorough job and Dr. Perkins is so kind and does such a wonderful job. I appreciate staffing that wants the best for me and works with you to get the best care! After moving back to Vancouver from California, I went back to New Image for my dental needs because I’ve always had a great experience with them in the past. The entire staff are still as great as I remember. I have two pretty sensitive teeth in the front, and April made sure I was comfortable while she was deep cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend!

I had a deep cleaning done here. Rachel, the hygienist, was fabulous!!! She was thorough, gentle and professional. She explained everything. I highly recommend her and this office.

Staff is incredibly patient and kind- Im pretty squirrelly with dentistry but the dental assistants are so nice. Dr. Arnett is like a tough coach: honest about your tooth health and pretty hard on you if its bad haha. Hes very dedicated and diligent to your health, and very friendly when he sees youre taking it seriously. His sternness was the push I needed to start fixing my teeth.

I have been having some mouth pain and after a year without a check up I knew I needed to go to the dentist.I rarely leave reviews but I have to say my fears of dental offices was immediately relieved when I was greeted by such friendly staff. They also took Covid-19 safety precautions which I appreciated.Inna was my dental assistant and she was AWESOME, so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I seriously can’t say enough good things about her.Dr. Perkins treats my husband and I and he is the best dentist we have ever had. He takes the time to explain things so a person not in the dental field can understand. I’ve been going to New Image for all of my dental care for about a year. The entire team is fantastic. Not only do they have excellent customer service, but their patient care is top notch. Jen is a fabulous dental hygienist and Dr. Perkins is an amazing dentist!

I started going to New Image as a new patient June 2020 and have been very pleased with everything. I use my dental insurance and the front office staff are extremely knowledgeable and always help answer my questions. I’ve never had any billing issues or problems. I’ve seen both dentists and highly recommended either one, both were gentle, kind, funny, professional and did a thorough job on my teeth! April, my hygienist is seriously the best! She’s so gentle, careful, educated, sweet, does a spectacular job and makes my experience feel more like a spa visit and less like a dental visit. Overall I really like this office and the team there and recommend to anyone looking for a dentist office in the Vancouver area.

Always super friendly, punctual and professional, Dr Perkins and his staff including top-notch hygienists Rachel and Jan keep my smile healthy. HIGHLY recommend these guys. As a doctor and clinic owner myself I know first-hand how much they must do behind-the-scenes (staff training, office upkeep, and so much more) to make all us patients their priority. Me and my wife and kids are very happy with this fantastic team.

Front Desk staff are super friendly. Dental hygienists teach me something about my teeth or mouth everytime I get my teeth cleaned. Dr Perkins is great too. He does quality work.

I loved my experience at New Image Cosmetic & Family Dentistry! The staff was wonderful- the hygienists and dentist were gentle, and I felt valued as a patient. I was so happy to be treated so well! My teeth had been an embarrassment most of my life and I had been treated poorly at other dentists. This staff made me feel right at home I ended up with dentures and I am very happy with the experience. I am finally able to smile and be confident.

Dr. Perkins and his staff are WONDERFUL! I especially look forward to my interactions with Brandy at the front desk. Shes personable and funny. She always takes extra care to make sure that my kiddos, who are always anxious/stressed about seeing the dentist, get a hug and a couple laughs in before they head into the exam room. After a couple of visits, both of my kids no longer have such strong anxiety about seeing the dentist - and that right there is very hard to find! Ive been with Dr. Perkins and some of the staff since I was a girl, and theyve treated me wonderfully each time! They genuinely seem to care about me personally, and remember details about me and my familys lives and ask how were all doing each appointment. They are also very flexible. I remember I had a complication from a wisdom tooth surgery, and Dr. Perkins came in on a Saturday to help me out. I am a college student in Seattle, and could only take a train down on the weekend, so I very much appreciate their dedication to customer service. Although Ive mainly only had 1 hygienist, my interactions with other hygienists have all been positive, and I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience and very knowledgeable!

Its been a few years since I had been in their office - I set an appointment and was taken right in. Very nice folks at the front desk, sign in by iPad, short wait and headed in. Within 45 minutes, I had x-rays done and was evaluated by Dr. Perkins. He made my situation very understandable and put me in the drivers seat as to when and how I wanted to proceed. Have been to other dentists in my past where if felt like I was at Jiffy-Lube and they were trying to sell everything possible - you wont have that experience here.

Best staff, state of the art equipment, and highest commitment to the patient. I am a patient for life.

April is amazing

My first visit to this dentist after the last one stopped accepting my dental insurance plan. I had to switch and based on a recommendation from a co-worker, this turned to be a good choice.The staff was very welcoming and made sure to make me feel at home as a new patient. They were thorough in their questioning before they started to look at my teeth.Their equipment was much more high tech than the other place and I really love that stuff. the 360 X-ray machine was much better than having film plates put in my mouth.Im giving 5 stars as I see no draw back. If you have to see a dentist, then you might as well find a good one that treats you right.

Went in for a consultation for dental implants. After meeting with Dr Perkins and his staff, I decide to go through with the procedure. Their thoroughness and professionalism were top notch!!!! They have always treated me like I was a VIP patient. I would highly recommend New Image Dentistry to anyone needing any type of dental work done.

I went in for a basic checkup and I barely sat down for 10 seconds before the hygienist came out to bring me back. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. During the cleaning, if I ever started to feel like I needed to swallow, she would immediately take the tool that sucks and help me out. I didnt even have to gesture or say anything. Dr. Moller came in, was very personable gave me the thumbs up and that was it. Very enjoyable experience. All of the staff made me feel right at home and got me setup with what I needed. Couldnt recommend it any higher!

Not only have I had a lifetime of dentist experiences but I also work in the dental field and I can say with no hesitation that New Image is the BEST you will find! Their customer service is second to none with a sincere interest in your care. The staff of hygienists, assistants and dentists are knowledgeable and understanding. The team at NI have taken care of my family and I for over 8 years now and will continue to be our dentists of choice.

Staff are very friendly and competent. Appointments happen WHEN scheduled... no waiting around. The rooms and equipment have always been clean (have been in a dozen times or more). This is the perfect place if you hate wasting time but still expect excellent staff taking care of you.

I highly recommend this Family Dentistry! Everyone is always smiling and ready to answer any questions. And they are always on schedule!

Dr Perkins is an excellent dentist and an outstanding individual. Ive been his patient for about 10 years. From grandma age 94 to the grandkids, he is our trusted family dentist. He is very knowledgeable and uses the best of modern technology to deliver the dental results that are best for each patient. Thanks to Dr. Perkins and his great assistant Onna, I have a beautiful new dental implant!

I would not recommend this dental office. I had a broken tooth and the only treatment offered was a crown. After I changed dental offices my new dentist repaired in less than half an hour. If you like to waste money on unnecessary crowns, they are very nice people at New Image.

Both doctors Perkins and Moller have been informative, sensitive to my tmj problems when cleaning or doing a procedure. The hygienist I have specializes in tmj issues when cleaning my teeth. A bit more expensive but I’m willing to pay for the expertise.

Very unprofessional dentist and staff. Very judgemental. If you have any preexisting conditions dont go to this dental practice you will be judged for having conditions you dont have.

The lady on the phone that I called was borderline rude and in a hurry to get off the phone.
