Made a reservation asked if I could put the 200 dollar deposit on my Credit card and pay with my bank card as my CC has a small limit they said it was okay to do that.. I drove an Hr and a half to get the car just to be told they only take credit cards with out a limit of credit so unlimited credit would had been nice to known when I asked that 2 weeks about now waisted 3 hrs of my time

Car totaled. I couldnt believe it, and was not prepared! The crew at Reliable Collision Center helped me with the business with my car, and then walked me right over to Toyota Rent A Car. Shalimar was already on the phone with the other partys insurance company, preparing everything for me to get a rental car right away. I was so lost and upset, but she was so nice and helped me every step of the way. In no time, I was in a beautiful new Corolla, on my way home. Thanks to Shali for that sweet ride! I loved the Bluetooth and backup camera!!

Ive tried dealing with Enterprise and Avis in town, and they were both not only terrible customer service but also overpriced. Toyota was able to help me out with a rental while I got my car worked on, the price was fair, and they made the whole process pretty painless. I was able to rent a car the same day. I would absolutely rent from them again.

I was recently in town for the holidays and rented a Tacoma for the day for my dad. Shalimar and Kelly made the process simple and very quick. I have gotten my services done at Reliable Toyota since I can remember and the last time I went in I was informed that the rental company with Toyota does same day rentals for while your car is in service. I have rented a vehicle from both Enterprise and Reliable Toyota and the experience from both establishments were wildly different. I would highly recommend pursuing a rental car from Engerprise on Sunshine. The customer service from Reliable Toyota has to be the worst interaction that I have encountered, which was primarily from the manager. I had two interactions with the manager that were greeted with snide and snippy comments which escalated our conversation when it would have been more than easy to utilize basic communication/customer service skills to address the questions and concerns. This has been my first experience ever becoming angry during a business interaction. I would highly recommend for the manager to work on building her rapport with her customers, since I had a lovely experience with the individual who I actually had the vehicle inspection with (maybe we should move that lady up the ladder instead)!I will personally not be renting my vehicles from Toyota and have let the establishment I work alongside know that we should take our business elsewhere!

$200. Charged to my credit card besides a daily rental rate with having my own full coverage insurance?! So to rent a compact car for two days in the middle of the week would be over $200. That is ridiculous!

We used to use Toyota rent a car multiple times a year with no issues. We have loved the staff in the past! But they have a newer manager (9months) and employees that seem to be new in the industry and very unknowlagable about how insurance works. We have full coverage though our business Chase credit card. She got verbal and written confirmation from Chase that they would fully cover there car and we provided secondary insurance that would cover another car if we had an accident. But after waiting an hour for them to decide that it wasnt enough we are now late! Crazy! Enterprise On Sunshine literally had us in and out in about ten min AND it was cheaper! Never again! :( Please ignore all the five star reviews that posted over nine months ago.

Look no further than Toyota Rent A Car located within Reliable Toyota.I would STRONGLY recommend renting here for a variety of reasons:(1) The prices are reasonable and competitive.(2) The fleet of available cars is varied and the models are current.(3) You get what you reserve. Meaning that if you reserve a Prius, you get a Prius, etc. There is no chance of being surprised when you arrive to pick up your rental and getting a big SUV when specifically requested a Prius or vice versa. If you have rented from other car rental agencies, you know this is not always the case. This does wonders for your peace of mind, especially if you have rented a specific vehicle for a specific occasion.(4) You can always count on your rental to be clean when you pick it up. There won’t be any remnants of spilled drinks, crumbs in the seats or dirty floors. The same can be said for the exterior of the vehicles as they always look like they are fresh out of the car wash. The staff clearly takes pains to maintain the vehicles, both inside and out.(5) The staff here is AMAZING!!!! Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Shalimar, Kelly and crew. They are extremely professional, patient and friendly. The level of customer service is truly top notch!! They clearly care about earning your business and that their customers are satisfied. I know I will certainly be a customer for a VERY long time to come!
