Initially moving from Chicago to the suburbs I’ve found it pretty difficult to find a quality nail salon, but Queen Nails changed that! Dino, his wife and the rest of the team are incredibly kind and professional. I’ve never left disappointed. The salon is clean, the team takes their time with your nails and the end product never disappoints.

First time here loved the service. Got exactly what I wanted compared to a picture I showed. Found my nail place!

They are friendly and welcoming. I just wish there was more guidance through the process since I am not familiar with spa treatments. I just sat there with no instruction afterwards, so I wasnt sure if I was ready to go or had more coming.

Love this place came here once and never went back anywhere else after. I get the signature pedi and it’s great. When I make an appointment I always get right in I never have to wait around. BEST SALON!I have been to a number of salons in the area trying to find one I can call home and always walk out with a crooked nail or two. The owners of this salon are phenomenal and really take the time to make each nail match the others. Do yourself a favor and come here!!

Queen is the only nail salon that has not ruined my nails when removing no-chip polish. I was so pleased with my third no-chip manicure I brought my daughter and her bf for full sets. The salon is extremely clean and everyone is so friendly. I definitely recommend this neighborhood gem.

Horrible! Just do your own nails! I never said that I like these, I look like I have bird claws with a stripe! Charged my card more than was told! Advice.. steer clear go somewhere else!

The pedicure was great! I got a no-chip manicure and it was not as wonderful. It took 4 coats due to the color being diluted. The color wasnt even across all my nails and because there were 4 coats, it started lifting and peeling 4 days later. For a $40 manicure I expected MUCH better quality. Go here for a pedicure, skip the manicure.

I had a wonderful experience here. I had a signature pedicure and manicure. I was there for 3 hours, and I enjoyed every moment.

By far the best nail salon i have ever been to..very clean and peaceful. I had a full 3d set done by dino and got a amazing pedi from Maria..dino did very neat work and took his time ..i would definitely request him to anyone. Love his work..highly recommend queens nails.

I was instantly in love with this place when I saw a beautiful, calm, loving dog. And I even got to pet the beauty when I was getting my pedicure done. The work they do was professional and good as well. But dog!

Did a good job on my powder dip nails but they had there large dog walking around the entire time of my service. The dog sat by me and was passing gas the entire time😡

I highly recommend Queen Nails; the staff is friendly, the establishment was very clean. Bi did my pedi and dip nails; he took his time and gave me a great massage with my pedicure. I asked him to do the dip thin, which he also did; my expectations were highly exceeded! I will definitely be going back to Queen Nails for all my future nail care needs. I definitely suggest visiting Queen Nails the next time your in the market for a good mani/pedi and ask for Bi.....you won’t be disappointed, I promise!:)

Wow! Came here after a recommendation & glad we did. Friendly and clean atmosphere. My daughter was pleasantly satisfied. One thing I noticed is tht they make sure youre satisfied and take their time. Well definitely be coming back!!!!

This review is based off a pedicure. The scrubbing of the dead skin was great, but the massage was awful. The massage is what people get pedicures for, and I felt extremely disappointed and it was super lackluster. On top of which the paint job itself was poorly done. I probably won’t come back here.

Awesome service and client experience! My mom and I were taken care of quickly and efficiently! Glad I found Dino he use to work at Toe Heaven and now successfully has his own salon! He does an awesome job! They also have bilingual techs! Spanish speaking thats a rare find so my mom felt at home!

I paid about $40-$50 just for a fill, and my nails chip within days even though i got no chip polish. I was very very happy with the way they looked when they were first done but one nail the polish has completely just peeled off and every other nail has minor chips, and i didn’t wash my hands with soap. Other than the chips in the nails everything else is great super nice staff.

Been here a few times with my daughter and always had a good experience. After today I will NEVER go back. I can understand wanting to sell additional services to customers but the best advice I can give to you is never insult the way a paying customer (especially a women) looks to do it.

The lady who does pedicures is amazing, she really takes her time and does a good job. However, do not, under any circumstances, let one of the guys there do your nails. I came in asking for Ombré. He painted my nails half pink and half white, and did not blend it at all! After I told him I didn’t like it, he made no attempt to fix it but but a French no chip on my nails that looked terrible and chipped the next day. What a waste of money!

I normally dont leave reviews, but to say I was disappointed is an understatement. They ruined my cuticles, rushed me when only 2 other people were there and the clear coat they put on my nails bubbled. I went to another salon that gave me a new set that looks great.

Ask for jenny she is from Columbia doesnt speak much English but great. Or ask for Jennifer she is great also.friendly place. Also love that their dog Lady is always there.

They are so nice and treat your nails with care are very fast but professional and neat, I had problems with other nail salons but not this one and they always come 100% close to the picture I want.

Great customer service, very friendly and kind staff. Not happy that dip powder nails chipped 3 days later and completely done by day 10. No preparation by soaking / cuticle treatment or massage at end that seems to be complimentary at other salons. Might be why they chipped so fast since wasn’t proper preparation

Best pedicure for the price around. Usually little to no wait, unless only one person on staff knows how to do something, like nails sets. Very small staff so its a thing to be expected.

Their no chip ALWAYS chips and their priced are never consistent a fill in of acrylic cost me 40.00🤔. Update to owners response. Actually Ive been to your establishment 3 times the first time you charged me 45.00 for a fill in (I have my receipts on my bank statements) I was alone and only got a fill in no change of shape or cut down (which most places dont charge to shorten with a fill) so why I was charged 45 is now beyond me, the second time again I got a acrylic fill and was charged 40 dollars and I did not get any design or shortening , then the third time I was charged 45 again and this time I got a fill and shortening of the nails . The first time I got red nail polish, second was black and the third was baby blue so again I dont know why I was ever charged more than 35 if that is what youre saying you charge for a fill. All three times my no chip nail polish completely chipped within the first 7 days when I brought this to your attention each time I was told this happens but since I been going somewhere else this has never happened, I definitely will not be returning considering I was over charged and to my knowledge a acrylic fill is less than 35.00 since your full set acrylic is suppose to be 35.00

I asked for an almond shaped set, and it was very upsetting to see that I didn’t get what I asked after paying $50. The person doing my nails was also hurting me while he was filing my nails, I told him nicely that it was hurting my nail and all he did was laugh and clarify that he knew how to file... never stepping foot on this place again

They accept walk ins..this place is only a couple months old and it was my first time being here and I highly recommend them I showed up about 415 and they stayed until about 630 just to finish my nails and they took the time to do them perfectly and evenly.There was no rich at all they exceded my expectations and I will definitely be going back.I think I may have found my new favorite nail salon.

They supposedly open at 9:30 am on Saturdays. I waited and waited but they weren’t open after 9:30. I can’t stand businesses that just open whenever they feel like and don’t follow their posted hours. I went somewhere else that runs a business the way it should be.

Love Queen nails!

I came here because i couldnt make it in to my normal place (le petit nails). There were good reviews so I thought, ok. My appt was at 1. we got started at 120. Played musical chairs and musical nail techs. So unprofessional and unorganized. It should not take 2 -3 hours to get a fill.

By far my favorite nail salon!! They do amazing acrylics & pedicures.

Love love this place they have amazing and outstanding customer service great prices and clean areas they always put customers first which I love and all services are done at a great timely manner will recommend to anyone and am sure Ill be using them again...
