American Auto Brokers is by far the best. They have never let me down. From the day I walked in to purchase a truck to getting my truck serviced. So good over all that I have bought a second truck for my son.

Although I had a bit of a hard time finding this place, once I did and got all checked in, I had a great experience. The waiting area was extremely pleasant, the service was performed exactly on time and I found Cherie to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions about my vehicle. Ive never owned a Porsche so I was a little confused about the maintenance schedule. I was very pleased with my experience and will continue to use AAB Service from now on for my vehicle needs.

Service was terrible. I had to take my car back several times (like more then 5) for them to repair stuck lifters. I do not recommend this place.

Overall it was a good experience we took it in for our routine oil change and filter change. Sherry was very responsive and the team was professional and overall they did a great job on repairs. The technicians did go over by an hour but the lobby was clean we had coffee and snacks and watched our morning news so I went by fast. I strongly recommend their services to anyone that wants value and professionalism. Just call Sherry.

The customer service from the lady at the front desk is ridiculous she only replied by text and that’s if she feels like it she never kept us informed by phone she never answered the phone then they didn’t even do my repair after all because they didn’t have everything lined up correctly , they seriously need to work on things there in their office.

I have several autos and a good, much less Great Shop can be hard to find. I seem to keep hopping from one to another, thinking I have found IT. My first impression here is GREAT. They did what they said they were going to do, charged a fair price, and threw in a few Value Adds which was very nice as well.

I removed the passenger seat and installed a seat swivel in my 2020 Mercedes Sprinter. After I completed the installation, the instrument panel said “Front Right Malfunction Consult Workshop.” I did not realize that I should have disconnected the battery before unplugging the seat. Leaving the battery connected and unplugging the seat sensor triggered an error in the SRS (supplemental restraint system) indicating a problem with the passenger seat airbag sensor. The only way to clear the error is with a diagnostic machine.The people at AAB were super nice and cleared the error in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend them!

I waited an hour and a half and wasn’t asked if I wanted synthetic oil so paying $67 for a long oil change (after i had already made an appointment) kind of sucked... im new to my vehicle but now I know when I’ll need my next oil change and I probably will just go to a jiffy lube next time.Customer service is always great but I didn’t care to wait that long and pay that much...

AAB Service again did an outstanding job with my Cadillac ATS, they found the problem and fixed it, quickly and at the quoted fee. Also the work is guaranteed for 2 years/24,000 miles. Everyone that I dealt with is courteous and professional. Thanks again for another job well done!

Being from out of town, I was weary of using any mechanic shop but AAB really did a great job. Replaced my drive shaft for less than half the cost I was quoted at other places. If I have car trouble again, I will go straight back there.

I initially called my the dealership to get a quote for the Mercedes service B and after they quoted me an outrageous price, so I called AAB. They had a fair price and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable that they knew how to work on a Mercedes and the job would be done right. Everything went well and they even got me a ride back to my house so I didn’t have to wait there (though the inside is very nice and stocked with snacks and drinks if need be). I will definitely be bringing my car here for future service.

Brought in my Land Rover LR2 to have a radiator replaced. Sheri is amazing and the quality of work is phenomenal! So I showed up at 8am and by noon my baby had a brand new radiator installed and my LR2 was running like a champ. Less than the other shop I used to take my BMV. The mechanic showed me a feature I didnt know my vehicle had. I am now a convert. I will take my BMV to AAB for all future services.

Charged my card three different times with three different amounts before they charged the correct amount. Left grease/oil on the hood, fender and steering wheel. AND there’s a tic in the fan. Will NEVER take my vehicle here again.

Was satisfied with making the appointment and dropping the car off, even though the car was kept an extra day but luckily it wasn’t a big deal for me.. When I opened the hood i saw that the plastic cover on the engine was broken with a missing piece and a missing screw along looking at the side there was another screw missing on the engine, maybe its not a big deal but im sure the manufacturers put them there for a reason

Outstanding work and very fast. In and out without any problems. They reported a issue with my valve covers leaking oil. Right way, I asked them to go a head and replace the gaskets while it was there. We have been using Cherie and Brad for their mechanic services for 8 years. We followed them to AAB services. They work on all our cars which is now 6! One thing Im most grateful for is when they work on my sons cars and if it needs multiple things she will prioritize it for them if theyre on a limited budget and let them know this right now, this can wait but needs to be done. Sometimes you need to be patient with time but its worth it to me for peace of mind and honesty.
