Clean and nice facility.. been storing for years and never had an issue.

Classy lady runs the place or least she solved all my problems. The lady was excellent at her job.Never had any issues and its safe and clean.Which usually cant be said in San Bernadino.When I get my business running I would like her be part of the company.

Who would have ever thought that a visit to a storage facility would brighten up my day so much? The wonderful young lady working there was extremely friendly and very helpful. Prices are very reasonable and I’m loving the upkeep at this location.

I am just going to start by saying, this is honestly the worst storage Ive been at, not because of the people or the location but just of how unsafe it is, my unit has been broken into and half of my things have been stolen, I believe also the lack of security cameras or a security guard isnt really a good thing. Also the lack of response of the phones isnt helping, Ive tried contacting the office but never really get a response, also just a few days after my unit has been stolen I get notified that theyre raising my bill, I still havent been updated about my stolen items, and Im pretty sure theyre long gone. Very disappointed I still havent gotten an update from their insurance company, I know its just another claim but its half of my life items that were stolen. Also to me it is a bit suspicious how my unit was the only one stolen, and the others were store furniture units.

I highly recommend this storage facility. It is very clean and well maintained including the restrooms. Office staff is very helpful. Very good prizes cheapest in town !!!!

I recently added a second unit. Have not been here in a while facility looks very different. New paint job looks good. Facility really clean. Office staff is nice. Prices are affordable.

People actually hot wired the gate at 5 in the morning on a Saturday, no alarms were triggered and no police called. Didn’t receive a call till the following Monday at 10 am after 2 full days. They stole thousands in personal belongings from my unit that was singled out for some strange reason. Have proof and will edit post soon

Poor management. Answered the phone as though I was bothering her. Trash in hallway as she was showing different units. Prices online were not the same when I went in to secure the unit.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of Storage Etc. I needed to store some extra stuff from the house. I was able to book a storage unit online and get the size I needed. Shortly after, I was able to meet with Gerardo who gave me a tour and went over everything. Very happy I went to Storage Etc.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very hard to get a hold of someone after office hours even though someone stays on site. I couldnt use the elevator after office hours which made it difficult for me to carry heavy boxes up the stairs. Plus took longer than I had wanted. Decent prices.

I decided to give this place a 5 star because it exceeded my expectations. I had a very friendly encounter with the Manager in the office. My rental was super smooth. I was just able to describe what I needed to store and she knew right away what size I needed. She had a very positive attitude. Another great thing I liked is the cleanliness of this place. It is very well maintained and there really isn’t a lot of people going in and out. It’s very quiet as well as the neighborhood around it. I am planning on being a long term customer.

Great facility to store in. They have friendly staff that work in the office and maintain the place super clean. It’s located in a very quiet residential area and it’s always peaceful. They are also very reasonable with their prices. I am very glad I found this place. I will be renting here for years to come.

Our company has been looking for storage all around Redlands and San Bernardino. Out of all the ones we visited this is one is by far the most secure and clean facility. Restroom is clean and the units are very affordable. Cristal was nice and gave us a tour for downstairs and upstairs access.

I really like this place as a whole. It is very well taken care of and the staff here are extremely friendly and hardworking. If you’re are shopping around I would recommend giving them a call or stoping by as their prices are very competitive with others around the area. They had the best deal in town. I feel very comfortable storing my stuff here. It looks very safe with all the cameras around the property and it is very well lit at night too. It is convenient for me because of the access hours and the location is perfect. Not far at all to my home.

I have good experience with this storage facility, i used an RV space for my Thor and have no problem whatsoever. i highly recommend this if you need to store a highly valuable item. Joseph is very helpful and accommodating. I will come back again if I need to store something. Very reasonable price also and security is outstanding.

This is an excellent storage facility. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are always well cleaned. There are motion lights inside all of the storage buildings, which I thought was super cool. There was a powered lift in my storage building that was incredibly useful for moving heavy objects. I highly recommend this storage facility over any others Ive used. Great place!!

I rarely write reviews but I feel like this one really deserved it. I was just really in a rush trying to find a storage place. I am very content with the place itself and the price for the size that I got. I feel like I got a great deal here. Plus the girl in the office, Natali, was so friendly and professional she made everything so easy from the start.

#1 Storage Facility, Awesome Customer Service. Spacious Units always have wat You need n if not they do have a waiting list. So, if you have no more room for your home Goodies come Rent a Unit. At reasonable prices. Especially with THEIR Move-in SPECIAL!

Never had any problems or concerns with storing my things there. I liked the security of it all. You have to have an access code for the gate and the units are alarmed.

Ive rented from them for almost 1 year now and its been nothing but a pleasant experience. The staff is all very nice, the facility is very clean and orderly, and the price is surprisingly the lowest to others nearby.

Me and my wife stored here and were very pleased with the service and cleanliness of the facility! The staff was very attentive and professional and answered all our questions right up front. The prices were also very low compared to other competitors. We will definitely be storing here again!!

Needed storage in an emergency & Ive had a bad experience with storages in the past. Joseph Rojas, property manager, was very welcoming and put all my worries to rest. He takes the time to explain everything &show different storage options. The property is very clean, if I didnt live in the area I would think its a new place. Security cameras everywhere so I was never worried. Thanks for the help during such a tough time for me and my family.

The manager is rude and unprofessional. The contract gives him the right to change the lease agreement at his discretion with no notice or reason. He is a power freak that changes the access hours at his convience and your inconvience. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE!
