I went in today to get my acrylics taken off. The lady there shoved this piece of plastic under my nail (which is shown) and I told her it hurt. She told me that was normal and shoved it there 3 more times. It began bleeding badly and I began crying and then she stopped. She shoved a dirty metal plate in there and glued it back together. She charged me for the service even though she caused me pain. I hope I dont get an infection from this. Dont recommend!

I loved this place. 1st time there today and I was treated with such respect. My feet were awful and neglected, I didnt shave, last minute decision to go and they didnt make me feel bad at all. The paraffin wax worked wonders on my heels(Which are hard as cement BTW!) Im definitely going back. Reasonably priced too!

On March 5th, 2021 I asked for a mani and pedi. The guy that did my nails toes was very rough. He yanked my hands and pushed my feet in the water. My service was very unpleasant. Today is now March 6 and my nails look dull, their is no shine to them at.. I will never go back there again, I spent $70 on NOTHING. I should have listened to the reviews.

Van is the nail master! As a grown woman, I have been to many different nail salons, even in different states--nobody comes even close to paying attention to detail and doing a job that makes you believe youve just been at a $500.00 a day salon. This man has my business, plus Ive sent him 2 other customers. He is just beyond amazing!! Client for life:-)

I was getting a new set of acrylics put on. The guy doing my nails cut me pretty bad, didn’t get the nail off and just put a new tip on top of the old acrylic. For some reason I was charged more than usual. I get the same thing every time, same length and shape and it’s never more than $45 for a new set and i was charged $60. This is AFTER he cut me and didn’t do a true new set as he left part of the old acrylic on every single nail.

I’ve come here a few times since I’ve moved to the area and I’ve seen a few different ladies and they done a great job each time but this last time I went I saw Amy and she did not disappoint!! Did exactly what I want and did an amazing job at that!! I will continue to see her! Sooo happy with my nails!

Horrible experience. Nail technician could not shape my nail correctly. Spent 2 hours with the nail technicians for her to try to straighten them out. Then she just told me that my nails were just crooked. Which is not true. I went home crying due to how awful they were. I had to go somewhere else to get them done again.Never go there! They will screw up your nails and not be able to fix them.

Horrible. To much in a hurry nails looked horrible. Had to redo the polish and there is a brush hair in my nail. Never again. Argued with me about the prices. Tried over charging. Never again.

I frequently get pedicures at this salon and always have a great experience. My only complaint is that the last few times Ive visited the fumes have been quite strong. Which does make it hard to relax.

I was given a gift certificate to try this place as Im moving to the area. I was there over two hours for a pedicure and asked for a no chip manicure. The shop felt dirty and the staff talked about me to each other in their language. I got sick from the acetone fumes because they had me soak my nails in a bowl of it instead of wrapping them and then proceeded to scrap my nails ruining the nail underneath. I asked them to stop at that point so I could go somewhere else before they completely ruined my nails. They charged me $45. I got a $20 pedicure and they removed my no chip which according to their price list should have been $10. I just walked out at that point. I will not be returning. Getting my nails done is a treat for me and I left there over charged, nails not done and sick to my stomach from fumes.

I went here today, and Kimlien Tiffany did my nails and did an amazing job! My nails look beautiful and she took her time and make it a very comfortable experience, I will definitely be returning!

UNSANITARY!!!!I went there to wax my lower legs...they used Gigi wax, everything was good until i saw her use the same stick for the whole process & used the same cloth strip up to 3 times for each wax....WHAT?!?! How many people have their germs in that wax bowl?!? Towels i laid on was dirty...now i look at the whole place as dirty!! I was going to get more waxed but i left after that and will not be returning. I will be going to Euro wax for now on and have no problem paying more for a professional environment....i am going home to scrub my whole body, yuck!

Went for a mani and pedi. Nothing spectacular. The cuticles were barely touched. They had two different people do them. They left me to sit after it was all done. No one asking a thing. The tried to do a touch up and it was terrible. Went somewhere else that I know and got all of it redone. Will not be going back.

I have been going here for years. I love the ladies here and they are all fun loving good people who do a wonderful job no matter what you want done.

They were price gouging on the first couple of days after they opened back up.

Took my sister in laws with me for prom and their nails were messed up. One of them wanted an ombré nail and they said they wouldn’t do it. Their nails were crooked. Our cuticles were not even touched. My nails started to chip not even 3 days after..will not be going back...

The young lady had trouble affixing my acrylic nails then proceeded to file them down very choppy. This is very obvious because I paid extra for french tip.
