My wife and I ordered a Uhaul Truck and Auto Transport trailer for my Hummer. I arrived with my loaded Uhaul truck to pickup my auto transport that we were going to the west coast one way. When I arrived, they added the auto transport and hooked it up. They wanted to charge me extra to hook my hummer and strap it but they waived it. Thanks! They said my tires were oversized and they didnt have strap extensions. They tried to tell me they had to refund me my money and take the trailer back. That was unacceptable, as I was leaving one way and needed my vehicle. I called Uhaul customer service and asked them about the straps and they said every Uhaul Dealer was to have extension straps available for rentals (Uhaul corporate stated customer is responsible for liability at that point). They just wanted to dismiss me and wipe their hands clean. If Uhaul corporate did not talk to the Santin Admin Assistant she would have tried to take the trailer and leave my vehicle stranded.No need to contact anyone there, Id recommend you strive to pickup your uhaul at a Uhaul store and not a private dealer.

Buyer beware!!!!!!! I went it to get my moving truck serviced and the guy at the desk told me they only service commercial vehicles. I told him my truck is and he said I don’t look like a business owner and I probably couldn’t afford the service all because I wanted to use my truck extended warranty. This is not ok. Just because I’m a person of color I can’t own a business? I run a successful moving company and I also work the job. I don’t go around trying to look pretty I get my hands dirty just like my employees and because of that I go to this place and get treat like scum.

TERRIBLE!!!! DNT DO IT!!!! DONT TAKE YOUR TRUCK THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!! THEY CHARGED ME $1,100 TO FIX MY TRUCK AND NEVER FIXED IT. KEPT TRYING TO CHARGE MORE AFTER OVER CHARGING ME. THEY SAID IT WAS DIESEL EXHAUST FLUID IN MY TANK AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT I NEVER PUT THAT IN MY TRUCK AND IM THE ONLY ONE DRIVES IT. STRIGHTUP RIPP OFF!!!!!!!!! I HAD TO GET MY TRUCK TOWED FROM THERE! THEY DIDNT FIX IT AND I HAD TO PAY FOR TOWING .OUT OF ALL THAT MONEY AND TRUCK STILL NOT FIXED... SOMEBODY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT SHOPS LIKE THIS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.... DNT GO THERE!!! IM WARNING YOU!!!

Good service

They will be moving again, and will be helping out on the RV Service side. I took my class C in their a couple of months back so we could take a month trip. Multitude of problems, and it ended up expensive. Go figure F-450. However the customer service was excellent and the workmanship was Grade A.Nice to have a closer resource for RV basics like a lube and oil without a week or two wait.

First of all, theyve moved, so this isnt the correct address, but I knew in advance so no big deal. Their address is: 11307 Perrin Beitel Rd, SA TX 78217, in the Uptown area of SA. I was in SA with a unique work truck that was having odd electrical & backfiring issues. Esteban (the owner) arranged with my company for me to bring the truck in on a Friday afternoon so they could diagnose and repair as much as possible in a very short timeframe (I needed the truck by end of day Saturday). The shop worked after hours on a Friday evening and beyond their Saturday hours to repair both issues. I cant speak about the price, since this was billed to my company. But I can say that Esteban and his team were friendly, professional, timely, thorough and explained everything to both me and my transportation manager. I recommend them.
