Mike helped me get a unit quick and easy. He was even able to save me some money. The unit I got could use a little tlc but I wasnt looking for a nice climate controlled unit anyway, just somewhere to store my things. The facility seems secure and I had no problems upon move in.

Since I am a older women Mike was very patient with me. When I noticed a problem trying to get into the unit he was right there helping .

So far our experience has been fantastic. We had some problems with access of our own making but staff stepped in and saved us from ourselves. Very grateful, would highly recommend due to great service.

Bait and switch offer and no statement billing with late fee threats if i dont comply,,I think this company is a russian hacking organization -they are that rude and un appreciative of your business once you sign up,,,,stay away or you will regret it

My girlfriend and I needed a place to store our things quickly so we went looking here first since it was a good location for us. We were helped by Michael and he along with the other workers had us set up with a storage unit with a more secure lock within 30 minutes and we were able to put things in immediately.

The property manager was very kind and the move in process was very fast and efficient. This facility is very well kept. It has many high quality surveillance cameras.

Sloppy service, geez it can’t be that difficult!My husband rented a space, they asked him if we were going to move our belongings today, yes we were. They said we’ll take the lock off of you unit, ok.Then they handed him a card with our unit info. The card had the wrong information/number for the first lock, find someone to give us the correct number, we wait.... We get into the hallway where our unit is.... the lock that they were going to remove, nope, it hasn’t been removed. We try and find someone, they’re out to lunch. We wait, again... Mind you we have to return the truck and have an appointment. One mistake, ok that happens, but..

I had this storage for less than 3 weeks and all my stuff was stolen. I was storing toys and bikes for a Christmas Toy Drive as well as nerf guns for my grandsons birthday party. My husband had his winter clothes and some clothes he couldnt fit in the storage.I went to access the unit and they had cut my lock off and replaced it with their own lock. I WAS LOCKED OUT MY OWN UNIT BY THE THIEVES!I walk in the office and they have my insurance policy on the counter. .. they were gonna call me about the insurance policy?? INSIDE JOB?? Blake, the office manager was unapologetic and ALL those cameras.... they cant seem to find anything on camera?DO NOT DO BUSINESS. STAY AWAY

At first i loved it because i got a fantastic deal, great price. But then they kept raising their prices by 10$, and i eventually had to find somewhere else to store my stuff. Also the units are definitely not sealed because there was mouse poop all over everything. Other than those two issues our stuff was safe and our unit didn’t get broken into so there’s a lot of plus.

The lady behind the counter was cool, calm, and nice. It was an easy set up with no hassle at all. They gave me the best and cheapest deal in the area.

Again, the staff is straight forward and helped me out quickly. With a very busy life I a appreciate that a lot.

Management always on break. So if you trying to pay cash call in first or youll be sitting in your car for half an hour. And dont bother knocking on the door shell just stare at you. The only people giving this place good reviews is their families

Its a storage unit. Prices are reasonable. They dont raise prices for long term rental but when you leave it dont leave anything in the isles. Find a dumpster. Theyll charge you for leaving anything behind.

Nicole is the best onsite. Continues to provide the best customer service. Was referred here by the redlands storage manager. Great rates! Close access to fwy. And secure storage in a nice industrial area. Have been a customer for 3 months now. Ask only for Nicole!

Dirty facility, Dust and dirt on all of my stuff. Parking lot is coming apart and the asphalt dust blows in through the top and the cracked dried up door seals. Expensive and people are rude.
