Absolute worst manicure I have ever had. Nails left with ragged, sharp edges, cuticles an absolute mess, and my clear polish peeled off less than 24 hours after I had my nails done. My technician Vivi was very gruff and unfriendly during my manicure and pedicure. Kept pushing me to get gel polish despite my strong refusals. Did not appear that tools were clean or had been sterilized before they were used. Music was so loud communication was almost impossible. I only went here because my usual place didn’t have a last minute opening. Won’t make that mistake again.

I had Kim. She was awesome. I needed donut art for my neices birthday party. They didnt have any stickers with donuts and Kim asked to see the design. She freehanded the art! They turned out great!!!

My friend and I made an appointment for 1pm today. We already a couple minutes early. I was moved 3 times and she was moved twice. Our nails were not even touched until 1:40pm. They were taking walk ins over appointments. I specifically asked for gel. They constantly said dip, I did not want dip, I refuse it. They tried to influence me multiple times and I had to argue with them about why I wanted gel. In the meantime my friend asked if they did leopard print when we booked the appointment and when we arrived. They said multiple times Angie can do it. She was originally sitting at Angie’s desk but got moved. The man working on her aggressively would pull her hands and said he would do poke a dots. Long story short she refused to let them work on her nails and the man talked about her in front of her face while pulling on her hands. The MADE her pay for taking her nails off after a terrible experience. Not to mention I have never had a full set of acrylic nails with gel put on within 25 minutes. Needless to say we were just a number. Do not go there. They could care less about your experience. I have my nails done for years and never had them so sore after wards. Also I listened to other people in pain. Don’t let their clean and white salon fool you. Don’t go!!!

Do not recommend this place. I went here to get a pedicure and basically just paid for the spa experience which was rushed and not relaxing. I also got polish and it was very sloppy and rushed and it was coming off as I was sitting under the dryer sitting. She came to fix it after I was getting ready to leave and looked down and notice paint was missing and I sat for another 30 min waiting for them to dry. As I walked next door With flip flops 🩴 and nothing in my way to touch the dry paint I realized more polish has came off 😠 $40 wasted will not go here or recommend this place to anyone.

Reading some of the reviews, i was not sure if I was gonna try it, but I did. And I actually loved them. I usually go to Annies, but they were closed today so figured Id try it. And Im going to stick with this place! I had tiffanie, and she was super sweet and did a great job,and it was so much quicker than at other places but better! I absolutely recommend this place ! And the prices are really good!

Let me start with the positive. This is a beautiful clean nail salon with a personable staff. As long as Im just getting pedicures and gel manicures my service seems to be great. (Im a frequent customer by the way) The negative tends to come into play anytime I decide to get a full set of acrylics,and to be 100% honest its only when Vivi does my nails. There have been 2 separate occasions where she has attempted to overcharge me for service and lowered the price once I questioned her about how she arrived at that figure. If the price is the price, I will pay it but I wont be taken advantage of.....and tip as well. Thats a hard no for me. The additional services are itemized on their pricing menu and used to be listed on the service slips they provide you to pay with. I dont think its a coincidence they removed the details from the service slips. Be mindful she will add things you did not request. Unfortunately, like most places, things tend to change once they are no longer fresh and new. I will either stick to the nail techs that have been consistent with great service, or find me a new salon. Its not like there is a shortage of options. I really wanted this to be my place because its so clean and convenient and we started off on a good note, but Im left rethinking where I spend my money. These reviews indicate Im not the only one with this experience, yet its still going on. So in my eyes, management must be ok with it, and that is NOT OK.

I had Hannah and she did a very nice job! She was very gentle for my manicure and was done in a timely fashion. My mom got a pedicure and said that hers was equally as enjoyable. The message chairs are easy to get in and out of and have many settings. I would definitely go back.

Scheduled an appointment for 4:30. Waited an hour for them to even start my pedicure. When asked how much longer (around the 45 min mark) the manager advised that they have been “playing catch up all day”. If that’s the case, stop making appointments or stop taking walk ins. After waiting an hour I received a French pedicure that wasn’t even and looked terrible. I was so annoyed at this point that I went up to pay, asked if there was anything they could do to compensate for waiting an hour after making an appointment and was advised she would give a discount. To which there was none and she charged my card the regular amount and gave me a $5 off for my next visit. There will be no next time.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I have tried to go here four times now. A pedicure once ($50 charge) and 3 full sets (acrylic with gel polish) $75 charge. The nail techs are very nice and try to help~ it’s the Fake/Money Hungry owner upfront that ruins the entire experience. They overcharge for every service they provide... don’t get me wrong I do not mind paying a little bit more for quality service... what I do have a problem with is demanding that I go with s more expensive service I do not want (which is the powder dip or if I’m just there for a mani demanding a pedi, etc...) this last time I went in there all I wanted was to have my polish color changed (I just hit my full set literally 1 week ago) and she insisted that I get a fill in and powder dip three times in front of all of the other customers which I find extremely unprofessional. I literally just walked out and will never return again! The tech was terrified when I told her I didn’t want a fillin just polish and went and got the owner upfront to demand I have a full-in. Never again.Annie’s Nails across the street is Fabulous, respectful, kind and very professional!!

Beautiful and clean salon. The staff is very kind. However, I’ve gotten acrylic nails here a couple of times now, and each time, they start lifting within 1.5 weeks. Their prices are pretty standard so it’s rather expensive to get a fill-in every week.

Everyone was super nice and my pedicure and gel manicure were very relaxing. However, my gel manicure has started chipping and peeling in less than a week. I have never had this happen to me before. Very disappointed.

Pedicure...if you are looking for a quick in and out...sure but not for $30! Barely, if any foot rub. Guess have to pay extra for foot massage.Manicure..French gel started to peel in a week.

This nail salon is very beautiful. Let me start there. I’ve never been and got the same price. I recently went and the girl did my acrylic so thick! My daughter goes to. Last week she was charged $70 for a basic set! I will not be going back.

I paid $70 for a full acrylic set, was very please with how they turned out the shape was nice and filed correctly I got coffin. However definitely not worth the money very overpriced. Not with in a week one of the nails popped off, then shortly after another one broke in half. Was also never told or asked if I wanted gel or regular polish just was given gel just so once she was done I had to pay $70 even when I did not want gel. I had Sophia she’s very overpriced.

My wife visits regular to get the powder treatment on her finger & toe nails. She has been very please with both the service & the quality of the work. She has noticed her nails growing again, because they are so well protected by the powder. (Previously, she had been getting the gel polish, but the polish on her fingers would only last about 10 days. The powder is lasting 3 weeks +, & she now has to return not because of chipping, but because her nails have grown & there is a gap at her cuticle as a result. Prices are about average for nail salons (Mani & Pedi with powder $65).

Came here after a very difficult week especially being 8.5 months pregnant. All I wanted is a fill and pedicure to make myself feel better. I asked for a cut down with my nails but to keep the same shape. She cut them down after asking me the length and started popping off my acrylics by lifting them up with a nail tip without even asking me. She said she wanted to do dip powder since it had no chemicals. By the time she was done, my nails were way too short and uneven. The shape was no where near my original coffin shape and I no longer had tips, I had natural nails with dip on top. Throughout her doing this, I told her my nails were too short and she still proceeded. I paid but, had to walk out because I was so angry. My total was $105 when it shouldn’t have been that much with what I originally requested. She did give me a $5 off card and a $15 gift card because I was clearly unhappy. I came back in and asked for them to be taken off and to get a new set. The front desk lady agreed and soaked them off. She then refused to give me a full set because she said they were busy and said she would give me money back. My natural nails are now uneven, super thin, broken, and still has remaining dip powder. This salon may be beautiful but, worst experience ever.

I love my nails! First time getting the SNS without my nails being too thick. They filled in all the space on my nails too. Never really liked any other SNS before these. Thank you Kevin!

Went for a pedicure with my daughter on 8/1/2020 . My daughters pedi lasted maybe 25 minutes. The tech who started my pedi abruptly got up and said be right back. Instead a different tech came out and appeared to be VERY annoyed at having to finish my pedi. She barely spoke; and offered no explanation as to why she was there. She was very rough trimming my nails, barely did any massage and did an mediocre job with the polish. The entire time I felt rushed and like I was an annoyance. Definitely not worth the $40 we each paid. Dont think we will return.

Came in, nicely greeted and seated. Water temp was on point BUT that’s about it. They cover the tubs with a plastic barrier but there was grit (not sure if it was dirt or what) between the barrier and water. Informed the nail tech in which she stated “It’s in the tub not the bag”! No regard that there was debris in the tub. Regardless it was disgusting and I should have stopped there. The pedicure was mediocre. Not going back.

Made an appointment and waited for about twenty minutes in the chair. Almost left. If I hadnt really wanted the services I wouldve went somewhere else because the services are overpriced.

I payed 50 dollars for dip and a design on my nails, i had a picture and the lady looked at it once and did it on my nails, it looked nothing like the picture and when i said i wasn’t pleased she told me she couldn’t change it. i told the lady who runs it and she said the same thing so i went to KT Nails and they fixed it by just using the drill tool and redoing it. In the past i have been pressure into getting dip instead on gel because dip is more expensive but still went back... this was the final straw. i won’t be back

Went to get a pedicure and gel powder full set. I get both done biweekly & spend good money on both. I was trying to find somewhere different and went here. My pedicure was terrible, barely scrubbed my feet and cut my toenails down so short it hurts to wear shoes. Started to get my nails done and one was too crooked. I said something about my crooked nail and she continued to proceed with doing my nails like I didn’t say anything at all. They are too short, terrible looking. Over $100 and it was the worst experience ever. So bad I could cry and thats being honest. My toes are so sensitive and my feet are so dry and peeling bc they weren’t even scrubbed right! If you spend good money on your nails i do NOT recommend here! There was also women that came in after me got their services done before I did!

Its Definitely not worth the price they charge. I’ve been twice and both times I’m dissatisfied. I ask for a specific shape and style and they still do their own thing and completely disregard everything I say. She rushed through my nails and they were so bumpy and uneven! If you’re looking for long nice shaped acrylics I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve been going here for the past few months, each time was a great experience and everyone did really well. However my most recent visit I was in and out within 20mins. Now usually I would not complain about that but I felt rushed the entire time. From the time I was soaking my dip powder off to not even given 2 mins to pick out a new color. My nails are all completely filed slanted. I kept telling her it didn’t look even, she said she would fix it. She also starter the dip powder very far from my cuticle beds so it looked like my nails had already grown out a week. Very dissatisfied with Vivi. I understand it was a busy day, but take care of your current client.

Cest La Vie Nail Boutique is such a beautiful salon. I found the staff to be attentive as soon as I walked in through the door. Hannah did a phenomenal job with my nails. Ill continue to give this Nail Boutique my business and Ill be booking with Hannah!

Nice relaxing atmosphere

Came here the day before my birthday and two days before vacation with my mother. The atmosphere was fine however the job they did on our nails was not. We both asked for acrylics and ended up with poor quality. My nails were not the color I asked for nor was there the accent nail I asked for. My nail is still showing in many places where she didn’t even apply the dip powder/polish. My nails are crooked and one has an out of place piece of glitter that will now be bugging me for the next several weeks. My mother’s tech was rude and didn’t even apply the top coat to both of her hands. We expressed our disappointment to the receptionist and she offered no apology or alternative. Don’t waste your money.

Tracy gave me a great pedicure. But the color I chose for my toenails, and what was actually applied, wasn’t even close. They need to be more careful about this by checking the sample chosen against what is painted. I had to come home and repaint after spending my time and money there. Not happy about this at all. I have always taken my own polish on previous visits and will be sure to do so from now on.

At the beginning I would agree with the positive comments. Something has changed though and I dont know what. Customer service is compromised and rudeness is in. I have not returned nor will I. Hannah, however is awesome. Such a humble women and does an excellent job on nails.

Remarkable experience here. As soon as you walk in the door you feel calm but excited. Beautiful interior and beyond excellent service. I recommend Andy he did a AMAZING job on my nails and made sure to do everything I asked perfectly.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE. I took a group of 6 girls for some pre-wedding pampering last Thursday morning. We each got the classic pedicure and classic manicure with either gel or dipped powder. We were in an out of there within an hour! We were on a tight timeline, and as soon as we walked in the door they were ready to work. Id communicated ahead of time on Facebook Messenger what each girl wanted and was blown away with their customer service!Definitely recommend!

Horrible experience. They were rude and rushed. My mom and I received a manicure which consisted of filing nails, polish and a little lotion. Took all of about 8 minutes. Will never go back and would NEVER recommend to anyone.

Excellent and quick service. The effect of waxing and designing my brows was dramatic and noticed immediately by other patrons who was very complimentary.

Love this place but today I went and Tracy did my nails , and I was not satisfied. Me and my Bestfriend got the same modern pedi and she literally rushed threw the whole thing !!! Asked for medium length and they made them so short that there was no point in even adding the tip on. I did the dip powder and usually when i do this they dip my nails quite a few times and it takes about 30 minutes. It only took her 15 minutes and I was done. She only dipped my nails 3 times each so they are very thin and fragile. Also 2 of my nails are crooked! There were bumps on the top of a few nails that I made her fix and she got cocky about it. She even was doing them so fast at one point she sanded down to far on one and had to re dip that nails and when she messed up she went ughhh like it was my fault that she was rushing for no reason! Not to mention I didnt realize but someone else went here recently and now has an infected cuticle because they are unsanitary. They have just recently opened this location and I wouldnt reccomend it to anyone.

First time I have had my nails done and I told them this. They didnt cut the skin where the finger nails grow, they didnt color all of my whole nails, and they didnt make sure to get all the edges off since I asked for round nails. They also refused to do the matted French manicure which I thought was odd. $45 down the drain. [Had the powder dipped nails] We live and learn I suppose.

As I happened to be in Simpsonville today, I stopped in and had a manicure and pedicure. I am happy with both and the facility. I would not necessarily make a trip over here for a pedicure, but would go to my normal place, near my house.

I arrived at 6 for a mani/pedi, my toenails were cut too short and they were uneven. My mani started at about 7:30 and felt rushed. The polish does not cover the entire nail and you can see the top coat does not either which left streak marks almost. I wore the flip flops provided the entire time and noticed when I left the polish on my big toe at the top was gone. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Having your nails done is one of the simple joys in life...having them done by such a sweet, courteous staff makes it even better! Im so impressed with this facility!
