Although the office was in the process of remodeling, the manager on site was still so very nice and focused on me and my husband. She has a positive attitude and she gave me a lot of information on the parking space i’m looking into and about the property. I really found this property nice, clean, and the manager is great! The manager on site was very nice and helpful, Luisa didn’t have any storage units available on her property but she did look into other properties and was able to find me one somewhere else and i went. I found her very nice and informative!

Very hard to get a live person on the phone. Manager never on site. If you have a question about this storage, good luck finding someone to answer it.

I found Kim to be efficient, friendly and informative. The facility is very clean and inviting. Overall, a very positive experience.

Well what makes I Storage a great place for your storage needs is the reasonable prices for whatever you want to store there. But what makes the facility special is the on-site manager Kim Shalack, she is very personable and keeps the facility clean and tries to make it a place you feel will be safe and secure for your precious things, I would hope I Storage would keep up with any security issues that may arise being these type of facilities are under constant attack as this county in general has a huge homeless problem which makes for a difficult situation for all of these type of facilities. You can never have enough security in these times. 4k license plate cams at the gate near ground level would be helpful as a great tool for local law enforcement. I Storage.. Stored travel trailer here for four years so far. Easy access and like that the trailer is covered!

Great Value!!! Clean and well kept facilities. Renting the storage was quick and hassle free. Kim was very helpful and very accommodating on Move-in day. Thanks again for your help Kim.

!!!WARNING!!! If you store your vehicle, trailer or RV at this iStorage lot, you are at high risk for your property being stolen or damaged. On 3/5/2020, a Uhaul truck entered the lot by following another vehicle thru the gate. They backed up to our white 24 box trailer that was parked in its spot, broke or drilled out the hitch lock, and towed the whole trailer away at 6:47am. Staff did not contact us until 2:30pm. The trailer had equipment, personal effects and medical devices from my late mother-in-law. A police report was made, HOWEVER I was informed by the staff at iStorage that break ins have been happening for months, and that ANOTHER trailer was stolen on Feb 26 or 27 from the lot. People are not aware of this. If you see a trailer matching this description please call police. Stay away or GET OUT.

Excellent customer service and the facility is very clean which is much appreciated. Plenty of room for backing in trailers.

This is the second year in a row I have stored my boat here. Great service and a clean safe location. Kim is great to work with. She makes a big difference in my choosing this storage place. I expect to come back every year.

Beware my toy box was broken into and Burglarized make sure everything is insured if you decide to store here

Beware as there are many RV’s getting broken into!! We have had our stuff stolen and we found out, the electric fence was not operating so the security of this place was jeopardized however; we were never told and it’s one of the reasons we felt comfortable storing our RV here. We no longer store our RV here due to the amount of crime.

Ive been with iStorage for about 4 months now and Kim is SO very helpful and friendly!! Best customer service by far. I got a little mixed up on my way to the location due to my GPS and she still helped me out after office hours!!Another lady named Diane tried tohelped me out on Kims off day; she was nice but not as nearly as knowledgeable as Mrs. Kim

The personnel here at the storage are very professional and Nice and the best thing besides the prices They also have PO boxes Available and thats a blessing for me Because I know my mail in my packages are gonna be there without doubt I did a good decision Im moving to these stories yard very secure clean and everybody here is very nice respectful

Exceptionally helpful over the phone getting setup with storage late in the day, fifteen minutes before closing. Thats impressive, that should tell you something about this place before even calling. Everything was perfectly smooth at load-in and the facility has great access and wide lanes.

Kim is an excellent property manager. Shes friendly, helpful, and is great at assisting me with any need that I may have.

Very nice place, friendly ppl, all the amenities required for RVs. Totally happy with my experience so far. Maybe they could run the ice machine more, its been hot lately. Super happy to have found this place.

I have stored my camper and a trailer for several years now at the San Bernardino facility and now needed a space for my motorhome and they were able to accommodate me with a second space backing up to my old space. Very happy about that. One thing that does disappoint me though is that iStorage has discontinued the senior discount. Thats why I am only giving them four stars.

Absolutely GREAT experience over the phone with Kendra! We needed a moving truck and it was short notice, she promised to make it happen and she came through! No way is this place safe for your Rv. I have been broke into 2 times now the latest was 11/23/19 and as well as 8 others which could be more once owners get to their rigs. From what I am now hearing this happens quite frequently and the management refuses to notify tenants of the regular occurrence. The 24 hr video monitoring is completely inadequate which does not even cover the fence perimeter which is the normal avenue which the thieves cut the fence and have open access to as many rigs to steal from. I have as well as many others have lost thousands of dollars at this location and feel people need to know the truth. All management does is say sorry call your insurance company and do not take the responsibility for deterring the crime and protecting their unaware tenants. You have been warned. I figured the generic response from Istorage to my review, first I would love to know how much communication you have actually had with the police department to fix your inadequate security system, that being said, it’s your responsibility not theirs....second you do not have a adequate reporting system from the alarm monitoring system and also how much video have you actually given to the proper authorities for any investigation......I’m guessing none. After speaking with your district manager, it left me wondering if you even care about the many losses your tenants have occurred. You have so many break in’s I feel your immune to the pain your facility has caused us.

Kim is all ways so helpful ! I have had storage units in many states and Kim has been great and friendly ! Also the place is kept in top shape no issues in the 4 years Ive been there.

No place better than iStorage San Bernardino. They have made many changes over the year to insure the safety of my RV. The staff(Kim and Diana) are very friendly and keep the grounds clean. They uphold company policy but will go to bat for us renters when needed. I highly iStorage of San Bernardino.

Management is very friendly and congenial.The facility is large and well kept.Look forward to making this facility in San Bernardino my RVs, home away from home.

Kim Schalk is a very kind person, she keeps i storage nice and clean,great customer service , i would recommend renting a storage here anytime because of Kim . Going on outside I like keeping my truck here, because Kim monitor his activity at all time and I feel safe keeping my vehicles here.

Very secure facility. Staff is always very helpful. I would recommend this to a friend.

This is NOT a secure place for your motorhome as they say. Our motorhome was burglarized and a number of items taken TV, radio, all the food etc etc, plus broke wondows. They have had breakins to their park in the past, supposedly upgraded cameras, that should have been a red flag for us to move. They take no responsibility but are suppose to provide a safe secure place. NOT!!! All they do is up the rent!!!

I went by to see the price on a U-haul truck rental and Kendra was very nice and helpful. If I ever need storage or come across someone that does I will definitely send them directly to Kendra.

Staff was helpful with taking care of an issue on my motorhome on the lot when I was located at a distant city.

I went to Istorage this morning to do some price checking and the facility was very nice and well kept. The security system is awesome...and Kendra gave us outstanding customer service so there was no need for me to look any further. The rental was quick and easy. Thank you istorage.

Great place to do business!

This place constantly gets broken into and they do not let their renters know of their security issues. I talked to the fence company and they said they have been out to fix the fence, where the burglars have broken in six or seven times. Once just last month. They have cameras that are out of service or blocked by high profile vehicles. Many small businesses use this location and have had some or all of their property stolen. The storage facility will not take any liability for what is happening.

Its easy to maneuver the rv around parking is a little tight they also have a dumping station.

I was looking for a storage and Kendra was a very big help. She had great customer service and was very professional and helpful
