Rushed me pedicure! The man that did my pedicure was rude!! Had too many smart comments! Then the man that did my fill in tried to leave my old nail color on my nailsAnd go over it with my new color because they were busy and he rushin! I told him if he don’t get this old color off my nail!!! Never coming here again!!! And they yell too much! Massage chairs are weak!

I went for a fill. First off they didn’t give what I asked, when I addressed that and tried to explain what I wanted again politely, the dude got upset and told me to just leave it and he would fix it later. Once I told him again I didn’t want what he was giving me he told me it was too late and charged me $45…

Clean, lots of color choices, nice people. My nail technical was June, and she did an excellent job. Lots of other places Ive been to rush through and really abuse your nails in a hurry to remove old polish. She was careful but still quick and efficient. Ill definitely return.

I have been going to this salon for almost a year, and I refuse to go anywhere else. They do such a great job and are always friendly to me! I go once a month for a pedicure and occasionally for dip manicure. I have a great experience every time and my nails and feet look awesome!

Radiance Nails is a beautiful modernized nail salon with phenomenal staff located in a convenient spot in Shorewood, IL. The Radiance nail technicians take their time with each client — the pedicures are AMAZING. I’ve been to this salon multiple times and every experience has been great. I highly recommend— they will make you feel at home on your very first visit!

Easy to make an appt. Clean environment and the staff is very friendly. Loved that if you didnt have cash, Venmo is a payment option for service and tip. Will be going back.

Been going here since they opened, but it’s definitely not the same place it used to be. You are rushed to pick a color & sometimes shuffled amongst several employees for the same service. There is always yelling going on between employees when they are trying to communicate with one another. No sense in making an appt. or just walking in... you will end up waiting no matter what! Not a very relaxing & professional environment. This place is going downhill FAST!

At first the service started great. The gentleman that was doing my nails was nice and I felt comfortable. But when It was time to do my nails I noticed that the place was not very clean. The stations were dusty and some equipment look like it was never clean. Even with this issues I did still gave him a $20 tip. But it’s been two days since I got my mini and pedi and I notice that my nails are already getting shipped, spend $88 and it’s not even lasting a week. Not coming back to this place.

I came in to get a full set gel over lay. After discussing with the nail tech she stated dipped nails were the best and I went with dip nails. The nails were not smooth and dented in the middle of the nail. When I came back the next day I spoke with a gentleman and explained my situation. He immediately said it was the design I picked! I asked him to feel and look closer at my nails and he realized what I was referring to. He did offer to fix but it was a rush rush scenario and not to mention he was answering phones/helping other guest. After three days from the fix the dip started to lift from my nails. The amount spent on the set was a complete waste. I went to another shop that pretty much popped off the set.

Ive had my nails done by Steve the owner for a 11 years, hes the best, there is no one eles I will go to, I tried but hes the only one that can do my nails where they are perfect and I get compliments. I recommended here to everyone I can . Have family and friends who go here now and will not go to another place

I arrived an hour before closing. I asked for a full set. They said no problem. The nail tech was very friendly, Conversation was great. My only issue is that the nails feel bubbly and my pointer finger nail on my right hand is crooked. Noticed when I got home. I feel like no matter the time, consistency with your work should be the same. I’m super picky when it comes to my nails. I wouldn’t go back.

Awful experience! I made two appointments- 2 pedicures & 2 no chip manicures. We waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us in the waiting room. While I was looking at the nail color book I was asked by a technician (who I believe is the owner) to give it to her. I then noticed the technician gave the book to her client whom she was currently servicing. Once we got escorted to the pedicure chairs, our water was not enjoyable(too cold) & the jets weren’t on in the tub. We sat in a pedicure tub for 5 minutes before an employee asked us how the water was. When I asked the worker if they could turn the jets on- they told me another 5ish minutes. The jet will go on once your pedicure starts. We left- I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Very skilled and polite employees. They do a great job. Just keep in mind that its cash only tips.

Amazing as always.... Steve and Vivian are awesome and always welcoming as are their other workers. I always come in with different ideas and they never disappoint. They know both of my children and always ask about them and how they are doing. When I bring my 5 yr old with me they always treat her like a princess with the royal treatment!!!! I love radiance nails.... loyal customer since day one. Went somewhere else 1 time because they were booked and it was my only day to go and I ended up back to Steve to fix my chipping falling off nails not even a week later...

Was on and out and they did a great job. Clean, polite, good quality, and fast. They take appointments as well.

Even the little leaf designs. I got them done because I’m getting engaged soon and I love them so much, they will be so nice for pictures. I will definitely come back here!!

I just recently started going to radiance nails and I started to go to Vivian and she does a beautiful job on my nails. She recommended me to go to Kevin to get my nails done this previous time because she knew he would do a wonderful job on what i wanted done. Vivian and Kevin were so helpful, very kind and did an amazing job on my Nails!

I made an appointment and they took the two walk ins ahead of me, just because they walked in the door ahead of me. In my world, appointments should always be the priority and they don’t seem to value that. I heard others complain while I was getting my nails done.

Great guest service but the guy that did my nails kept getting up to answer the phone and it added time on my service other than that they do a good job.

Loved this place , very friendly staff, so relaxing for my best pedicure never had.

I was honestly disappointed with my full set of nails that I had gotten. I wanted a full set so I had gotten the old set removed and during the removal the tech was already complaining it was taking to long and she was tired not to mention her pulling down her mask and wiping her nose with her hand then put her mask back up and continue working on my nails also she kept sniffling and complaining. I try to stay calm with the situation and go with the flow. After she was done putting the full set of nails on and remind you I had shown her a pictUre of the design I wanted and it looked nothing like I had shown. The rhinestone had came off the next day and the nails looked like my 6 year old niece can do and they were bumpy and the lengths were different. I will not be going back here again I’m very disappointed.

I am visiting from out of town and needed my nails done. Popped into this place since it was close to Home Goods and my mother could occupy herself there for an hour. WONDERFUL place with the nicest and friendliest staff ever. My nails look exceptional and I am totally pleased with the service I received. I would recommend Mai to do your nails!!! Radiance is my favorite. Steve and Vivian are superior. They make sure you are catered to from the time you walk in til you leave. I always leave feeling beautiful!I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are the BEST!!

Went in for a pedicure because my heel had cracked with dead skin. Upon finishing I noticed that the skin was still on my heel. They never sanded it off, all they used was a buffer that didn’t remove the dead skin. The manager told me that I will have two have two more pedicures to remove the dead skin. What a scam. I have had pedicures for the same issue in the past and have never been disappointed.

Pedicure was ok, they really didnt do a great job removing the dead skin from the heel. The manicure was awful. Girl seemed mad I didnt want a no chip. Nails are uneven and not filed good. She didnt use any lotion or oil. Just cut them barely filed and painted badly. Worst manicure ever!

Finally found my nail spot after moving from west coast (tried a few other spots, horrible experience). Steve is Awesome!! I walk out with perfect looking nails every time! They also have super nice front desk help, so best to call & make an appointment, they tend to get busy. Great location too...next to homegoods & target!

I got my nails done by Hailey the Friday before Christmas, by Christmas Eve 3 had broken off. I have never had nails just break off in a few days let alone 3, the lady that did my nails rolled her eyes when I asked if she could shape one a little more coffin shaped, it took her 30 minutes to do a full set... when I was done the receptionist brought her a ticket for a pedicure client and she rolled her eyes and did a huff under her breath. I’m not one to complain usually but if you don’t want to do your job without making customers uncomfortable then you shouldn’t be working there. Sadly I will not be going back to this nail salon because of one person. I don’t recommend her if you do choose to go to this nail salon.

Absolutely terrible. I went today for the second time. I just wanted a fill in on my acrylic nails that were done here 2 weeks ago. They didnt tell me before the start that there are no dryers. I asked how was I supposed to dry my hands? He said I can go outside and sit in my car until they were dry. I was floored. At this point Im sure they will smudge because of the 2 coats of polish and 1 coat of clear had zero drying time in between layers. I ask if they maybe have quick dry spray. Of course they didnt. I was completely outdone. I told him take the polish off because it would be ruined and a waste. Another woman comes over and tells me thats why I shouldve gotten no chip. I tried to explain to her the same thing I explained to him. Now they both were talking over me. The quality of work is subpar. I had coffin shape the first time and asked for it again. Every other nail is shaped differently.My daughter who is 12, had a pedi and full set. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. Her nails werent any better than mine. I didnt want her to be disappointed because her bday was the following day but she is so gracious that she sat quietly for him to finish.I understand that the health department has new regulations for nail salons but they should make the changes to services clear. They are dismissive and dont value their customers. I wouldve paid whatever the price to receive good service but thats not something they are capable of offering.I will never return.

Im so glad that I tried this place out. Mina is amazing! She did a gel manicure for me and really took her time to make my nails look perfect! I got a pedicure from someone else and I was not as happy about it. He didnt put enough color on so it started to chip after a few days. He also didnt listen to me when I said that I wanted my toe nails trimmed down. Its a beautiful salon though and I was really happy with the service overall.

I give this place 3 stars. I first went and got a dip but my nails started chipping after a week (it’s supposed to last 3), so i went back and tried someone new, but that dip lasted 3 days!! I was so disappointed because they looked so pretty. The place is clean and beautiful inside and the people are friendly and easy to talk to, but when it comes down to paying $45 for nails that simply do not last, It makes it difficult to ever go back. My sister, however, has gotten dips that truly lasted the 3 weeks, so I was disappointed especially knowing mine didn’t hold up.

Dont waste your money on this nail salon. My 1st experience was good got the dip powder nails. Went back in two weeks for a second visit and received the same service. After one week my nails are falling off. They charged 40 dollars each time for this service. Plus I gave a good tip. Theses nail salons are making to much money not to guarantee quality work or service. Needless to say I will not be back.

Vivian does my dip nails and she has a great eye. Everyone here is accommodating and friendly. I’ve never had a single negative experience.

They weren’t very kind. They cut my mother’s nails so low that she began bleeding during her pedicure, when she pointed it out the man corrected her and said she was not even when you could clearly see it. He almost did it with another toe till she told him it hurt which instead of apologizing he made annoyed groan at her.

I’m so glad I found this gem! Pressed for time I googled and found this place since it’s the only one that opens at 9am. Best no chip mani I’ve gotten in the area. Very clean place, manicure sets are properly sterilized. I went to Star nails got a terrible full set about 4 days ago, nails looked terrible. Got the set removed here, and a no chip mani. They have a great selection of dip powders and no chip colors including OPI. My tech David was great! He took his time and actually took care of my cuticles and was very meticulous. Will definitely go back! Can’t wait to get a pedicure!

Made an appointment and was seen right away. They go above and beyond with the basic pedicure, included a leg scrub in addition to lotion and massage. 2nd time I went, I did not have an appointment, I waited a little while as it was busy. I got a no-chip manicure. Friendly, clean and great customer service.

I went to Radiance and I did not like how rough they were being they pulled chunks of my nails off. The nail polish had lumps in it and it started chipping and it’s no chip gel polish. I highly recommend La Petite nails Shorewood.

Idk what to say except I think Ive found my new nail spot! The place is nice and clean. I got a no chip manicure from Vivy and she did a great job they look beautiful and the paint goes all the way to my cuticles! Then I got the basic pedicure with a 10m foot massage from Sam and it was the best decision Ive made in a while! She took her time and I felt so good after!! I will definitely bring my business back to Radiance Nails & Spa.

I will never come back. Not only did I not get what I wanted even though I said it and tried to correct her multiple times, but its so overpriced and I had to wait 20 minutes even though I had an appointment. The first time I tried coming with my mom, we wanted to get it done together but by the time she was almost done I didnt even get started so I said nevermind. I shouldnt hold back tears and feel stupid when Im trying to feel beautiful.

Beautiful salon and vivian did my nails, I LOVE THEM..... no one can ever get the shape of my nails right and she did extaly what i asked for, its right when they say you get what you pay for, they are 5$ more than other places but there is a reason why.... ill diff be going back for pedi and dip again!!!!

Went there on a Sunday after a run with a friend they told us it was going to be about 40 min for a pedicure. So we decided to wait, a hours later I asked the receptionist again, and she went to ask a nail tech. She returned and said 15- 20 min needless to say I left. We waited a hour and 20 min and never got a pedicure.
