I highly recommend Ability Center in Springfield. I recently purchased a 2019 Honda Odyssey Braun conversion. They were extremely helpful helping me choose my vehicle, communicated with me very well in the process and I have had excellent support after the purchase. I needed help over the holidays and the staff went above and beyond to find a solution to the predicament I was in. Service does not end with the sale! Speaking of which, I the service department has helped me for years with other conversion vans I owned and I receive excellent service there, too. I will not take my van anywhere else.

Before we bought our Sprinter Van in 2017 I did a lot of research on what wheelchair lift is best and what the actual installation cost. We decided on an Under Vehicle Lift (UVL) from Braun.Many places (in Oregon and other states), even those sharing the franchise name, either said it couldn’t be done on a Sprinter or (any new van design) or quoted a much, much higher installation price. The good people at Springfield not only said it could be done, but actually had experience installing them on other Sprinters. They did a great job at installation and they did it for far less than anyone else!Two years later I can say that we are very happy with our van and our son’s wheelchair lift.They are professional at what they do and they are a friendly bunch to deal with.

They spent almost 6 hours installing an electric wheelchair lift only to find out the wheelchair would not fit into the back of the vehicle, so it was another 1 1/2 hours to wait for them to remove it and 3 more months to replace a wide molding they cut a section out of that covers across the back entry.

Nice lady helped me check out power wheelchairs for my mother. Prices for localpurchace competitive with web.

Very helpful with answers about lifts and other equipment

Arrived at 8:00am for my 10:00 am appointment. Was greeted by very friendly staff . Jennine was so kind and helped me with coffee in the morning as well as brought back a chicken sandwich for me at lunch time .I would highly reccomend their services as i received prompt phone callbacks,estimate of equipment and labor costs and the installation date in a very short period of time . All of the forementioned did not happen where i reside in Medford oregon area thus the 175 mile trip. The waiting room should also be lauded. Lift recliner very comfy big tv nice too . Don. Pettit
