We called and got an appointment.. arrived 10 mins before the appointment time and they didn’t attend to us until 45 mins after the appointment time. The pedicure literally lasted five mins! We paid $30 each and they didn’t even scrub our feet well. We still have dead skin that could have been filed off. They also cut up my husbands toe.. and acted like it’s all good. Super disappointed! My niece, husband and I wanted to treated ourselves after moving all week and working too.

This was the worst pedicure I’ve had. I paid for deluxe pedicure and It lasted about 10 minutes. I am not sure if I got a pedicure more like an expensive polish change. Not coming back! And they aren’t friendly at all either!! Almost borderline rude! Don’t waste your money!!

Website says UV gel full set & UV gel fill in. I made an appointment for pedicure- which was wonderful then someone else did the refill. She was rude when I said it was to be the gel full in. I specifically asked when I made my appointment. New to the area and will not go back.

When I went they were very unprofessional. One lady kept tryna get me to pay for more services and when I declined, she got an attitude and started to rushmy nails and their really ugly. Like she was getting acrylic and nail polish all over my hands and didn’t even think to fix it. The nail polish was so bad too.🤦🏽‍♀️

Filthy, rude, and rushed. I asked for a fresh set. Instead of soaking off the acrylic, The man who did my nails took a nail clipper, broke the acrylic, and then proceeded to use a nail tip that they glue on, and wedge it between the real and the fake nail. It was so painful. I didn’t realize that wasn’t how they were supposed to do it until I spoke to a friend about it. Everything is filthy. They do not clean the foot tubs or any of the tools. The gel I had on my toes came off in less than a week. It was a horrible experience all around.

I went for the first time to dream nails and they didn’t prep my nail nor take any time on my nails normally it takes at least 45 + to do my nails the correct way and the women rushed and did my nails in 15- 20 minutes tops. my moms set of nails, they nip the skin uneven didn’t correctly file after a week they start to come off.

I have been going here for several year(6+) and the service is on the downside and steady declining. They rush, stop and someone else finishes,dont take all of the polish off, nips skin etc. Then today, the last straw, the guy picked up used toe dividers to place between my toes!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬Last visit!!!

I have been going to dream nails to get my eye brows & lip waxed for at least 7 years, it has ALWAYS cost $12. I recently went, not only were they extremely rude but also sneaky. They charged me $17 for what has always costed $12 without putting up a sign or warning customers of their dramatic price increase. Then they didnt even pluck my eye brows after waxing. They rushed, did not do a good job, & charged me way too much. THERE WEBSITE EVEN SAYS $12.. SNEAKY & DISHONEST! Then didnt say thank you, good bye, or anything. They were so rude. I will NOT be back.

Service horrible didnt put enough hardening my real nails broke it went back to get fixed all my nails uneven fat and polish everywhere.Manager stated just a nail Daughter nails polish off right after getting them done no apology or nothing . One of the worst places I have been to horrible

This place is absolutely terrible. I highly recommend not going here. Lotion bottles and products were filthy and crusted. I waited a very long time to get my nails done. All I wanted was a basic gel manicure it took about 45 minutes to wait and then when she finally got to me she rushed through. It has not even been one week and my nails are already chipped. Poor service, poor quality, terrible experience!

Guy was very rough with my nails ! He also used dirty products. He made my nails thick and clumpy and looked nothing like the picture. To make things worst he copied THE SHINE of the picture of the nails I showed him. He literally drew a white line. I was frustrated didn’t say anything because he seemed irritated already. so I just payed and left

I literally got my nails and toes TWO DAYS AGO! , they were GEL POLISH , and it’s coming off , everytime I bathe ! I would either like to have my money back or my toes fixed ! I WILL NOT pay for it ! And that’s that ! Btw V Did my nails and toes !

I had a man do my nails today. He was very ruff and kept telling me to relax my had. He cut my cuticle with a drill. Drilled so hard it burned. Then when he painted my nails he didnt go all the way down .It looks like I need a fill in and just got them done. Will definitely be my last time there!!

I love the nails tech Kim always take her time with me and Nahm is awesome as well. This evening I arrived at 6:50 and they supposed to close at 7pm they stayed and did my manicure and pedicure and waxed my eye brows we left there after 8pm thats so special and sweet of them taking top notch care of their customers. Im grateful for them I live in Laurens but dont mind driving to Simpsonville a 25 minute ride to them cause I know I wont be disappointed at all.

My daughter and I went to get pedicures and manicures. They had to redo my nail polish while there because they messed it up. 3 days later my daughters finger became infected and the polish did not last more than 3 days. This place is not sanitary and their quality of work is horrible. Dont waste your money or time here.

On September 21st, 2019 I Got Some Eye Lashes Put On Here ... As She Was Putting Them On I Noticed She Put Some Extra Glue Of Some Sort On My Real Thick Curly Eye Lashes ! My Mom Asked Her What It Was And She Confirmed It Was Glue , Mind You She Had Already Glued The Individuals On . While I Was There I Said My Eye Was Burning But I Thought It Was Just Because I’ve Never Worn Lashes Before . Okay So That Next Week I Feel A Pain And Burning In My Right Eye So I Soaked The Lashes Off , Half Of Them Had Fallen Off Already Anyway . I Soaked Themoff With African Oil And Hot Water . After Taking Them Off My Eye Had Rashes And Was Swollen . That Following Saturday I Went Back To Show Them And Ask Them What They Used On My Eye For It To Be Swelling And Hurting The Way It Was ! These People Told Me It Was My Fault Because I Ripped The Lashes Off 😂 . THE OWNER SAID THIS NOW ! She Said We Dont Put Lashes On The Bottom Of The Eye , I Said Exactly So Why Is There Sores On The Bottom Of My Eye Then . She Still Blamed Me Like I Would Purposely Pull Eye Lashes Off Knowing Mine Would Come Off With Them ! Unprofessional, She Argued With Me In Front Of Customers When I Went In I Told Them That We Could Talk In The Back So That They Wouldn’t Lose Customers But No They Were So Anxious To Know Why I Came Back ! They KnewBecause The Owner Her Self Kept Looking At My Eye ! She Knew At That Very Moment ! They Also Said I Waited Too Long To Come Back Because It Had Been A Week , I Told Them Some Thing Dont Bother You In A Day Or Two It May Take A Week ! I Then Walked Out Because It Was About To Get Ugly ! Don’t Go Here To Get Any Service All They Do Is Get Over On People !

If I could give 0 stars I would! NEVER GEG EYELASH EXTENTIONS FROM HERE! They use BONDING GLUE , which is definitely not what’s supposed to be used no where near your eyes! They only last 4 days max without any falling off! I take very good care and don’t get them wet and it still happen.... ridiculous. I once got a pedicure and she rushed as fast as she could , I left the salon completely unhappy

I thought by making an appointment for 3 people today at 230 it would’ve helped the flow but my daughter and I sat and waited for 2 and a half hours before someone decided they would do our nails. As other people came in after us, they were sent to the available chairs and not us. I don’t know what was up with the guy checking everyone in because he constantly asked me what was we getting done . After I was finally in a chair one of the technicians proceeded to tell me to move to another chair. After the technician was done I went to the lobby and looked at my moms nails and noticed that her technician cut her finger. When my daughter was finally done I looked at her nails and her technician refused to cut down her nails any shorter. I thought they would’ve at least apologized for the wait or discounted the total but nope. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

You get what you pay for. It said 30 for a regular mani/pedi but of course they want you to up your service, I didn’t do it. He Was going to paint my nails without filing or buffing with a block. When I called him out, he said he had, like I don’t know whats going on. Way to rough also. Hated the place and techs

If i could give 0 stars I would! I asked for a French full set. Normally I would go to Mr regular nail place but they are closed on Sundays. I was only there for 30 minutes. She applied the gel soo careless which is why my nails arent smooth! Each nail are different shapes and sizes! I have air bubbles on each nail! $40 of that?! They dont care about they look they just care about getting each person out of the door as fast as they can! I dont recommend this place to anyone unless you want to pay for poor quality work.Also, the colors they have are very limited of awful colored for a nail salon to be NEXT to a Sallys beauty supply!

Never going back. Went as usual on Tuesday night and they said come back on weekend.... couldnt accommodate a regular customer and wanted me to wait from. Tuesday to Saturday and not nice. Went to cest la vie by Publix. Its brightly lit and everyone happy. Good customer service at cest la vie.

Just left Dream nails was waiting to get my pedicure. Girl 2 chairs down grabbed instruments from the chair I was at and use it on her customer and then put it back on my tray. When lady came over to do my feet I asked her to please get clean instruments because the other lady was using them. One lady was saying they were clean and keep insisting they were clean when I’m trying to tell her I just saw another lady use them. I just left. Nasty, dirty place!!!

I was hoping that the first time was just a bad day for the tech I had after being disappointed about my mani and pedi, but the 2nd time around at this place was even worser than my 1st experience. I would NEVER recommend this place. Terrible service, and never a good job being done. I will continue traveling 4 hours to my Main nail tech before attempting to settle. The type of service provided here is not good for those who care about their nails and like to tip on top of that. Don’t settle

Dream Nails is a nightmare! I went in for a gel mani and left having one of the worse experiences I have ever had in a nail salon. For 30$ you would expect to get your moneys worth, but I will never take my business here again. I went here because it was a Sunday and it was the only open salon near my neighborhood, so I blame myself for not reading the previous reviews. I advise anyone looking to get their moneys worth to look elsewhere before going here.

The ladies are rough with your hands. I just receive a full set of ombre nails and on Friday, May 3, 2019 and one of my nails is already lifting. If thats not one of the women cut my toe, making it bleed. On top of that she thought she should put pure alcohol on which burned me and left a mark on my foot.

My wife and daughters thought they were awesome, professional, and did a great job.

Horrible! Asked for a full set, and got super thin, un-even nails. 1 finger was even bending and I refused to let her continue until she added more acrylic to the nail. That got her pissu as you can tell she was rushing and it wasnt busy at all there. I Asked for French and was given a permanent French. The woman didnt even ask my name or offer hers. Told me to wash and when I came back my purse was moved to another table & she was on the phone .When I tried asking if I csn move my purse, she held her finger up to me signaling to wait. Then I go to pay .Im very upset already and she tells me my card was declined 3 times. I call my bank and they said she put the wrong info in. I will NEVER be back. Dont waste your time or money here.My full set didnt even last 1 week before cracking & lifting. She didnt put enough acrylic as I kept telling her. All she kept saying is its good. Trust me well now ill have to get the whole set taken off and redone. Terrible salon. No people or nail skills.

Horrid and unsanitary. My mother got her nails done and the lady refused to listen when she was told that she was cutting my mothers fingers and unevenly shaping the nails. The lady simply told my mother that she knew what she was doing and ignored my mother. The result was 40.00 of large, misshapen, uneven nails that my mother was unhappy with and they were falling off in 2 days. Her nails were so bad, a place in anderson gave my mom a huge discount to redo them.While my mother was dealing this, I had my own issues. I was getting my eyebrows waxed. I was never told a price. The staff insisted I have my lip and chin done. I asked the price and was ignored. I had just gotten my lip pierced and told her to avoid that area. She ignored me. Instead, she got wax and cotton all over my new piercing and open wound. I was livid. Even worse, she was double and triple dipping the wax stick (extremely unsanitary) and then she rubbed oil all over my face, again on my piercing. I immediately began having a reaction to the wax and oils. My face whelped up, blood red, itching, burning, etc. When I told them about it, the girl brought a open container of gross looking vaseline from which she dipped her ungloved finger in and tried to put on my face. She charged me 20.00 for this experience which was more than what it stated on their sign and then refused to even aplogize for their negligence. I took pictures of my face while in the facility. Too bad I cant post them. They need dhec called on them. Thanks to them, I had to go to target and get about 20.00 worth of antibacterial products to ensure no infection resulted on my face. Im now left with scabs and rough skin oatches that are trying to heal.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is the worst nail place to go! Went in had to wait about 10 min then another lady comes in and they take her right in (she did not have an appointment) then the lady sets me down in the first chair and works on me off and on between other clients. All I needed was a pink solar fill in and she did a horrible job. I was not impressed at all. It was so bad I went to another nail salon after.....not to mention they charged me 25.00 for a super fast super unprofessional job, when their web page states 20+ for a fill......I didnt need any major attention to my fill it was just normal. Will not be going back!!!!! very rude!!!!!!!

I went in for a manicure and the lady wasn’t very kind. I accidentally bumped my nails getting under the dryer and she was very upset with me and never said a word to me after that. Salon didn’t look clean either. Wouldn’t recommend.

Deplorable service and they lie about products they use. They took short cuts in doing my nails. They did not soak nails for a nail take off. They do not care about your natural nail state. They lack professionalism and I would not recommend anyone go here for service .

I usually don’t get my nails done so walk in and ask for a regular manicure with was $15 dollars so they ask me pick a color and I did it the guy did my nails look good then he look at me and said $30 so when I ask why $30 he told me because it was gel nails so I told him I only wants regular manicure so he told me that the color that I pick was gel nails color . Not happy at all with this place so if you go there make sure to ask with colors are regular .
