Last winter the furnace went out and this year it was the water heater. Furnace required a part and cleaning after hours on a 10 degree night. We had heat within 3 hours and he didnt wake up the baby or the dog. Water heater was replaced and working great in a timely manner (called Friday evening - done Monday afternoon). Everything was cleaned up and was very affordable. They provide value and great service with integrity. 6 stars would be appropriate!

I called on a weekend and my phone call was returned withing in 10 minutes. My air conditioner was freezing up. Abe came out within a couple hours and all that was needed was freon. He walked me through what was going on and gave me a few tips. Super happy I did not have to go without air. I will definitely be calling for any other issues I have with my furnace or air conditioner. How is that for customer service?

Hes the only call back I received on Memorial day when our AC wasnt working. Even though he couldnt make it out, he helped us troubleshoot over the phone, between jobs, on the freaking holiday! Hes coming out tomorrow to fix our issue and I honestly dont care the cost. He earned our business from going above and beyond without hesitation.

Called twice and they never called me back

Furnace was misfiring Thursday night so I called Honest Abe answering service at 6am Friday morning. Abe called back at 730 and was at my house before noon.This the third I have called Abe and each time he does a great job. Please if you need work done Honest Abe is without a doubt the one to call.

I highly, highly, highly recommend Honest Abes. Both Abe and Jermaine have been to my house to service my furnace. They are, not ironically, honest and fair. I truly felt like I was being treated by a friend of the family. They took the time to explain things, and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. They communicate clearly and quickly. Both times I called, they were at my house in less than 24 hours, even though neither case was urgent. They are genuine human beings who are engaged in solid business practices. I called Abe for a dead furnace when it was -40°. It was a weekend but he was out within 30 min due to us having a baby in the house. He promptly fixed the furnace at a very fair price. Since then he had my business for good. I again called him to install a new A/C unit, again below other estimates. I would reccomend Abe to anyone needing service, repair or install.
