I’ve been to this place a decent amount as being from the area. The last time was this weekend I went to get my nails done for my sisters wedding was intended to be a relaxing time before the big day. The owner loudly shouted at me because I asked if she could correct a simple mistake she made. Instead of removing polish with remover she proceeded to buzz it off with a tool I have cuts all over my fingers…called me names said I was being too picky…I couldn’t believe how unprofessional it was and always tip them 15-20 bucks.. I will be going to star nails from now on. They’re way cleaner and nicer and care about their customers.

Very clean, people friendly, no chemical oders, did a good job and yes Id go back.

This place is a joke. 2nd time there and just a worst experience. The owner burned my nails in the gel heater then filed my nails uneven and said it was my fingers that are Crooked how rude then started talking with other workers left me under that gel heater over 10 minutes unbelievable the worst service I ever had. Worst nail job ever ! Pictures tell it all.

I started going to Sunrise Nails about 3 years ago. The first time getting my nails done. I knew I found my forever favorite nail shop!!! They have reasonable prices. Not only are they friendly to me. Also to my 7 yr old daughter!! We love the work we get done. Within a timely manner. I book appointments every time we go. I never have to wait. Always ready for us. I highly recommend Sunrise Nails!!!!

I started coming here about a month ago. My old nail tech was doing a really bad job so I came to Sunrise Nails. Never had a better pedicure! Not sure what the gentlemans name is but he does an awesome job! Not like other places where they rush. He takes his time, is gentle, and gives a really good massage after. For my nails.. Im very particular with my nails. I believe Andy is the owner, he does an amazing job. I told him how I like my nails and he did them perfect. Very pleased! . I will be a regular here from now on. 😊

My nails have all popped off and it’s only been 4days . And she cut my finger and kept going like nothing happened. I paid 80$ and I still tipped her but I will not allow them to play on my nails again

Tina and Andy are Amazing. Plus Holly their daughter is definitely going to run the business once she is older. Have never had a bad experience since I have been coming here.

I been here before and liked the way Andy did my nails and plus hes very friendly. Today His wife, Tina I believe did them and they are horrible. I stopped her in the middle and told her I didnt like my nails and she said shell file them and they will look better at the end. I asked for color ombre. She proceeded to have an attitude and started to yell at her husband when I told her I didnt like them and could he fix them. Had to get a gel color to cover messed up ombre. My nails are thick with uneven surface. My nail beds look like a bumpy road. Only let Andy do your nails!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and courteous, I was helped within five minutes of arriving. They had great team work and the nail tech (Tina) had a soft touch and was very careful and gentle while clipping my cuticles. I will definitely come back.

Salon was not clean. Instruments were not on sterile pouches. There was an old toenail on my towel at the pedicure bowl. Very limited color selection. Extreme old equipment. Hoping I do not end up with a infection on my feet. They also have a like 6 year old seating clients, starting water bowl and doing errands...

Been coming here for years now. Staff is friendly and the owners always ask how my kids are. I get gel nails with no chip polish and never have any issues. The pedicures are great and clean too.

This is my 2nd time going and I am very pleased with the service and my nails. I did not have to wait to be helped and they provide great customer service!

DO NOT waste your time going here. I’ve been here a few times before because there is never any wait. (There is a reason for that.) My toe was cut during a pedicure (it hurt) and bled. I brought it up nicely at the checkout and was still made to pay full price for bad service.

Brought my daughter to get a full set and myself a dip manicure. They said no wait. Stuck my nails in acetone and left me sitting for 20 minutes while they proceeded to do my daughters full set. I got up and said i am not keeping my hands in acetone this long. They didn’t care. Proceeded to finish my daughters full set, didn’t apologize nothing. Worst place ever! They didn’t even shake the nail polish to ensure proper color. Very Rushful not friendly. As soon as i said i was not sitting with my hands in acetone they started talking about me in another language. This is why i stick with La piete nails. Wish i could add a pic to show how they let me leave their salon! Stay away! Go some where else. Reviews are EVERYTHING!

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.!!! Like some of the other comments I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I also wish I would have read the reviews before we went. Absolutely terrible service and staff. When I walked in they told me it would be a 10 minute wait for a full set and a pedicure. I waited for over 45 minutes. My daughters both under 10 were with me wanting to get their nails painted and they rushed threw painting their nails and did a terrible job. This was suppose to be a fun little girls day out and they ruined it with their horrible attitudes and the long wait.

This place is horrible!! One person speaks fluent English! They talk in there language the entire time! The young lady gave a horrible manicure and pedicure!! Paid for it because I didn’t want any trouble I expressed my dislikes all they said was thank you! Will never go back!

I definitely wish I could give this place a Zero star rating. The lady that did my nails and toes was EXTREMELY rude. She messed up my nails. They look like a 5 year old child did them. If the work was just terrible I could respect that they just didnt have the experience to do better HOWEVER the demeaning attitude and incivility of this woman was a disgrace. Only if I had the power to shut them down. I will never be returning and hope that everyone finds a better option as doing them yourself would be a better experience.

2nd time here. First time I got a no chip, and it was by far the best no chip Ive ever had! 3 weeks and seriously no chips.. minus the outgrowth of my nail. Today I got a new no chip and it looks amazing, along with a pedicure. Excellent job on both.

I have gotten two no-chip manicures here and both hace been chipped and peeling in less than a week. They assured me this last time it would last, but it hasnt.

I have a quinceanera tomorrow and was super nervous cause I wanted my nails to look on fleek. I went here and loveddddd it. Very inexpensive and definitely looks good. Everyone complimented me on them.

Horrible service!!! Staff is extremely rude! I just moved to the area from the city and was looking for a new nail place when I ran into sunrise nails and spa. My nails are bumpy and have no shape even though I requested the coffin nail shape. They had me go from one nail tech to the other for no apparent reason, as much as I was trying to smile and make conversation the staff was rude! Just annoyed for no reason! The service sucked and their attitudes suck more! I will never go there again! And I would never recommend! Oh and she charged me $5 extra to remove my polish! In all my years of having my nails done I have never been charged to remove nail polish. I knew there had to be a reason why they were empty! No customers! Next time Ill follow my gut instinct!

I had the WORST experience here at Sunrise. Not only was the staff rude, but they kept pressuring me to get things done no matter how many times I said no. After 30 minutes into doing my acrylic fill in, the lady doing my nails stopped IN THE MIDDLE of filling them in to wax a customers eyebrows that just walked in. 15 min later she came back to doing my nails. It took her a total of an hour and 15 minutes to do one fill in because she was talking to other people and taking care of other customers walking in. (they usually dont get business, probably because of the poor service) She also cut my skin open because she wasnt looking at my nails while using tools on them, and instead was talking.At the end, she charged me $8 extra because I wanted her to file my nails shorter- which at any nail salon Ive been to, that is included in the fill-in charge. After I complained that it was expensive, and I was unhappy she rolled her eyes and complained about me to my sister whom she didnt realize was my sister. I am usually a very patient person and never complain about any services anywhere I go, but this was just a horrible experience. Needless to say, I will never be going back here again, and I would never recommend Sunrise Nails to anyone.

The staff is so rude they filed my toe nails like horribly and I told her to fix it because they were misshapen she said I was picky and since it was my first time if I dont like it dont come back I was so shocked then told me my 3 year old daughter would be charged 20 dollars just for her toes to be painted not even a pedicure this place is a joke 😡😡
