I was visiting from Chicago and I found this nail salon and it was the best choice. They were very clean and professional. They made me feel at home, they made great conversation and even offered me some wine. They took their time in making sure my experience and nails were perfect. They are the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I will definitely be returning. If you’re looking for a place this is your sign to go and check this place out. You will not regret it, you will leave with a smile and so relaxed. Thank you for the amazing service.

Came in to get pedicure 3l adies are working and said they only had 20min to do it due to appointments. Only 1 lady was actually working.

I hadnt been able to have a pedicure for quite a while due to covid and other reasons. My feet needed a lot of attention! Cindy took extra time and effort with me! She even took care of an ingrown toenail that I had never been able to deal with. She was so nice and very professional. Great job Cindy! Thank you. Will definitely ask for her again!!!

All the ladies in this shop are so nice and helpful. preya is the sweetest. she takes her time with my nails & the other young ladies in there do a fantastic job as well.

So im gonna start off by saying I had gone to another nail salon yesterday and they royally screwed my nails up. Long story short, I called Preya today and she told me to come right then. I was so impressed with how soon she was able to see me especially on a Sunday. She fixed my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted and charged me less than half of what I was charged at the other salon.

I love this place! The women are very good at what they do! I feel fabulous each time Im finished!

Love Preya and Mary and the wonderful service they have always provided to me every visit. I have never experienced a more friendly nail salon. My first visit here I was so touched by the friendly service they provided. Preya and her family became my friends not just my nail technician. When I moved to Alabama it broke my heart to leave this wonderful salon. I have not found a nail salon like this yet in Alabama. I keep visiting place after place only to discover that in most nail salons you are only a number. When you walk in a place and they call you by name after only 2 visits that my friend is irreplaceable.

Wonderful salon and so personable and friendly. I miss the days when I lived 5 minutes away but after moving to Greenville I still make the time to come to Preya because I wouldn’t trust anyone else! Love it here they make it feel like home ❤️

The staffs were very professional and friendly and they took really good care of me. I had my pedicure and manicure done. There is no usual nail salon smell at all here. I really enjoy the experience and will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to the salon. My first visit was great, just very slow. My second visit was last week and I came In for a nail removal, gel polish and a pedicure. The lady told me after she started my pedicure that she had an appointment. She said if she had time, she could polish my fingernails. She rushed my pedicure and it lasted only 10 minutes. The pedicure bowl was broken and parts kept falling into the water. She continued to speed through the pedicure. She did polish my nails but did a terrible job, the polish was in clumps and started chipping the next day. I was not satisfied with this visit.

Tried this place for the first time. They were very nice when I was there but only after a few days of dip powder, it is already pulling up. The layer is extremely thin and I am quite disappointed! Wont be back and highly do not reccomend.

Preya and her staff were so sweet and friendly. We came in as a walk in and the treated me and my husband like old friends. Highly recommend her and her staff for any nail needs!

I’ve gone on multiple occasions & the older woman is always quick to say they’re booked when I go. No option to schedule an appointment or have anyone tell me to come back in a couple of hours. I don’t remember this place being appointment only. Seems like she has a problem with black people and doesn’t know the color of MONEY, which is fine because I won’t be returning.

They were nice but there work was terrible nails and feet are the worst I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

This place and these people are truly amazing. They talked me through the process and educated me on what would work best for my nails. That pedicure was the best pedicure Ive had in my life. They engaged me in conversation and made me feel welcome. As long as I want my nails done, this is where Ill be going. Thank you!!

I came a little early and rather let me wait preya let me sit and soaked my feet while she continued to get ready for the day, that’s what you call great service they are the best!!!!

We have gone to Preya Nail Spa 2x in the past year. Both times we were treated with extreme kindness. Our nail techs were chatty and funny - they also executed our pedicures to our liking. My cousins nail tech was also able to provide some good counsel on some questions she had about her nails. My daughter had accidentally messed up her nails before we had left and without us even needing to ask, her nail tech fixed the smudge. This will be the spa we go to for our pedicures - we appreciate feeling comfortable and being treated well.

I love this place! I am always happy with my nails. I get the gel done and never have a problem with it peeing or coming off early like I have at other places. The staff is super friendly as well!

Visited from out of town in a pinch for dipping powder. however, the work was sloppy; and I was told that the excess powder underneath my nail would come off after I washed my hands, it was dried and caked on. Even the sides of my nails wasnt dipped well either. Wish I could post a picture with this review. 45.00 for a sloppy and messy job.. wouldnt recommend and wont waste my money again.

I found Preya when I moved to the area and have been impressed with the cleanliness, the attention to detail with the manicures Ive had, the friendliness of those working there, and their efforts to ensure satisfaction. I look forward to that little bit of time that I carve out for myself each time I go. And, the complimentary hand massage received each time just adds to the experience. Love this place and the people!

Worst place ever to get your nails done. I went there about a month ago and all my real nails but four broke, they did my nail way to thin for the length i have. My nails where breaking off two day after getting them done all while doing simple things like opening the door or picking up a lit box. Never again will i spend money there.

This was my first visit and I was very happy with the service. Ingrid did my pedi and she was wonderful as was Preya who did my eyebrows.

Great service and atmosphere! The ladies here are one of a kind and wonderful. The shop is considered an odorless nail salon, so for those who cant deal with the strong smells of most nail salon, I highly recommend Preya Nail Spa.

I went to their salon yesterday. And they did a horrible job on the acrylic and they did not do the color right nor the shape. I do not recommend this store at all and it’s very expensive for and horrible experience and horrible nails

Very friendly staff, but nail quality is NOT THERE. I have had a new set for five days nails are breaking off and catching my hair. I ask for the coffin shape and they cant ever seem to get it unfortunately. One nail doesnt even have a real shape... its flat on one side and pointed on the other.. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years I have never had this problem. What a waste of my time and money. That was my third and last time giving this nail salon a try.

Expect a 35-50% increase in prices now. While inflation is here, thankfully its not this high in other businesses.

Really friendly, reasonably priced, no frills, down to earth nail salon!!! I enjoy coming here for a pedicure every so often, and they do a really nice job!

I give them 1 star because they wete friendly.Tips did not stay on a week. We went as a girls day out. I will not be returning.Reccomend trying another salon.

Very happy with gel mani/regular pedi. Professional technicians and good prices. I also like that they soak off the old gel rather than file it off. Would recommend and return.

Weirdest experience ive had in a nail salon. seemed like more people were unhappy than happy. took hour and half just for a pedicure and polish wiped right off later.
