Ryan at the office is awesome. I have had a storage unit here for approximately 5 years and although the prices are a little high the customer service is all ways on point. As long as you keep communication going with the people in the office they will all most always accommodate you if it within their power. I have never worried about the safety of my belongings there and in San Bernardino that piece of mind is huge. Again Ryan is an amazing manager and I thank him for all his help through the years.

Place is very clean and they offer great specials for new customers only. BUT BEWARE PRICES RAISE LIKE CRAZY WHILE STAYING HERE AND THEY RAISE FREQUENTLY. they should offer their more “loyal renter’s” specials but don’t. other then the ridiculous prices everything else is okay.

Ive used them in the past a few years ago. They were great then. Now not so much. I was charged extra fees once I checked in and the girl at the desk was a bit snooty. Made a deal about my middle initial wasnt in the online contact. I dont know what the big deal was about that but apparently its a big deal.

Clean but everything is metal and so its very hot inside the units. And it closes so early and the hours you can get inside to your unit are very strick.

Friendly office staff, complex is clean and appears safe and secure.

Called in the morning of the day that I moved in. Was helped by a kind customer service representative, unfortunately forgot her name, however she was very patient and helpful with any questions I had. The price on the website was a little lower than what I pay monthly, but I was apologized to and was informed of what the new price was by the site manager, Ryan. Which definitely made up for what wouldve caused another person to be upset with. A genuine apology takes you a long way. Absolutely great customer service. When I returned back the next day to put in my belongings, he remembered who I was and waved as I entered. In my eyes, that is quality customer service. So glad this storage unit is so close by and has a facility that I feel comfortable and safe leaving my belongings at.Would highly recommend this site for any storage needs that you may have.

Very clean and well-managed, use their website to reserve a unit and things went as expected. Lots of cameras and easy access. I would recommend this place.

Very good but my storage locker is right in front of the keypad to get out and theres no place for me to park because its at the end to unload

Poor customer service. On 03/31/20, I called because I was interested in renting out a storage unit. I was quoted a certain rate by a gentleman named Ryan. However, he advised me to wait until the next day. Supposedly it was better to rent out the unit on the first of the month. (Of course, now it makes sense they just wanted to charge me a higher rate) I called back the next day (04/01/20) and spoke to Dulce. Apparently It was Ryan’s day off. Dulce was unhelpful and a bit rude. Dulce did not honored me the rate I was quoted by Ryan. I am very disappointed in the service I received.

Been there 2 very expensive years...Has rats, over-priced, no dumpster, limited hours, & poor customer service by an employee name Dulce. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is our 2nd time using this facility for our storage and they have Great customer service. Clean facility. Only things we dont like is the closing time at 6:45pm. Would be nice to have a later time when we need to go in since we get off work late.

I initially, I chose this facility because of its location. It is clean, well-lit, reasonably priced, and staffed, not by robots, but with real human beings. I was greeted (not just acknowledged), and everything was explained clearly. I will definitely recommend this Universal Self Storage to my friends & associates.

Horrible managment, they lock you out after 5 days late.. wont make arrangements or work with you . Manager is the worst, pawns off the customer to some lady named Jacky that doesnt return phonecalls. Way over priced for small unit. I moved my things to a different storage company to not deal with them ever again

Worst place ever. Just paid over $700 and they never removed the lock they put. So now I lose a days pay from work to return on Monday. Unbelievable . With no help cause my family works on Monday

My tvs was stolen out my stroges management did nothing about it and the staff is very rude do not go there....

ALL OF MY STUFF WAS STOLEN. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
