I dont take my car anywhere else! I have been going here since 2018! Piasecki is the best garage in Toledo. From their friendly service to their fair quotes and pricing, piasecki does it all. Jim and the crew go the extra mile explaining everything before and after your vehicle is done. Everybody at the shop is very personable and professional. Excellent service! I called the day before for a quote, price was right where youd expect it to be, and then was able to schedule for the next day (they do same day towing, I just didnt need it). The gentleman was so nice. My young son who is special needs was with me and was scared of the trucks noises even though he was also excited by the truck. The guy took time to involve my son by letting him help, so my little dude didnt have to be scared. He was very friendly and even talked to us about his own son. He went out of his way to be sure my son also had a good experience, and it truly made my sons whole day. I will use them again in the unfortunate situation that Id need a tow, and I highly recommend them.

Being a small business owner, the business side of my brain says spending this time with me over a $19 oil change has to cost but I decided that the customer loyalty they create by being so attentive is what keeps them going/growing. My keys were locked inside of my running car since 7 a.m. while I was letting my car warm up for work. I called Piasecki around 8:30 and they gave me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. They arrived a lot sooner than expected which was a huge plus and i was assisted by David who was very friendly, professional and efficient. He got the job done very quickly and i couldnt thank him enough for the great job. If i were to get locked out again, hopefully not, I will definitely give them another call.

Very friendly, went above and beyond to not only repair my car but hep prevent the problem from happening again. Prices were very fair and honest. I wilk not take any of my vehicles anywhere else.

My car was stuck in Park in Toledo Hospital garage and tow trucks could not get in the garage to tow the car out. Piasecki was the only one I called, and I called a lot of places, who said they could do it. The mechanic got the car out of park and then found a hard to find short in the electrical system that was making the car malfunction. They did a great job for me. They had the will to succeed that others lacked.

My family has taken our vehicles here for about 6 years and we have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly, honest, and their prices are fair. I will always refer them and continue to use Piasecki for the remainder of my time here in the Toledo area.

They were always honest, reasonably priced, very friendly and more than once towed me and gave me a free lift to work. I always felt safe when I drove off their lot.

Courtiouse every one of them, repairs were made in a timely manner, and saved money as well. All issues with my Jeep were fixed to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

For probably 20 years, Ive gone to them whenever one of the vehicles has needed a repair that I couldnt do or didnt have time to do myself. Once you find a good mechanic, that treats you right, you stay with them!

I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else in Toledo! I am a college student, so money is always a big issue. The Piaseckis have always been up front and honest with me. They let me know what repairs are needed immediately, and what I can hold off on. I have never felt pressured into any repair that was unnecessary. The repairs have also always been affordable. They provide you with an estimate before beginning the repairs and have always stayed true to that estimate. If for some reason they run into a problem while performing the repair, which has happened in the past with my car, they call to let you know that it may need more work and provide you with an estimate for the added work. Also, their staff has always been friendly and happy to help you. I would recommend the Piaseckis to anyone I know for their car repair needs.

Needed a tow. They were very friendly on the phone and in person when the driver showed up. They were also very careful with my car and the price was fair. Ill use them again.

Got the job done at a great price had 2 pullys and a belt replacedthat would have been 140 in parts alone for my car. The total for them to do it was 180, and i had my car back the same afternoon.

I found Piaseckis online, I liked the fact that they are a family run business and have been around for many years so I had my truck towed in. Im so glad I did! Piaseckis found the problem that 3 other garages could not including 2 dealerships. I was so happy with the service that i brought my wifes vehicle in a couple days later for some repairs and was very happy with that service also. We have had service from Piaseckis through many many years. Mike and I have found that they are great diagnosticians. I feel we get very personalized service. They have kept our vans going for way over 100,000 miles. On 4th van. We trust them. We left for a short while because for the first time had a new van and went to the dealership but returned to Piaseckis when a problem occurred and solution could not be found till we returned to Piaseckis and presto , they found the problem and corrected it. They take time to explain things.
