I follow my wife to this place all the time to do her nails and I enjoy going there. Nice friendly staff, especially Tina the owner and I love how she does my wife nails. Highly recommended A++

I like my nails and my eyebrows, both are nice. It was near closing time when we arrived but, they allowed us to come in for service. This meant a lot as we were turned away earlier from another Nail Salon.Service here is incredibly SLOW. Returned twice, each time I left because the wait is unbelievable. They need more than two people serving Customers.

The tech Tina that worked on color change didnt fully get rid of the previous color I had. And then proceeded to rush and didn’t clean up around my nails. They look splotchy and Cakey. I’ve heard wonderful things about this place and I’m highly disappointed!!

Horrible experience! Their service is not the best. The lady cut me two times around my nail beds in two different places. She had an attitude.Two nails were crooked and one did not cover all of my finger nail. She only fixed one and that was because I told her to do so because I was not leaving like that. Two days later, one nail just fell off out of the nowhere. Another nail also fell off three days later. I do not recommend this nail salon service!!

All i said was that the nails was hanging over my actual fingernail and they was to big for my nails and she literally wouldn’t work on my fingers after i said that to her and made me leave without taking the nails she super glued on my hands off before i left!!’ Worst ever !!!

I went to get a fill in with gel polish on 3/13/19 and had a horrible experience. The lady that did my nails was very rough and cut my nail beds with the drill 6 different places. My nail beds are very swollen and painful. I’m not one to review or complain usually but to see I’m bleeding and hurt me so many times while doing my nails is ridiculous. She offered no apologize and acted like nothing was wrong.Will not be back and wish there was some way I could talk to owner/manager.

I made an appointment on their Facebook page. They had no one monitoring it, because they sent two girls home early. The girls they sent home early were tired of being there, so I was told. THEN, I was going to let the fact that I didnt have an appointment slide. Well, I asked if I could still be seen... they said oh well we have three people already, unexpectedly. How is it unexpected and you allow walk-ins??? The last straw was, I asked how long the wait would be... they said well after we finish these three women, were closing. No apology. No offer to reschedule. NOTHING. Also, their hours are until 7pm on Sunday. There was a sign posted saying so. My appointment was for 3:15pm... Needless to say, Im never going back.

Actually forgot to post my experience and was just reminded, so here it is! BEWAREWas charged $55 for a gel pedicure that looked like my 2 year old did it. Was cut twice after telling the tech she was hurting me and cutting fresh skin. (Literally took a chuck off my toe) Finally, didnt get my nails done because I didnt want to squeeze into a makeshift section they tried putting together because they took 2 walk ins before accommodating my appointment. The person who did my pedicure had the nerve to follow me to the front desk and mention her tip to me. I KID YOU NOT.2 stars ONLY because I had good conversation with another employee there who was working right next to my ped chair.

Really nice place. I didnt get the shape I asked foe but overall I will be coming back. Super chic and makes you feel like your paying a lot when you arent. Spa like experience.

Just recently moving to the area I walked in to this nail salon and either wanted a French manicure or all white nails. The lady was very rude and abrupt and when I asked which would be easier she replied “nothing easy.” So I decided to just go with white. Thinking I was getting white gel, she proceeded with dipping powder which I’m not familiar with but ok, whatever. She stood the entire time while doing my nails and scolded me several times telling me that I must relax my hands. It was unreal. The guy working there seemed really nice but this lady was just really hateful. Oh and the dipping powder began peeling off my nails in 2 days and ended up having to have them pulled off my natural nail. Never will I step foot in there again. Still looking for a nail salon in the area that will explain what they are doing and do a professional job.

I love this nail salon. I started going when they first opened and have continued every time I need my nails done. The people who work there are very friendly and they take their time on whoever/whatever their doing. They are the best nail salon in simpsonville.

I came in for a fill in with french tips. The acrylic is way too thick. There’s bubbles in the polish. You can see the ridges from the drill on my nail. And the surface of my nails are bumpy. I’m very disappointed. Wish I could get my money back.

I’ve been going to this salon since they opened, and I’ve always received excellent service. It’s a beautiful, clean salon, and they’ve always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Nice atmosphere and staff has always been kind! I got the works today...mani/pedi/brows...and I feel like a new woman now! I highly recommend.

My wife went here to get her nails done for our wedding and they had to do her nails three different times to still be ugly and they was absolutely horrible at doing nails and then I call them for the owner to be very rude and wouldn’t give a refund nor would she stop cussing at me . My wife came home crying for me to comfort her and I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to even a 4 years old to get her nails done. The salon is the worst I have ever seen DONT EVER GO HERE. Me and my daughter got here when there was not many customers. we sit down and they do her nails and they get all smudged and start losing the paint almost immediately. my daughter had a friend and than the workers start yelling at her for switching the paint because she picked the wrong one. the who situation could have been avoided if there was no yelling and they were understanding. i will not be coming to this salon again.

First time here; wait was a little long. Got a fill in and gel polish. Tom was so funny and did an amazing job!!! The place is very clean and staff were welcoming. If youre worried about your technician not speaking English then this is the place to go. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon!

Today was my 1st visit to the shop. My tech, Jenny did an amazing job. She was very sweet. One of the ladies in the shop had a horrible tantrum, yelling and carrying on horribly for a full grown woman. She was speaking her native language so I had no idea what she was saying. Jenny kept her cool and completed her job. If it were not for Jennys kind demeanor and fabulous job with my manicure I would have rated much lower and I would not return. I will give the shop another visit because of Jenny.

I came here because my original salon was closed well. The guy did my nails awful he barely smooth it out and file it correctly! Then the color I ask for stated they lost it and to give me another color! I was better off waiting for my original salon. Time wasted! See photo the middle finger metallic color is there work!

I went in and got a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was good - no complaints, actually is the only reason I gave 3 stars and not 2, but the dip was wrong from the start. First I asked for pink with a grey accent nail with a heart on the grey - all nails matte. She tells me that she cant do the heart - ok no problem. I just go with pink and gray. My nails are not matte and they are all gobbled up and wrinkled. I dont think I will go back.

Tina the manager gave me a pedicure and she cut my toenail on my right foot 2nd toe in, past the nail bed, so basically ripping part of my toenail off. It’s 2 days later and my toe m foot hurt. I am diabetic and this is really bad. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

The worst dip nails I’ve ever had. Then they argue about it. The whole process was done wrong and then they wanted to put gel on top. Would not recommend

The man who did my nails was very nice and friendly. He did a pretty good job on my nails but my sisters nails were done very badly. She even said that she bled a few times and when we went to get them fixed the woman got very mad and was very rough when filling her nails. They also began arguing in front of my 12 year old sisters friend. Very doubtful we will be returning again.

Had an amazing experience! It was my first time and in the middle of my appointment I had to run out of the facility. , my nail stylist let me leave and come back an hour or so later to finish up with no extra charge or hassle. She knew exactly what I wanted and I have to say I’m thoroughly impressed. will be my go-to from now on without a doubt.

Spent over 2 and a half hours here only to just want them to please let me leave because I had given up on them trying to get my nails right. I wish I had just never gone. $120...wrong color completely on my toenails, I wanted purple, was given green- then had to settle for it to be blue. I could have done my own nails at home much better and they look nothing like the picture I brought although the 2nd lady did make a little bit of improvement from the terrible job of the first nail tech. Wish I had just kept the $120 and 2 and a half hours and stayed at home or used it on dinner.

Please please do not come here the lady that did my nails my the experience really uncomfortable and she also cut my nail bed in 3 different places!

Zero stars should be an option. This is the most disorganized place EVER, lack of communication and waited 1.5 hours for a simple manicure. One stylist was working on three different manicures at ONE time. Witnessed a girl next to me filing her OWN nails because someone started on her and just left. Do not recommend this establishment to anyone.

This salon was very nice, I loved the design/layout and the message chairs were comfortable. They had so many different colors and options. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was super accommodating and friendly. I watched other mani/pedis and everyone had gorgeous nails. The only reason I cannot give this place a full 5 stars was because of own personal experience. For the first time ever, and I’ve been doing nails off and on for years...she cut my cuticle so much it bled. I know I have little hands so I imagine this is no easy thing to do, but it hurt and honestly still hurts days after. I would still go back and get them done here again. And I would still recommend anyone to come. They really do a wonderful job.

It is wonderful to not be ashamed of my nails! I love all the staff ( particularly Rose & Brooke). I am sad to see the negative reviews. One thing that impressed me is they dont constantly speak to each other in their language ( occasionally, yes); and, when she does, Rose tells what they are talking about....shes even trying to teach me to speak. 5 stars+ from me!!

I had a great experience here. If your looking to get a quick mani pedi ASAP this is the place to go. They use sterile tools right out of the packaging for everyone.The only the only thing that I have wrong with my experience was that when I sat down in the salon chair there was nail shaving on the arm rest but maybe the hadn’t seen it was there or didn’t get a chance to clean it up.

Moved here from NJ in search of a good nail salon, went just about everywhere but I finally found one!! Loved how clean and pretty this place was. Brookes did my nails, amazing! and Ya did my Moms, both amazing!! Going to be going here from now on with these two!

Rose did my manicure and Dameon did my pedicure and both did an awesome job! They didnt rush through it, which I feel like a lot of nail salons do. They really took time on the massage and nail painting and were very friendly. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time at Fairview Nail Lounge. Loved the experience. I do not like acrylic or gel so I asked about an alternative, the girl at the desk was very knowledgeable about the powder dip; Bond, the nail technician did the powder dip on my nails. He was excellent and it did not take very long. I will be going back every three weeks to have him redo my nails.If you want a place that is knowledgeable on nail care, this is your spot. Ask for Bond and he’ll take care of your nail needs and answer any questions or concerns you may have.Best place in Greenville!!!!

I got a lady who barely knew how to do my nails, one broke off in less than two days! I wasn’t happy at all. Everyone was always nice when I go there and everyone else does a good job other than her. She’s new I think and barely talked to me or made me feel welcome. All of my nails fell off in less than a week of having them done and I aid extra for length and shape. Was not worth it. turned out to be 57$ for nails that didn’t even last a week.

This salon was excellent at first. They have gone downhill since. I visited today and the service was horrible. First, the nail tech did not greet me, but instead immediately asked if I called first. I told her no. Then, she asked me to pick a color and made me match the gel colors to the dip colors. While this may seem minor to some, I have been here countless times before and they have ALWAYS had the colors matched for you. Never have I had to match them myself. Not to mention she pointed to where the color samples were for me to get myself. TWICE! I walked out because if I was having issues as soon as I stepped in, I knew I would not be happy with my nails. Will not go back unless its an emergency and nowhere else is open.

I went for a pedicure and nail dip services. When I first arrived I asked how long of a wait, of course I was told, oh a few minutes . I waited about five minutes then was took back for pedicure, the receptionist ( who doubles as a nail tech) had me waiting in cold water for a about fourty-five minutes.I had to ask twice to add hot water,the lady seemed as if it was a big inconvenience to turn on the jets and make the water warmer. I had to get previous dip nail polish removed. The nail tech did not removed all of the previous dip residue, when I asked her to remove it all ,she told me its not necessary it will make your nail stronger and that it would take longer. She continued to apply the dip polish without adding a base coat of powder. I have three nails with little bubbles on them from where the topcoat was wiped off and oil applied before the topcoat was dry.The customer service and professionalism I received was horrible, I will not return!

Poor job of painting nails. Only two coats and I could see through the color to my nail bed. Did not paint the whole nail. Quick and careless.

Was visiting and thought because of all the good reviews on google that this was a good place so came and TAKE ADVICE FROM ME don’t come here unless you want unprofessional and unpleasant staff EXTREMELY RUDE and not knowledgeable of polishes and I’m not the one to leave bad reviews but I scheduled an appointment for gel full set they quoted me $38 over the phone and then after the services told me they charged me an extra $20 because of the type of gel polish I chose which is a solid color gel. I’m so confused on how are there different prices for gel polish never heard of certain types of gel polish I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years I’m sure I know how much a GEL FULL SET COST NO MORE THAN $35 !! Ask any nail shop!! Never again will I support and I will not refer anyone to this place. Come over to America to scam hardworking people. Sad.

I was serviced at the salon on Saturday 7/20/19 in the afternoon and sent a direct message on Sunday with the expectation of receiving a response on Monday. My message although viewed has gone without a response. Aside from the poor workmanship, I am also disappointed in their lack of acknowledging my message. I previously was dissatisfied with my nails however Jayden fixed them thereafter I only allowed him to do my nails. Due to his sudden unannounced departure I figured Id give another nail technician an opportunity to do my nails. Which I now realize was a mistake. I would not recommend this establishment as there is no consistency amongst the nail technicians.

This dipped mani lasted almost two months no breakage! What!

Nice salon & went at lunch on a Monday & didnt have to wait at all. My pedicure was great however not as relaxing as i was hoping because my manicure was done at the same time & it was not good. She had to hold my hands at super wired angles & it was the worst file shaping Ive ever had! Im pregnant & actually have length for the first time in a forever & she botched them. She did a round/square but theyre all different lengths now (werent before) & some have super weird angles. I also aked for bubble bath and got light pink. 2 have broken & Ive touched up with my own personal bubble bath (OPI) & they are totally different colors. See pictures. Would recommend going for the pedicure but ask around for who does their nails. Im sure they have someone who would do a less botched job.

My daughter and I went here for pedicures on my birthday. We have been here several other times and never had any major issues. The lady doing my nails hurt me several times & made me bleed 2 times. She acted like it was no big deal, but spoke no English. Both her and the lady doing my daughters nails got polish all over our cuticles and even on our toes. I asked for the manager and told her our experience and our disappointment, she said “ok” and walked away. Never apologized or anything. I will never go back there. If I were you, I wouldn’t try it!

Ive been searching for 6 months since I moved here from Dallas TX for the perfect nail salon and THIS. IS. IT. Theyre one of the few salons in the area that offer the dipping system and dont charge you an arm and a leg for them. Theyre customer service is fantastic and Ill be coming here as long as I live in the Greenville area!

Why anyone would give them less than 5 Stars I do not know!! My girlfriend were very happy with their service.

Im late posting this review. I was there a couple of months ago for my second powder nail. Harry did them the first time and soaked and trimmed my cuticles as I had requested. My nails were beautiful. So I go back 3 weeks later and get this young rude guy. I let him know that I want my cuticles soaked and trimmed first. He never does it. I asked 3 times and he kept saying later...I do this way and if you still want soak I will do. Like wth?? He continues with the sander and the powder. Long story short, after he and some lady argue with me about what they think s best for my nails, my cuticles grew back after one week and my nails were dull and crooked. Wont be back. I gave Harry 5 stars. Everyone else gets 0.

It was the worst place I’ve ever been to. Me and all my friends went and we all said we wanted coffin shaped nails and they gave us squares. We complained and they tried to fix it but they made it worse, they made me bleed several times, and when we complained they got mad and started doing them really roughly. The workers also started arguing loudly because of my friend. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Completely disappointed. Got my nails done 2/6/19 and on 2/8/19 a pinky nail completely broken not to mention that another nail is completely crooked and I payed $50!!!!!!!! Highly and unlikely to return.......

Prices are high. The staff is fun and exciting. The quality of nails rates decent. They will NOT give you what you want if you do not specify. I think they are lazy. I call this a mass production nail salon. I am slightly tacky love each nail to look different. They told me that would be ugly. Just do the damn nails! They call me picky. Damn right Im picky. IM paying for my tacky nails!! Will go back with a picture of what I want and rate again in 2 weeks. I also have a crooked nail. I told him about her looked at me like English was his second language or something 😉

Worst dip nails Ive ever had. Every single cuticle nicked and some have the hard finished color stuck and irritating my skin. They forgot my daughter and when I reminded then, they rushed her manicure.

First snd LAST visit. The male tech was rough, unfriendly and argumenative. He seemed inexperienced and cut my nails crooked and painfully short. When I winced in pain, he got mad and pretended that I was too sensitive. After surviving the cut, I endured a severe filing that filed more toe than nails, a quick and brutal scrub, and that was it as far as prepping. He rushed and finished the whole pedi in 14 minutes flat. I had to ask if I was going to get the hot towels at all. He brought them but only left them on for 1 minute. I never got the callous remover I asked for. I left with jagged nails, calloused feet and globby paint. What a waste of money. Never again.

Im done with this place....I gave them many chances to get it right and I cant do it anymore, theres one tech I followed from a previous shop ...her work is considered sub par compared to how she used to do my nails.....theyre always the wrong shape or the nails are not flush with the skin and at times you can see how sloppy the nail polish is.....recently I went to get my nails done and I wasnt satisfied with the color.....she agreed to do it and in the end charged me 10.00 even though I had it done the same day.....then one of the techs removed my polish and snatched my hands when I jerked away without any kind of apology.....on that same day another lady was getting her nails done and was fussing at my nail tech because she shaped her nails wrong....save your money and go somewhere where youll get more bang for your buck.

My friend and I went here with our 12 year old daughters today to get pedis after calling to find out the price. We were told that the girls pedis would be $15. Well we get there and were sitting in the service chairs, feet in water and are being asked which pedi we wanted. When my 12 year old said the kids pedi for $15 we were told that she had to get the adult $25 pedi. When questioned about this we are told that she is too tall. What!!! So I tell them that is not what is advertised and that is not what was told to me when I called. Well then the lady says, well it says under 12. I then point to where it says 12 & under. She then says well Ill do it for $20. I told her no, its false advertisement and then my friend and our daughters walked out, wet feet and all, and went a couple of doors down to KT Nail Salon. And they did a fabulous job, polite staff and very friendly. So parents if youre taking your daughters to get pedis at Fairview Nail Lounge you might want to have their birth certificate to show how old they are. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I wont be going back and Im going to tell everyone I know about our awful experience.

The young high school receptionist was very rude and not helpful. She is very short and blunt with customers. Also do not appreciate the lack of prices and prices change every time I come in. Every time I have come I have had to wait for atleast 45 minutes even when they were not busy. I will not be returning.
