My experience with this salon is outstanding. Everytime I go, my hair feels better than ever. My hair stylist is Krystal W. She always makes me feel confident everytime we do something. Even when I don’t want too much taken off my hair, she does a dusting trim instead of those stylists that cut whatever. She truly listens to what you are wanting and knows exactly what your hair needs. She really takes her time because hair is a huge process and have to be patient. You definitely get what you pay for and did I mention it lasts as well? I had an experience of using box black dye and for the past 2 to 3 years, it’s as if I never even colored my hair black. We’ve done a golden blonde for a few years now. I decided to go red hair temporary and got so many compliments. Everytime I go, it’s better and better each time. I highly recommend this salon! 10 out of 10 definitely!

I will only let Krystal touch my head. I have been seeing her for the past 5 years. Having Krystal as my stylist of choice is like having a best friend play with my hair. She knows exactly what works best with my hair, lifestyle, and skin complexion. She’s so sweet and funny and is the greatest at what she does! I have a very busy/ complicated schedule and Krystal is always able to fit me into her schedule. She responds quickly to messages. I truly could not have asked for a better stylist. I use her services throughout the entire year. When I have a special occasion such as a wedding, birthday, or baby shower I know I can count on Krystal to have my hair and make up look perfect.

I moved from California about 4 years ago. I struggled to find a hairstylist who was responsive, listened to my needs, and made my hair look great. I found that in Krystal! Krystal is the only hairstylist I trust to do my hair. We’ve gone through a full journey from silver, to pink, to blue and back to brunette. Even with all that processing, my hair has remain shiny and healthy. Highly recommend Krystal as a trustworthy and talented hairstylist.

Michelle always does a great job on my hair. She always listens to what I want to do and then gives her expert opinion on how to make it work. I’ve gone to several salons and they usually can’t get my hair to process right. Michelle always gets it right. I love the blonde highlights every-time. I would recommend seeing her if you need color/cut she knows her stuff.

Very elegant salon and spa. I have not had the pleasure of visiting this establishment yet, but I do plan on going. I was impressed by the phone call and how prompt she was in returning my call so quickly. The very next morning with answers to the questions I left for her on voicemail. Very impressed with the upbeat tone in her voice and courteous service she was giving as she explained her services.

Anthoula is the BEST! I got a balayage by her and my hair has never looked so good! I was looking for a low maintenance color and cut and asked her professional opinion. We traded pictures and she literally made my hair look better than my inspiration picture! I am so happy and will definitely be back! I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

This was my first time going to this salon. I called the day before my appointment to ask about pricing and my appointment details since I had not made this actual appointment (previous co worker referred me to salon and booked me a spot and then I only got a date and time confirmation) and I left a message for them to call me back. I never heard back from so I got to my appointment and sat down and met/talked with my stylist for the first time to go over a final plan of what were we going to do with my hair. It is my opinion and my feelings that I communicated that I wanted only partial highlights as the other services, when I had checked the website the day of my appointment online seemed, and in my opinion, more expensive than anything I wanted to spend on my hair (highlights were listed on the website as starting at base $130-I didn’t ask about pricing when I sat down with my stylist for my appointment because I thought and in my opinion and my feelings that this was the only service I communicated to my stylist that I wanted when making a final plan of what to do with my hair-a one color partial highlight).At the end of my appointment the stylist said my total was $405. I was shocked. I paid it plus tip ($445+), as I felt too shocked not too and in a very awkward situation for me to just not pay. I cried the entire rest of the night as this put me in a financially strapped situation. I looked over the services/price breakdown on my receipt and I was charged $155 for a one-color partial highlights and a Brazilian Blowout at $250 (that I didnt realize she had done because I have never had that done-otherwise I would have stopped her mid way through). It was also $92+ total more expensive than listed on the website prices (front page of website lists Brazilian as starting at $185).I contacted them privately on Facebook about my concerns and feelings, feedback, and how upset I was. It was my opinion that the services and prices should have been better communicated as there was a clear miscommunication when I sat down with my stylist personally to go over a final plan for what I really wanted/needed for my hair and what I was wanting to get done. Its my opinion that even if a keratin treatment was booked in the initial appointment details, a $300 service should be discussed with the client as there are 3-4+ different types of keratin treatments listed online and if you are going to be doing any service it should be discussed and clear, especially when if the client doesnt mention any of those services when discussing final decisions in person with the stylist.They didn’t respond to my feedback message on Facebook for 10 days, so I posted a google review. Then they responded first that I should just come back to their salon for my next service and then later I got additional messages threatening to take legal action and get attorneys involved if I did not remove my initial google review. They kept messaging me back Saturday night as I tried to explain why I wrote what I wrote, and then they sent me an additional 15 paragraph Facebook message at about 1am.It’s my opinion that the customer service was bad. It’s my opinion that services and prices should be more clearly communicated if they are going to be performed. It’s my opinion and feelings that if prices are very different from the website, they should be more forthcoming about it. It’s my feelings and opinion that this was handled poorly.

Kaitlyn did an absolutely amazing job at color correcting my hair!! The amount of work she has put in to get my hair back to blonde exceed my expectations, and also helped me get my hair back to feeling healthy again. Kaitlyn was very professional and helpful, I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting blonde or needing to correct their color. She also gave me a great cut with beautiful layers. I wish I had found her sooner

I moved here from Tennessee a year ago. I actually drove back 3 or 4 times in 8 months to my stylist there. Then someone recommended Michelle at Me Salon. I was very nervous trying someone new. She did color, cut and style. I’m very happy to say “no more trips to Tennessee for my hair”! I have continued with Michelle and love that she wants to make sure I’m very happy with my color, cut and style. I would highly recommend her for any hair services. She a perfectionist, keeps her station area clean and and so sweet and kind. I’m a happy new client!

I always deal with Michelle Cape at Me Salon & Day Spa! She waxes my eyebrows, cuts my hair, and colors my hair. I cannot say enough about how great Michelle is! She is honest about what will look good and what I may not like. I ask HER what I should do with MY OWN HAIR because I trust her and her judgement so much! I will never use another person or salon! Since I moved to Simpsonville 6 years ago Danielle has been cutting, coloring, highlighting, and styling my hair. I no longer consider Danielle just my stylist, she has become a friend. When she touches my hair it automatically looks better. She is very talented and goes the extra mile. During this pandemic she has managed to keep me safe by agreeing to meet me at my home. She has cut my husbands hair and also my two grandsons hair, age 8 and 3. We all love her dearly. We always make our appointments a month in advance. She is always punctual and lets me know in advance if we have a conflict. I am never disappointed.

Michelle Cape has been doing my hair now for almost 3 years. Every time, she has always done what I ask and more. She even helped me with my eyebrows when I came in for a hair appointment and it wasn’t scheduled. She is professional, on time, and keeps a good schedule. Her area and tools are all very clean. I see her cleaning before, during, and after my appointment. Not to forget she does amazing cuts, color, and style. She works hard to contain my curly frizz and she does a great job with it.

Danielle is the best ever!! I have been going to her ever since I moved here, she is the only person I truly trust with my hair. She’s colored my hair three different colors and it’s always exactly what I ask for. She never disappoints, and I always leave the salon so happy with my hair!!

Went back and forth between places trying to find a good fade, then my wife told me to try out Michelle. Been going every two weeks since, and the fade is perfect every time. Very good at mens cuts and beard trims, and does an awesome job on my wifes hair as well as my daughters. She has our business until she stops cutting hair.

First time being here and I showed a picture of what I wanted. I know it wont be exact but it was not similar in any way. I have hair dye stuck all around my forehead and ears. Im having to go back home and clean it up and fix my hair to look decent. It was 140 dollars wasted. It looks like I tried to do this myself. I wont be back to this salon. Im disappointed.

They are very professional. They keep all the equipment sanitized during this time of Covid -19.There are some customers and hairdressers that dont wear masks.

Did a consultation and then an appt for highlights and lowlights with Kaitlyn nycole. Ive been growing my hair out for months and was excited to get some blonde highlights and lowlights to match my natural color. Took many photos to both appts to make sure she and I were on the same page with the color I wanted.Kaitlyn made my hair much darker than it was when I entered the salon. I received zero of the blonde highlights I asked for. I received some dull ashy highlighlights. I received a bunch of lowlights and with permanent color that she did not tell me she was using until it was too late. When I realized she had ruined my hair I asked her if it was permanent color and she said it was. Instead of more blonde like we had discussed Im now darker than ive ever been in my life and its permanent color. Yikes.Also, I paid for but did not receive a good haircut.My bill was $205 and Ive got to go immediately for another haircut and then as soon as I dare, a color correction.Follow up: went somewhere else for cut and color correction. Now thankfully blonde and beautiful. Was able to overcome the permanent color and lift to a beautiful wheat blonde. 43 and have been highlighting since I was 19. This was the biggest mess ever but so thankful its fixed. Go see Egan at aveda on woodruff road, greenville. Wish I could upload a picture of before and after!

Went in for a partial highlight and a trim on my hair that was long. Saw Danielle. Will NEVER go back there again!!! She not only butchered my hair shorter than I asked, but didnt even put any highlights in my hair except for around my face. Was told it would cost $90, then it turned into $130. Extremely disappointed. When i told her I was unhappy I was literally pushed off cause she had a vacation to go on! Completely unprofessional!I My hair is completely uneven and has no highlights at all in it. I am beyond upset with this place and would never recommend it to anyone!!! I have an appointment with emilee on August 11th I dont feel I should have to pay again after being ripped off. My hair is completely uneven. I would like to speak to a manager. I will be calling asap!!! Went back to get it fixed and they still messed it up. All I wanted was my hair back the original color and was charged for their mess up in the first place. The owner threatened me with the cops. My cousin has owned her own salon for over 20 yrs. Im not stupid. But the owner here is unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Ive told several people and they will never go back!!! Good luck to all the hair that is butchered in your so called salon. Id take my chances at super cuts before I step foot back in that horrendous place and the people there are rude!!!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Michelle Cape for about 2 years now and I LOVE her!! She is so nice and personable. I’ve had my blonde hair done by many people and she by far has done the best job. I love the way my highlights turn out. I highly recommend Michelle for any blonde!!

Ask for Marie, the massage therapist. She gives the most relaxing massages, and works out all the nooks and crannies in my jacked up shoulders. Years of playing violin has not been good to my back, but Marie works wonders and I go see her monthly. I highly recommend her. Also, the spa is really nice.

I moved to Simpsonville a little more than a year ago. One of the toughest things about moving is finding your hair person! Thanks to friends suggestion, I made an appointment with Tracy. She has been a wonderful colorist and a perfectionist when it comes to my cut. Love her and this salon!

Eh......wasn’t really impressed with Michelle Cape. She made me feel very invisible and not an important client. I thought she was having an off day, so decided to give her a second chance by trying to reschedule, customer service still had not improved. I will choose another hair salon that is friendly and has better customer service.Jennifer

Best haircut that I have had in years.

Lacey is a great stylist who has been there longer than anyone besides the owner. Shes known for her amazing updos for formals and weddings and she does makeup, manicures, pedicures, mens and childrens cuts too. You cant go wrong by going to Lacey for your styling needs.

I had a really bad experience here 2 weeks ago. The so called hair stylist Lacey O’Brien who first of all argued with me when I sat in the chair and told her I have Afro Carribean hair. I couldn’t believe she argued back and fourth telling me I didn’t. Really lady! Then secondly I specifically told her I did not want my hair layered in any way. I must of sat in the chair for a total of 5 minutes as she took the scissors and cut a straight line across my back. Then she cut the front of my hair in layers leaving it all different lengths. I was mortified and still am. You can’t image as a biracial girl I’ve only been growing my hair to get it to this length for the last 10 years and now it’s ruined. I will definitely not be back to this salon.

BEWARE!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH ZARENA FLEMMINGS!!!! I had the WORST hair and customer service experience ever! After 1 day, my extensions were loose and fell out. I explained to her before leaving that they felt loose. Zarena refused to make it right and fix them. This was the most expensive extensions I’ve ever paid for and the worst job that I’ve ever encountered. She refused to accept accountability for my extensions being loose and falling out. She also deleted her style seat account which quoted a lower price than what she charged me. When I brought this to her attention, she said she hadn’t used style seat in years, but that site is how I became aware of her services and prices. I told her this and she still refused to give me the price quoted on that website. Her solution and response to fixing my extensions that had fallen out was to recommend another stylist or I could book another appointment with her and pay to get them redone. However, I had just paid her for the original service. I was in disbelief of her refusal to fix my hair. I’m sharing my experience to hopefully prevent someone else from having this experience. Her hair skills and customer service abilities are LESS than par.

Leslie has been my hair care person for like 20 something years. She moved here last year and I really like her new location. The people are nice and the location is convenient to my other places where I shop and such.

Great people, great services. I highly recommend Michelle Cape for all your hair needs. She also does prom make up, and facial waxing.

I went to Me Salon this past weekend for my prom hair and it was awful. I showed pictures and it was nothing like what I wanted at all. i kept trying to explain what i wanted and that i didn’t like it and they wouldn’t fix my hair. I cried after because it was so bad and i ended up calling a friends to completely re do my hair. i will never go back again. 75 dollars down the drain

Paid close to $300 to HAVE MY HAIR FRIED.Back story: about 6 months ago I decided to go bleach blonde with my stylist in Jackeonville FL. Against the stigma, my hair had been the healthiest its ever been thanks to a talented and experienced stylist. I use Lanza trauma treatment and matrix brass off system to keep my hair super shiny and soft.I moved here about a month ago and after scowering Google to find the best salon I decided to go here. I told the lady on the phone I need someone experienced because not everyone understands bleach and how to keep the hair healthy afterwards.She set me up with Kaitlyn Nicole. Who I had seen on the website who had similar color hair to mine.At first I really trusted her. I thought surely she knows what shes doing. After doing the process of bleach, she toned all of my hair, which was different than my other stylist. But considering I wanted more silver look I suppose thats why she did that. My old stylist didnt color over the bottom of my hair because I had highlights, and the hair wasnt as strong.Once we finally got done with the near 3 hour process, the color was pretty good, BUT THEN I FELT OF MY HAIR. My hair was so fried that I couldnt even separate a strand, even after brushing several times. She kept commenting how tangly it was but never did anything about it. (No detangler, no deep conditioning treatment that worked). I have spent a lot of money on my hair to keep it as healthy as possible. I told her to cut it short after all the damage she did. I didnt truly realize how fried it was until I got in the car and saw what she had done. The color was alright, the cut was alright, but my hair felt the unhealthiest it HAS EVER FELT!!!Now Im having to undo the damage she did. Thank God for the Lanza system because just ONE APPOINTMENT NEARLY DESTROYED MY HAIR
