Every time i came i was lucky to get the same person even though i do not know his name. I love his work. Cost is high here. But it is everywhere nowadays. I like simple and he does it well. Place is nice, clean, love the manicure chairs. Its all i needed

My first here at the nail salon and had an amazing experience with my girl. I loved the atmosphere there pretty clean space. The girls knew what they are doing and did pretty good job with the mani n pedi. My girl had a pedi too and got her nails painted ( crimson red). Would definitely visit the place again and strongly recommend it for everyone.

Just moved here from Virginia and decided to give this place a try even though their 4.1 rating was below my normal standards. Wished I would have used my better judgement!! For the price I paid for my pedicure the nail tech could have done such a better job. Water was cold, didn’t do the bottom of my feet like I’m used to, nail polish done a little sloppy and no Paraffin here. And let’s not even discuss my manicure that looks horrible. Whether or not I go clear or popping color on my nails they never should be all cut up and skin torn up. They don’t put any effort into the end result. Just in and out with below standard results. Never coming back here again! And yes the pictures are from today when I went there!!! They should truly be ashamed of their work!

The spanish lady that clean is very dedicated n constantly cleaning. Shes always doing a great job. I would love to see her get tips for her service well done. John and Sandy are my favorite nail techs, they are professional, kind, and skilled at what they do. They both know exactly what I like and always treat me great!!!

If you go here make sure you get someone who really knows what they are doing. Its a nice place but but that doesnt mean all the workers are good workers. That moment when you get your nails done and thinking they look good but the next day a nail falls off like what glue😳 call back and you get a Smart a hole on the phone. Check your stuff before you leave really good.

Really enjoyed my dip powder mani here. Staff was friendly and sweet. I wish he would have taken a little more time to clean up around cuticles and under nail after service, but overall satisfied with service and will be back to see Ryan!

Very very pleased every time I come for pedicure, manicure, eye lash extensions. Clean and technicians still wear masks! Every time I come there Angelina does an awesome job cleaning. She always cleaning no matter what day I come! In the Covid19 world right now, this is wonderful to see and is what keeps me coming back. Thanks to everyone that works at Serinty Nails. This place is so wonderful! It’s very clean and beautiful! The staff are very efficient and professional. They definitely clean and sanitize their stations and tools. My nail technician is Kevin!!! He’s so creative and professional! My nails are always a hot topic at work and when I’m just out and about. I’ll gladly post pictures of his work.

I used this salon for years but since 2020, the service to their customers has gotten worse. They raised prices on their services by $3 saying it was because they couldnt get supplies. Although they never ran out of anything. I also got the deluxe pedicure which is supposed to come with a drink (water, soda, wine). They do not even offer you anything anymore but the price for this service remains the same. Its all about the money and not the customers. I would not recommend this nail salon.

They did a nice job with my pedicure but with my manicure I did not get what I asked for when he stated he could do it. I didnt get his name. They are overpriced for no reason $73 for this is ridiculous I just will not return honestly.

I had appointments for me and my wife. The front desk personnel took walk-ins before taking appointments. When I questioned them about the order of the people she took before me. She replied we take walk-ins first, then appointments. I explained that was not how appointments worked. The manager and owner was not at work for me to speak with. According to her no one was there to voice my complaint to. Very unprofessional! Will not be going back to this unorganized business anymore.

I was very disappointed with my last visit here. Ive been going to the owners nail salon since she was in downtown Simpsonville as lucky nails. My mother, daughter, and myself have been going to serenity at least once a month together for the last several months. We spend close to $300 with each visit. As a nail salon you should know if women come together, that they would like to sit with one another, but regardless my child should always be near their parent. We are always split up and my daughter ends up on the other side of the building. There is multiple empty stations to where this should not happen! Anyways, yesterday....I just got a basic manicure and it was a mere t minutes and the lady was done. I asked her to file my nails down and paint them. They were so jagged and rough, the paint job is awful and she even cut and made me bleed with the cuticle cutter! They tried to talk my daughter out of getting the design she wanted to something more easier and tried to say because it was trending, and my mom had to speak up and say no she wants what she asked for. Then I waited over 30 mins for a tech to start my pedicure, the water got cold! We got there at 530 and did not leave until after they had closed the blinds and turned off some lights. I had to remind them that I was also getting my eyebrows waxed because they cleaned and cut everything off in the eyebrow room and I was still getting my pedicure. It was just like every service was rushed but yet you see nothing but signs that talked about the price increase around the shop. The pedicure price that used to include a drink or wine is still the same but yet they no longer provide a drink! Seems like theyve spruced up their location only to lure you in but not provide a very good experience! I guess you are paying for the building and no longer the service, or maybe its lack of help, but I will no longer provide them my business!

Was disappointed with service. Waited for quite awhile. Asked for Spa pedi and got the basic. My tech was so busy talking to girl beside her I think she forgot. She put the wrong color on my toes and before she started I asked if it was going to change color and was told yes. She had to remove color and start again. I sat to dry my toes and didn’t get any help removing their flops. And of course what happened?!? I smudged one nail! Left disappointed.

I refuse to go anywhere else. They are fantastic and do what ever they can to please customers. You may have a bit of a wait but its worth it! Prices are fair, energy and atmosphere are very nice! Ms. Helen goes above and beyond without a complaint. She did an awesome job today for me even though it was a bit of a complicated request she never frowned or complained. AMAZING!

Never returning here! I paid $120 for my pedicure and a fill in to get horrible work that I had to have the man fix twice before I got up from the chair. I asked for easy and normal design it turned out so tacky and Non consecutive with the other nails. After I walked outside I turned my hand over and noticed all my real nails where separating from the acrylic nails. Walked back in and the 5 people at the front all acted as if that’s not what they do when you come back to get your nails done. Worst experience ever! Made me almost feel like it was my fault! Another nail technician did finally take me back to try and fix my nails which still looked tacky and just heavy after all the coats of over up and fixing. I will take my business elsewhere, where they care more about quality instead of quantity.

My first and last visit here. Terrible pedicure! Gal who did my pedicure rushed the service (was in and out the door in less than 35 minutes). The tech did not give proper attention to the heels of my feet...they are still rough! The salon has a $3 surcharge for each service and yet did not have the nail color I wanted. Also observed a tech adding something to dilute the nail polish bottles. Will try a different salon. Gave one star because salon was at least clean.

Been 4 times first time was ok second was horrible the girl done a terrible job. Third time was pretty good so the fourth time I ask for him again they didnt give who I had appointment with. A girl did mine and 3 days later I have 3 broke nails where they were so thin. Paid too much for this. Ugh.

My wife and I went for the first time. I tag along because it is good for health reasons. Bad experience here. Seemed in a hurry, and did a bad trimming job. Kept hurting when she cleaned the cuticle. My wife said hers was mediocre. My person was a little rude. Going to try another place next time.

Please make sure you are extremely clear with the services you request here. They did an excellent job on my pedicure, but I was charged for services that I did not receive. Before my pedicure was started I asked for the luxury pedicure that is $48, but quickly changed my mind when I realized I selected the wrong option. I changed my choice to the Milk and Honey pedicure that is $38. My change was made before the pedicure began. The luxury pedicure is described as being done in a private room, with the music of your choice and a drink. I received none of those things, but was charged for it. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk and the lady who completed my pedicure they tried to offer me an apple juice after my pedicure was completed and made no other attempts to correct this mistake. My pedicure was done out on the floor and I received the same pedicure treatment that my mom received with her $38 pedicure. I would normally recommend Serenity to people when they ask where they should go for their nail services, but I am not sure I will do this going forward.

Came in to fix a botched acrylic set and pedi and had the pleasure of being serviced by Kevin (nails) and Mia (pedi). Both did an amazing job! I thought I would need a whole new set and Kevin was able to work magic! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered. Mia was great as well and was so sweet. Best pedi I’ve received hands down! I wish I hold have found this place sooner. I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful pedicure, I asked for one service and actually ended up getting a more expensive one without my consent. It was a happy mistake that I definitely paid for. Kim was great and took great care of me, I just didn’t ask for and didn’t expect to pay for the more expensive service. That’s my only complaint, I will be much more clear next time.

Very rude to Children with special needs and should realize none of us are different and shouldn’t turn away a KID ESPECIALLY from getting their nails done .

Very clean and do a great job!

I went for a pedicure yesterday and when the lady went to turn the jets on the water shot straight up between my legs, sprayed everywhere. My jeans got soaked as well as my leather shoes that were in the floor. No one even apologized. She tried to turn it on twice more and I said I think I should move chairs and they kept speaking to each other in a different language but did not move me. Instead- they left the jets off. The water was freezing and I had to even ask for a towel to sit on to try to soak up some of the water. Then when I went to have my eyebrows waxed, the lady was right in my face with her mask below her nose. I went to relax and instead had a terrible experience and had to go to Walmart to buy new pants and shoes because I was still soaking wet and it was 42 degrees out side and I still had a whole day of errands to run but live 45 mins away. This was a horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

Dont let the exterior deter you from trying out Serenity! The interior is spacious, the staff experienced, and the treatment worth it!

I personal typically would go here because I just recently moved to SC. But they honestly rush and the guy that did my manicure literally chopped my finger with the drill and gave me the opposite of what I asked for. (They do that often). Very over priced. Also, I took my daughter here and got get nails painted with gel polish (she’s five) and the polish came off the same night.

Great place to get your feet and nails done

Y self and my 2daughters have been several times to have our nails dipped and pedicures. The quality is terrible, they set you in a chair and forget about you,.long story short this place is more concerned about quantity rather then quality

These people are very rude and overpriced! Different nail techs different prices.! The price dont match their quality of work. Perfect place to go if you want rude nail techs and arguments over how you like your nails to look and dont mind paying top dollar for quick pedicures and crooked nails!

Yesterday was my second time visiting this salon. Yesterday as a walk in as well as the first visit. They always a full staff no wait, the salon is very chic and clean. They are currently taking temps to ensure safety durning covid. They also have a separate room for brows & eyelash services . Andy did my nails and was so nice & did a great job on my nails. I will make this my go to spot for nails , brows & lashes.

If you want a good pedicure, do not go here. They rushed, were rude, and didn’t even give me a massage at the end. The absolutely worst nail salon I have ever been too.

I was a long time customer. 8 years or so. It has gone downhill. It’s very sad because I was a loyal customer. Several little things made me realize I needed to go elsewhere. I won’t list them here because it’s not worth it and I enjoyed many great years and service provided by most of the staff. Overall customer service would be the best way to describe it. And I personally feel that their gel color choices were lacking. Just my opinion. Other shops have so many more choices that are displayed really nicely on easy to see cards. In the end I wish them good luck and I thank them for the many good years that I experienced there.

The black man there I’m not sure his name, explained to my girlfriends 8 year old cousin how he likes rubbing feet, touching feet, feeling feet and sometimes licking feet...while currently doing her own feet and he thought it was funny or something.

Im very disappointed 😞!! I had a simple design, but my nails look nothing like it. The guy rushed through my polish and it wasnt dry so it smeared! I ask could he fix it and ge told me no that was the best he could do. So after spending $80, im leaving mad and disappointed. And I will not be back!!!

Unprofessional, charge for basic pedicure 30 dollars. The lady doing my pedicure made my feet bleed and was very rude about it. Worse pedicure I have ever received !! Ever received !! Do not go here . Waste of money.

I used to love this place. Came today and Im pretty angry. I sat in the massage chair for 20 minutes. Water was cold, jets werent turned on and lady next to me was loud on her phone. The guy doing my toe nails wasnt paying attention and literally scrubbed the skin off my toe. Now Im in a good amount of pain. Pedicure lasted 15 minutes. So not worth $30. This place went way down hill. I will be finding somewhere new.

I have been to several nail salons but this one is one of the best places I have been to. From the way it looks to the services, they have it all. This place is really clean, the lady that attended me was very polite, friendly and did not hurt me at all I am very satisfied with the way she did everything. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to get their nails done. I’d give it more stars but it won’t let me.

I had heard a few people saying Serenity wasn’t any good anymore, but i definitely do notfeel that way after visiting! Rose was great, my service was friendly, and they are clearlytaking many precautions with covid-19. :)

I was a little wary considering Greenville is a hot spot for COVID-19, but they were super clean, had big clear dividers protecting the clients and the nail artists. I was super comfortable during my appointment and left feeling great about my nails!

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Tee and Min. I had a gel pedicure and manicure. They would never admit it but my hands and feet were in bad shape when I arrived- and I KNEW it. 🤣 No shame here. They took good care of me and as I cracked jokes about my own nails they joined in but continued to affirm that I was in good hands! Gotta love it! ♥️♥️

I SPECIFICALLY told the receptionist and the nail tech what I wanted for me & my daughter. The tech that done my daughter nails did all kind of extra stuff I didnt request and ran the bill up! He tried to be smart and put stuff on his station so I couldnt see. I was FURIOUS!!!

Just moved to the area and saw there were many salons to choose from in the area. Picked this salon by chance and I’m really happy with my first visit— clean and gorgeous facility. I felt like I definitely got my money’s worth for my pedicure! Only complaint is my tech didn’t understand me well (I asked her 3 times if I could sit in my massage chair while my toenails dried and she kept telling me to follow her to the drying area) Overall, really nice experience and will be back!

I have been a customer at Serenity Nails & Spa over 6 years. I knew from my first visit I would never go any place else. I absolutely love the new spa, it is spacious, comfortable, and eye pleasing. The staff has always been pleasant. I travel a lot to the West coast I am gone at times 4-6 weeks which I wait until I return to make my appointment with my favorite technician. She is very knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I enjoy our conversations, she is teaching me to speak Vietnamese. I tell her my dreams for my nails and toes, she knows my style and makes it a reality as I change the shape, the length and the colors. I have grown from acrylic to gel and now S&S Dip.I invite anyone to come and be wowed by the talented technicians that work here.Ms. Gayle

At first I really liked this place. Recently the customer service has gotten bad. The lady at the front desk is rude to customers and employees. Im not why but just recently they changed the dip colors. They had a lot of colors but not now. Im not sure why they changed but the colors now are horrible. They are very limited. I was not even able to find a burgundy color. I wont be back.

I schedule an appointment with Ken every two weeks and the past few weeks I have been unable to schedule an appointment with the front desk personnel. They tell me to just walk in and see whoever. I will not be back. Very unprofessional.

First time getting my nails done ever and I go in with a more experienced friend and get them done. Amazing experience, they came out a little shorter than I wanted but I didn’t think too much. I pay and it’s $40 dollars, my friend pays and it’s $25 Hers were a little longer and we both got acrylics. I personally believe I got ripped off but I didn’t realize how much of a price difference until we left.

I liked Kathy from the moment I sat down. She was personable and made my visit pleasant. My nails look nice and I will be back and will want Kathy again.

I got dip nails. Lady did an amazing, even, and smooth job on the actual dip nail. However, whatever she had me put my hands in to take off the dip I had on when I went in dried the hell out of my hands. Made them feel and look 20 years older. She also cut my cuticles in 5 separate places, which took weeks to heal. She left the underneath of my nails stuck to my fingers with super glue, which again took me forever to get off. Finally, she was kinda rude when I was asking her questions, it was my 2nd time getting my nails done ever so I was curious, said all people want to do is complain but she still does the best work... Im not there to listen, Im there to get my nails done.

The amount of time taken to dip my nails, you would have thought I got just a simple polish. She didn’t pay any attention, she was jumping up and down from her seat, running in and out of salon, getting pics of snow.Quality, terribleValue, noneProfessionalism, absolutely NONE, she actually acted like she was on drugs.The dip began to break away from my nails in less than one week. I’m the past when dipped, it would stay on five weeks what I didn’t have time at four weeks to go back. So, actually, NO STARS!!!!😳😝🥴🥴

Tom was great!! Staff was friendly. I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere of this nail spa as well. Possibly the nicest one in the upstate. Will definitely be back many more times. Great experience overall!

April always does a wonderful job. She goes a step beyond most nail techs. More knowledgeable. Always pleasant and friendly.10/11/19: April is no longer at Serenity Nails. I am really going to miss her. She was the best person they had. What a loss.Lately even with an appointment for a pedicure after having my nails done requires sitting for 15-20 minutes to wait for someone. Even if the pedicure area(s) are not busy.

My service today started off good with a fast check in for me in my daughter. Then once taken over to just get my toes polished and a design I had four different techs within ten minutes and no one to start on my toes because the ones they came to assist couldn’t do designs. Very disappointed after driving 45 minutes here

I had been to this place a couple of times without issue but today was not the same experience. I knew that it would be busy and have a wait being that it was a Saturday. I was checked in, waited about 30 minutes and saw half a dozen people who got there after me called back (some walked in and went straight to a nail technician) then I finally asked how much longer the wait would be. I was told I dont know were going in number order (which I was 11 and 17 was already called). I told them to cancel my spot I wasnt going to continue to wait because I didnt know the right person. The manager heard this and said I could start soaking (which doesnt require any assistance and takes about half an hour). Had that been offered sooner, maybe I would have stayed there. Instead, I went to Nail Style a few miles away and received excellent service! The owner told me there was a wait but I could start soaking immediately (which is taking my time into consideration). I was warned that Serenity was like herding cattle instead of service, I should have heeded that warning.

You will love this Nail Spa my wife and Daughters come here every two weeks for the last 4 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The salon it self has been renovated and looks spectacular and with their attention to detail and professionalism you will come once and never go anywhere else! Danny & Helen do everything First Class. 5 ⭐️ Everyday.
