Not the best but definitely not the worst. The techs are not gentle and do not really speak. The pedicure massage only lasted about two minutes. You are rushed in and out. Prepare to be charged more than the price that is listed. The bright side is that my nails and toes look good.

Laid back environment. Very peaceful and comfortable. Loved the staff etiquette, Nina did my pedicure, and her daughter Mia did my manicure and eyebrows. They listen very well, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

They did amazing on my nails! I did have a bit of a wait but it was well worth the wait! They did exactly what I showed in the picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and got it done! I promise if they are busy they will try they’re hardest to get you and Make you happy! There pieces are great too! I’ll definitely be coming back! A VERY disappointing experience... They tried to over charge my girls pedicures... The literature said it was $20 for a childs pedicure.. Then attempted to charge $5 extra because they picked a color.. And no nowhere does it state that choosing a color would be an extra $5 charge! Then tried to overcharge me for picking the color I chose??? The guy was rude..NO customer service! There are MANY other options to get a Mani-Pedi! Warning!! Stay AWAY from this place! Will NEVER go there!!

Approximate time for gel pedicure and dip on nails 3:45 - 7:00. Closing time 6 pm. I will not return unless I can get an appointment with Annie or Mia. Today they were busy and I waited patiently for my turn, which was after 5 PM. They do not manage their time properly as I couldve been getting my pedicure while my nails soaked. By the time it was time for my pedicure, it was 100% a rush job. They left acetone on my nails for over an hour. The nail tech I got was awful at my last visit but I figured I would give her another shot. Still a bad experience. She did not shape my nails properly. She never had me wash my hands. No oil at the end. Then, I paid for the pedicure that included a 15 min foot massage because Im pregnant and wanted the massage. This pedicure was the SOLE purpose for todays visit. I only recieved a 3 min massage (I watched the clock) and when I asked about the foot massage she massaged for an additional 2 min. I am not happy with the way my nails nor toes turned out. They were done by the same person. This lady did my pedicure the last time and it was awful. She had to start over 3 times on one toe and it still was not right. Im disappointed in the service I received on my last 2 visits here and will not return without an appointment with specific nail techs.

So disappointed in the service we received this evening. I took my two daughters (ages 9 and 7) to get pedicures and the brochure states Childrens pedicure - $20. Apparently this doesnt include color even though it doesnt mention that (they charge an extra $5 per child for putting nail polish on their toes). Also, be careful which nail polish you choose as they are all mixed in together (gel color versus regular). No one mentioned anything to me regarding this prior to starting the pedicure. It doesnt say gel on the bottle, and common courtesy would be to check with the customer before upcharging by $20. When I questioned the charges, the manager was very matter of fact and rude. He offered to make the nail tech remove the gel and replace it with regular polish as we were ready to leave. I just paid the extra charge because I didnt feel like the nail tech should have to do the work again due to terrible management. If its not in your written materials and you dont communicate up front, you cant expect customers to pay extra. Bad business practices!! Rude and callous management!! We wont return!

I had to go back twice for them to fix my nails. They did dip powder with gel on top to do a French tip. They didn’t apply the gel to all of my nail. The main issue was that my nails chipped the day after I got them done. That has never happened at any other salon. They usually last me over a week, but that was not the case with this salon. So it’s kind of frustrating to pay for nails and it doesn’t even last two days.

I selected the high scale pedicure...it was not as described in the brochure. There was no 15 minute message or heel exfoliation. The tech never asked what shape I wanted my mails and finished I had to ask them to correct the shape. This was my first and last time going here. Please dont waste your money here.

The level is of professional is disheartening. My daughter planned a pedicure as a mothers day gift. She made an appointment over the phone days in advance. We made it a point to be there on time. We were seated and then told we were in line because people sometimes do not show for their appointments. We waited intentionally for our designated time, assuming the appointment was valid, only to learn that we were no different than a walk-in. After working all night and staying up just to spend this mother daughter quality together at the Highscale Nail Bar, what a major disappointment. These people do not care about their customers or their time. Professionalism definitely needs improvement!!!!

Peter is so awesome! He takes his time and the quality is awesome! I’ve been going to him for a year now! Him and his wife are nice and professional. Sometimes there is a long wait but it’s worth it or you can just make an appointment!

So I decided to try this place again & I will probably never be back .. first I got my nails ALOT shorter then I normally do but got charged more ??? I also got them super plain , but usually I get more then what I did this visit , but again ... got charged more ?!Also , the lady doing my nails let me know I was her “demo” for her to see if she’d get the job there , which is cool everyone needs to start some where but I don’t think I should have been over charged to be someone’s test dummy..My fingers were also cut , she was VERY heavy handed with filing almost brought a tear to my eye it hurt so bad , none of my nails are the same shape , this place seems to be a joke .. I should have just waited at serenity nails , at that point ..

I have been looking for a nail shop that offers new styles and designs while focusing on quality. ...now i have found it!! Mia did a fabulous job. My nails were perfect! She took her time. The shape was on point. The style was on point as well. There were so many beautiful designs and styles on display that I had a hard time choosing what I wanted. I was offered wine, soda, or water. The atmosphere was relaxing... I am so pleased. I have found my new holy grail nail salon! If you want quality and variety then this is the place for you! Elegant with a modern twist!

I will start by saying I don’t get my nails done often, but I didn’t feel like my sister and I got the best experience. Pedicure was great, and so is Gucci!The nail tech I had today was so rude. He made me feel rushed, and he would huff and puff if I didn’t like something about my nails (shape, length etc.) he moved my chair 3 times. Once he told me to wash my hands, he moved my phone and other personal belongings while I was away, and moved someone in the chair that I was sitting in. He spilled the dip powder, and slammed it back on the table. I don’t think I will be returning to this nail salon.

I went to this salon and the people just looked at me first, didnt greet you like a professional business should. I picked a color of polish and just had it sitting there the owner picked it up and moved it like I was going to steal the polish. They are not friendly at all will never go again.

This was my 2nd time there with an appointment. First time I was there for a pedicure and dip. 3 hours and 45 minutes later I was done. Second time for dip mani. After 1:45 minutes I was taking the cotton off myself and getting ready to leave. Ended up with a quick coat of clear gel.Its a shame because they do a good job; just not with time management.Went for third time today without appointment.Redeemed.... They really do a good job.

1. Went Monday morning a few minutes after they opened. No wait which was great2. Got a full acrylic set with gel polish. Price was FANTASTIC for the length3. The amount of detail that went into my nails is unbeatable!Overall this salon has been the best salon I’ve gone to to get an acrylic full set! Prices are great as well. Not to mention they have an abundance of nail colors to choose from! Just great!

Warning: do not trust these cons. My mom and I went here a while back (approximately 5 weeks ago) and got our nails done. Couldn’t understand them for one thing, which was ok since every place is like that. But the thing is, I believe they took advantage of that. I didn’t know what they were saying and they manipulated me Into getting tips. They then proceeded to put on tips and afterwards told us that they had to be filled or they wouldn’t last. They had no visible prices and it seems to me that they made up prices in their head. Also the nails were poor quality as they were crooked and lifted. I got my nails fixed at Serenity nails and they did a great job. They also provided prices beforehand, unlike these people. I recommend going to serenity nails and not this place!

I have been wearing acrylic nails for the past 15 years and today I got the best set I have ever had!!! The shape is on point, the length is just right, all my nails match!!!I am extremely happy and will go back for all my fill-ins!

Everything was great except my pedicure... she asked if I want my toe nails cut or filed I said filed. She proceeded to cut them, and now my toes look like chicken nuggets.

If I could give zero stars I would. me and my sister tried this place out today amd will not be going back. I got a cut during pedicure which wasnt the big problem since the girl was new the problem was it took four hours for a mani pani, alot of musical chairs, was way to over priced, I paid double for what I usually get anywhere else. The staff was arguing with a customer in front of the full salon.Was very unprofessional and rude.

I came to high scale nail bar and my nails look spectacular the best I’ve had in over a year 1/2This is my new and best place to go. I have found my nail salon finally. Nail techs are top notch even when they rush it’s a great outcome thank you Mia for fixing my terrible nails look forward to my next visit. So I usually come here for manicures and a guy always done an awesome job. I went today last minute to get a full set. I called before going the guy on the phone told me no wait. Come in a lady ask what I wanted I picked a color and said square long and then had to wait 15mins ( after being told calling wasn’t needed) a lady became available. And the lady “told her” what I wanted. I ended up first off leaving with almond SHORT nails an ended up paying 50$ for something that didn’t ask for to being with, I usually go and pay 40$ or 45$ for long square. I am very displeased and I probably won’t be back. I basically just wasted my money. So unhappy.

Don’t make an appointment...they’ll tell you that you have to wait for everyone else to finish first...even if you arrive before your appointment time. Very unprofessional.

I went today after I called before hand the said 10 mins wait time. I was sitting for a whole hour before they started on my pedicure. I purchased the high scale pedicure! Which is $48. It specifically included and said 15 mins massage. I did not get a 15 min massage. I asked the lady amd she said that’s the total time for everything! what a joke and scam! My favorite place in Mauldin when they say 15 min massage they set timer and do it at the end literally 7.5 mins per leg. On top of regular massage that comes with scrubs and lotions. They didn’t even out cuticle oil nor futile lotion on my foot and nails while my feet were soaking!!! I got an eye brow and lip wax as well. She didn’t even out a lotion on afterwards for cooling or moisture. She just put a wax remover. I’ve been I’ve been here for 2 hours and 10 mins! Horrible and inwill not go back!!!!

Trash!! Made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday. Given a specific time to arrive and was told I will have to wait after the Walk-in customers are completed. No sympathy offered even though arrived ON TIME!! Waste of time and the employer does not know or recognize the difference of Appointments versus Walk-Ins! Terrible! Do not waste your time!!

I had my nails done awhile ago they where christmas nails and they were green and red and they where so cute and the worker was nice they cleaned everything well it was the best experice that actually was my first time getting acrylic and that made me get morei will be going bck to them

I got there at 1:30 I left at 5:15 They are prejudice specially the lady that sit in the front they always do the talking I recommend not want to go to themThey will put people in front of you done done it to me three times I would not go back there normal and like I said I recommend no one to go there I have seen people go sit there for about an hour and a walkout

(Brittany Neuhaus) Very disappointed with my pedicure. Wait time wasn’t long at all and the lady was super nice is the only reason I left 3 stars. I went here this past Sunday as my normal nail salon was closed hence it being Sunday so I decided to try this place. My toes were cut in 3 different places and bled while I was there (the lady didn’t clean it up) and now today they are super sore. The gel polish is really messy, she didn’t even get the back corners of my nails so it just looks like they painted in a circle. I also chose a pedicure that had a 15 minute massage and the only thing she did was rub the lotion on and wipe it off. Sorry but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Make sure you have 2 hours to spend. Also, be prepared to have Knicks or cuts on your fingers.

I have been a long time client of Mia but recently had to part ways with her due to a lack of professionalism and promptness. She never honors appointments and will take a walk in over those who have made appointments days and weeks prior to. She does great when she takes her time but lately she’s been rushing on her work to get to the next client and my nails and experience have not been of the same quality. She and her husband need to hire more nail techs, they are struggling to run the business on their own and it shows. They have too many clients for it to only be the two of them working.

They took fantastic care of my daughter and I. We will definitely be back.

I went sat to get acrylic nails with gel polish. Today is Monday and 1 already came off. I didnt spend 55 bucks plus tip for almost 2 day nails!!

I got a full set of nails ,they looked great but 2 days later one of my nails popped off so I went in to have them fix the nail the man told me to come back at 2 because they were to busy , I went back at 2 amd he told me they were to busy he couldnt take me .and I asked him if I could make an appointment he totally ignored me and the woman he was working on said u can take her ,u did tell her to come back Ill wait and he said no . Not to mention when I was getting my nails done the first time he keep getting up to tell at his child . Not professional at all and its a shame because there nails do look nice .

Like another person has already said, this place is amazing!! Mia is amazing, as is her husband and the mom. I’m assuming the older lady is a mom of one of them. I always get dip powder nails and this place does them perfectly!! Pedicures are amazing as well. The massage chairs are wonderful. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the wait. From what I’ve seen the sweet older lady does the pedicures, which leaves only 2 nail techs. They should be a “by appointment only” until they hire more staff.

Although my pedicure was GREAT, I was also wanting a full set. I ended up leaving 3 HOURS later with ONLY a pedicure...I watched 5 customers that came in after my pedicure was done and left before i was even told to sit in at the nail station, then waited another 20 mins there Im upset bc I love this place, but this was poor customer service!!

Horrible experience!!!!!I was a new customer with a scheduled appointment and ended up getting moved to the side because another customer came in with an appointment 15 min after me. I tried to have a conversation with the manager and was told he didnt have time to discuss the issue. Therefore, I walked out with my nails halfway soaked off. I will never go back nor recommend this nail salon.

Been looking for a nail salon for a while and I’m so glad I found this place! Love the atmosphere and the employees are very nice. The man who did my nails, I didn’t get his name unfortunately, did an awesome job on my coffin shaped nails. I appreciated how he took his time when shaping my nails and how he would compare each nail once done shaping them to check his work. I also had a pedicure done and the woman who did it was very sweet and took her time as well. Thank you all for an amazing experience at Highscale Nails! I will definitely be back 🙂.

This was by far the best multi-service experience ive had, ever! The salon was very clean and Nice. I had my pedicure done by T and she did absolutely amazing. I chose the Hi Scale pedi. She took her time and was sort of a perfectionist when it came to how she cut my nails, the cuticles, filed, scrubbed, and massaged. Most places almost seem to rush you out of the chair but I didn’t feel like that here. You can tell they want to give you the salon experience with their pedicures. On to my nails, I requested Mia, since I saw her nameMentioned a lot in previous previous reviews. They were not lying when they said she does an amazing job. She has an eye for detail and is good with making sure all nails match and are uniform. I love that!! I didn’t have to correct anything which is a good feeling. She also did a great job on my brows. This experience was worth every penny and I will definitely be back!

I got a full set and The guy cut me a bunch of times and realized he did, the nails were thick and there was a bunch of glue left on my fingers. The color and shape were really nice and pretty but overall it wasn’t great, when you go to a nail salon u don’t expect to be cut, he was rushing through the process and not taking his time. The guy was sweet but rough. I was expecting something way better than what I got.I had high expectations for this place.

Went to get my nails done yesterday, a simple full set with color; came in & got started quickly but when i left i realized my nails are uneven, the paint on them looks terrible & the lady even cut my finger while she was filing my nails down. I am new to the area so this was my first time going but will deff be my last!

Mia was amazing! Today was my first time trying out Highscale Nails Bar. This is seriously the best dip powder service that Ive EVER had around the Simpsonville/Greenville area in the past several years! The salon is clean, beautiful, and the chairs are very comfortable. Ive been here twice now and been extremely impressed. I am extraordinary picky on my nails and they do a great job. They have a GREAT selection of colors (I use dip powder). Best nail place i have found in a long time.

They do an excellent job! Attention to detail and actually give you a pedicure! You get what you pay for here. They are a little understaffed but I spoke to the owner who said she was working on it and would rather provide quality work then just clients in and out the door. If you are spending money I would do it here!

Called 2 hours before to make an appointment for 12 for a full set acrylic. Currently been waiting for over an hour and nobody has said a word and took walk ins afterwards. This is my first time being here and will probably never be back. What kind of business can’t even honor scheduled appointments? Ridiculous.

Let me just start by saying I am a very picky customer. I got a nail design on an accent nail that I didn’t like after my nail tech was finished. He could tell I wasn’t crazy about it and offered to change it, no problem and didn’t charge me any extra either. I’m really happy with my nails and will be returning. Great customer service!

A friend of mine told me about this place so I decided to come try it out. I have to wait 30 minutes and then the nail tech rushed through the whole process. I could have done a better job myself. Don’t waste your time or money.

The quality of the manicures are outstanding, however the last time I visited this salon, I waited for over an hour to be serviced. Walk-ins that came in after me were served before I was. The man did a very good job and was extremely generous after the woman who was doing my nails got up and started doing someone else’s nails. I sat there with unfinished nails for 30 minutes before the man serviced me, as the woman had gotten up and worked with another customer and completely finished her nails. Mind you, this woman had come in after me. They are extremely understaffed, and I do not recommend going to this salon if you are in a rush or you have plans within an hour time span of your appointment. This incident made me late to a very important event.

I’ve been looking all over Simpsonville and Greenville for an upscale nail salon that offers a wide range of colors/nails designs. I was impressed by the way Mia took her time to reshape my nails and the details she put into them. She took her time and made sure I was a satisfied customer.
