Simple enough all is great other then fact they will raise price with out telling you .

Not a bad experience so far, the facilities seem clean and secure. It’s a newer construction so that is appealing; lots of security on the property.Unfortunately we had to convince them to honor their price as it was advertised online; they did not seem aware that they were discounting certain units in their ad. Also we were disappointed that they did not have a usable box truck for move-in as they had indicated, something about needing to update the registration for it.The rental itself seemed to be fairly straightforward, I will update this as the process continues.

Called three different ones trying to get a simple quote every single person I spoke to besides the one in Riverside she was nice but the other 2 ladys poor customer service inconsiderate they should hire some managers that are happy to get their customers with better attitudes

Staff are great. For those who have a 9-5 or plan to store stuff for a 2nd income I wouldnt recommend it due to extremely short access hours. Dont allow customers gate access after office is closed, not even to the storage unit.

Maria was amazing! She’s the property manager at this location. It was all simple, and one of the cheaper options compared to other companies in the area. They are very nice and extremely tight on security, which is very reassuring.

I rent a 10x9 but the unit looks like 1/2 of the size. I pay online and there website only change $26.99 so the office charge me 3 dollar more . I was very disappointed when Maria give me a attitude about it. She Replaying AFTER I give her The $3 dollar that if I don’t want it she can canceled in a very rude way , I want her to know that I’m a pay customer and I don’t need her anger attitude because of the StorAmerica storage wet site errors. They need to get it fix,After all I give a 3 star because I got to met Jose and Sergio ! They’re extremely helpful . Thank you guys , god bless

The office staff was very nice, personable, and attentive. The facility is also very nice, only being a couple years old. And the price was right.

Safe, Clean and good price. I love that it is well monitored and you dont get random people In and out of the facility. Workers are also friendly and answer any questions you have.

Dont know if he was the owner but a gentle mans car caught fire across the street from this business and went to ask for help and begged for him to call police luckily a fire dept. Truck was near by and called for help ... The owner was very unprofessional and literally told the guy to get away and then came out to argue with the man who was african american just stood back because he wasnt feeling to good and had burns to his hands i saw this first hand since i pulled over to check on him and helped him call his wife... For an owner to be that way to someone who nearly lost his life is extremely scary and unprofessional i hope this guys learns some manners or gets replaced... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF HE IS THE OWNER!!!!Edit: Still dont understand why he had to go confront the gentle man the way he did you really did seem to avoid that didnt you

New to StorAmerica on 40th Street in San Bernardino. Very pleasant experience! It was an easy process to rent a storage unit. Customer service was excellent & professional! Clean facility and I feel very comfortable storing my personal belongings.

The manager Maria was very helpful in determining the storage unit that would meet our needs. She also let us reserve it and we actually did rent it a few days later.

Ms. Maria is the best. Love the staff period The place is well kept and clean no signs of pest period. The pricing is affordable and they offer the use of a moving truck with your initial move in.

Pros: Location is nice & property is well kept.Cons: overpriced as other facilities within the area offer cheaper rates. The contract you sign does state a late fee applies if you pay beyond the due date but doesn’t state you will have no access to the property until the late fee it is paid which isn’t fair for a consumer like myself. Even though you do PAY your monthly bill past the due date, a late fee of $20.00 is a assessed to your account which does happen BUT If you don’t pay your late fee you literally locked out of the property until it is paid which isn’t fair if the monthly contract rate is current. People might pay a cell phone bill late but the carrier won’t turn off services until the late fee is paid so why does the facility run business this way? I base my reviews after I have personally experienced business with a company I choose and this facility isn’t what I expected and management is another story.

Very clean facility, great management. They really care about the facility and have a guard service at night to insure protection. Not many facilities do that.

I give 3 stars because its in the middle. I did get my storage for a realy great price with a promo online. However, the person that helped me did not go over ANYTHING with me, infact i learned about the late fee by reading reviews just now, i had to call the next day because i realized i wasnt made aware of gate hours. (Which is a very tight window for those who work in my opinion). On the plus side, it is a very clean place, no signs of unwanted insects or anything. Had i received all of the important info at the time of purchace, my only complaint would be gate hours!I Edit to add..I was told within the first 30 days you get to use one of there trucks (just pay milage) i called yesterday to get it and i was turned away because you have to get check it out before 10. So be aware of you ars checking it out DO UT BEFORE 10AM!

BE WARNED: Nobody should be denied access to the property because management hates you and treats you like a thief especially if your monthly dues are current. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FACILITY IN SAN BERNARDINO!

They went from 6 am to 7 am on weekdays, 8 am weekends. The staff is nice though and the place is clean.

Been storing here and havent had any issues. Great place nearby.

Poor management skills all across the property. They changed the property access times to meet there needs not the tenants which isn’t fair if someone has an ever-changing work schedule like myself.
