Sloppy service, geez it can’t be that difficult!My husband rented a space, they asked him if we were going to move our belongings today, yes we were. They said we’ll take the lock off of you unit, ok.Then they handed him a card with our unit info. The card had the wrong information/number for the first lock, find someone to give us the correct number, we wait.... We get into the hallway where our unit is.... the lock that they were going to remove, nope, it hasn’t been removed. We try and find someone, they’re out to lunch. We wait, again... Mind you we have to return the truck and have an appointment. One mistake, ok that happens, but..
