Would give zero stars. I was told on the phone after calling to confirm my rental car that I could use a debit card to pay and did not need to be a credit card. I was not able to rent the car I needed for this afternoon because I was told by the counter guy that I needed a credit card and there was no other way. Now Ive gone out of my way to come here to pick up a car Im not able to rent. Now my plans are completely ruined. The man behind the counter was nice, but not helpful at all.

A very professional business! Super clean Venices.. The gentleman was washing it when we drove up!He was very respectful helpful and knowledgeful! I plan to stay with Budget car rental for any of my rental vehicle needs. Especially after the way Enterprise treated me!!!

The manager (I believe that’s what he is) is amazing. He has been the most helpful person during my whole process of my car accident. He’s went above and beyond to help me and get me the cheapest deal I could possibly get for weeks of having no vehicle. If you want to rent a car come here , he will make it worth it.

Paul, the franchisee at this location is kind and friendly but was fairly unhelpful when it comes came to the actual details of my rental, when my flight came in a bit later than I expected the rental office closed as 6pm so I got a hotel for the night and came back in the morning. The car I had reserved months earlier was no longer there so I had to wait all day for a new one and the price was somehow $80 more than my booking price. Paul was patient but also unable to explain why that change had occurred and generally unconcerned about getting it straightened out. I would rent from budget again but not from this location.

Yikes! Attendant wasn’t wearing a mask. There was no record in their system of the reservation... even with a confirmation email. They didn’t have a vehicle in stock.

The process for obtaining the vehicle was simple; however, the monthly renewal was not as easy. The return process was very difficult - the Springfield Office was closed and then had to give 45 min to another location to return the car because I could not leave the keys..... very frustrating.

Second time I rented and the guy at the desk is super helpful and nice! I wish I knew his name!

Small office, but the staff is friendly and helpful. I rented a car for a week and asked to upgrade to an SUV because of bad weather. The agent didnt have one available immediately, but he called me back within an hour saying one was available. Both vehicles were clean and had lots of amenities. Very good experience.

I rented the car in Boston and discovered a slow leak in my back right tire while in Amherst- far from Boston. I called this budget office in nearby Springfield, MA and Paul, the manager, was so helpful. He didn’t have a car to trade but quickly offered to have the tire repaired for me. It was amazing peace of mind and lovely service to have that resolved before my next drive to NY. Thanks!

When I picked up the vehicle, it want washed or vacuumed. I advised them that I would be returning a day earlier and what would the price reduction be. I was told that they will adjust the price when I returned. Well, I returned one day earlier and was told that they would not reduce my price regardless of the one day return. The person working could have cared less. He was working Inn Thursday am on 6/13
