DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Had them replace a cracked radiator fan on my 2014 Jetta. When I picked up the car it had a temperature light on and was running really hard, these problems did not exist beforehand. I gave the car back to them to fix these issues. After three days I received a call saying they would need to hold onto the vehicle to run more tests. Five days later I called the shop multiple times with no answer. I went to the shop and saw a sign in the window saying to call a number if they had your car. My car was nowhere to be found. I called the number and the stores owner Anthony answered the phone. He said he was robbed three or four maybe five times wasn’t really sure and one of them might have been an armed robbery. He was mumbling and struggled with completing his sentences. He said he needed the car for one more day to try and fix the issues. The next day Anthony did not answer the phone. I went to the shop and when I arrived there was a women exiting my car with a bag of groceries. I asked what she was doing with my car and she said she was cleaning it. The car was filthy. I was missing a Wethertech floor mat from the front passenger side and the front of the car had been wrecked. The interior of the car smelled like smoke. A fork and a package of sliced ham was left in the car. When I turned the car on the women’s phone connected to the Bluetooth. Anthony was so whacked out of his mind he had no explanation to the damages and why they had the vehicle for over a week. Anthony stuck to his story that the women only had my car to clean it out. There is caked on mud around the wheel wells on the car. Anthony gave us the name of his insurance and a incident number for the alleged robbery or armed robbery.

I dont like being that customer I usually take my lumps and move on. But this is outrageous. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning. I called at the end of the day to see if they had a chance to look at it. They said they didnt have the chance that day. Which is understandable probably busy. They said they would have it looked at tomorrow morning. Ok cool. Didnt hear from them all day. So I called again. They still didnt get a chance to look at. Mind I have to commute to the springs for work so now my livihood is on the line. My job is understanding until a certain point. Now Im looking unreliable. So its Thursday I still heard nothing! So I call again. They said someone looked at They went to go get them, but they hung up or the line disconnected. I called again no one to pick up the phone. So now its Friday. I call in the morning to see what needs to be done and I guess they are having some internal issues. I dropped my car off on Tuesday at 830 in the morning, it is now Friday 1:08 PM and I still have not gotten a diagnosis, description or the price of the problem!!! And they are closed on the weekends so Im just sol. My review may change depending on the outcome.

So we used to be religious customers until from what it seemed, they got too comfortable with our business, started putting our vehicle on the back burner since often we would be understanding of their high demand for services. Almost trippled the estimate for cosmetic repairs and in one occasion for an oil change didnt replace the oil that was removed and claimed the job had been done...I have experience from a few friends but wont go into that. Just be cautious, and look over everything before leaving should you continue with their business..

Took my dads Escalade to get a front suspension done charge me 1600 take over a month to get the vehicle back as we got it back the back tail light was broken we called it and they said they were going to reorder and one as my dad was cleaning out the car he found two empty bottles of liquor in there which my dad dont drink so now these men are drinking on the job broke my dads tail light had to take the truck back 2 weeks later with the same sound Palace to bring it in that the guy working on it Anthony was no longer working there so and you started working there told him about the taillight said he was going to order it for us still have not received it charging us $900 because he said hes new to the company so of course my Dad paid it cuz he needs it struck still no tail light loud noise in air conditioner as we turn it on I do not recommend taking your vehicle at this place very poor job done horrible service still to this day was trying to call to get in contact with somebody trying to get my tail light for my dad nobody now answers us

The owner Anthony ripped us off for $3500.00 for an engine repair. Didnt return any of our phone calls. He closed up his shop abandoning my wifes car which ended up getting stolen. There is a special place in Hell for people like Anthony.

Decent but to be honest I probably won’t be choosing them in the future. The lady at the front desk is always nice and seems knowledgeable, but I feel like they tend to overcharge and/or recommend things that aren’t really necessary. Which I understand, you want to upsell and make more money. I’m not upset and none of these things are terrible or unexpected, but I definitely wasn’t overly confident in the fact that they’re honest and trustworthy. Went in for an oil change and for an A/C issue, and if I had taken their recommendations and let them upsell me, I would have paid $700+ which seemed like a crazy number to me. My family member had about the same experience and thoughts as me when they went to Blazin Blue. They did fix the problems, but charged us both a nice chunk of change just to simply look for/figure out what the issue is. So at that point, you’re more likely to follow through and pay them for whatever they claim is wrong with your car (no matter how expensive), because you’re already stuck paying them the fee for finding the issue. So if you decide to say no and take it to someone else, you’re kind of wasting the $100 you’ve already paid them to figure it out. I have no way of knowing whether or not what they found was actually true since I know nothing about cars, so I won’t accuse them of anything, but I can’t say I was very confident that they were truthful. Overall, not bad but not overly impressive and i’ll probably go elsewhere although they’re closest to my house.

I have been disrespected, ignored and otherwise dismissed by everyone I talked to at this place, after hundreds of dollars, my problem still exists and I cant even receive the courtesy of a call back to discuss moving forward.

What a rip off!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! we took my daughters Chevy Sonic for a air intake valve repair. the first weekend after the repair she tried to drive to the Springs. Her car had oil spewing out everywhere, and the oil light came on causing her to pull over. Blazin Blue pleaded with us to send the car back to them so they could make it right. They blamed it on a faulty gasket. The car then had an additional oil leak 6 weeks later, we took it to our mechanic that we trusted, the gasket was leaking again!!! We then paid out mechanic to have the job done again for the third time!!! This was not a faulty gasket, this was mechanics that did not do the job right the first or second time. We will have her car towed to Colorado Springs for any work needed in the future, you cant even trust the work to be done correctly, or safely at this place for our college student.

Charged $100 to tell me I needed a tune up for $1700. Then I took my vehicle to another mechanic where I paid $600 for the tune up. Do not go here.

The customer service was top-notch from the mechanics to the receptionist !! Never had a auto shop be so honest and not just try to take my money !!! would definitely recommend and will definitely be back in the future!!

WARNING!!! I brought in my T100 because of a misfire or possible pinging to be diagnosed, they informed me my cylinder six had 45 pounds of compression. They quoted me six grand for a junk swap or ten for a jdm. I then had checked compression with a friend and it came back to 150 all around and a tear down has shown no signs of needing a rebuild this far. I am extremely upset and feel that they tried to take advantage of me, if I woulda had the money and wanted to do a swap they would have stolen over six grand from me...needless to say I will no longer be a customer, I WILL be filing a complaint, and possibly even bringing you to small claims court to get my hundred bucks back! CROOKS, do not associate with this business!

Overall, fairly satisfied with my experience. Had several issues with the vehicle I brought in (2001 Pontiac Aztek). The invoice was fair for the amount of work involved. The turnaround was FAST.I have one gripe about the experience, having to do with the necessity to remove the radiator to access part of the engine bay. The coolant had to be drained and filled because of this, but was not done to my satisfaction for two reasons. The vehicle is a GM product, requiring DexCool (orange), where the technician used a green coolant. It is likely compatible and wont cause mechanical issue, but the mixing of colors causes it to turn brown, which is of concern because it can mimic appearance of contamination. The second reason is that my specific engine has known issues with air pockets collecting in the coolant system after a drain/fill, requiring use of the bleeder screws. It was obvious this was not addressed as I took the vehicle across country after servicing and had to fill the overflow tank to the correct level and purge air from the system over the course of several stops. I was towing a trailer and ran the risk of overheating because of this issue. Very disappointing for something that should not have been overlooked. Since the shop was the one to drain/fill, I feel it is their responsibility to have it properly pressurized with no air.Regardless, leaving a 4 star rating because they were very professional (Kelsey was friendly), and other than the cooling system problem, the overwhelming majority of the work performed appears to have been done properly.

Really great experience here!! The employees were so helpful and friendly. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. Bruce, was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. They just renovated the inside of the shop and it looks GREAT! I didnt have any transportation to leave the shop but the waiting room was a perfect place to get work done on my laptop while I was waiting. They ordered my car parts and fixed my car very quickly. If I ever do have to get my car fixed again, I would definitely come back to Blazin Blue Automotive.

After calling around to a few other places I ended up bringing my car here and could not be happier with the choice I made. Everyone was extremely nice and professional from my first phone call all the way through the end of my repairs. I brought it in and waited while it was diagnosed, they have a lovely waiting area that is very nice and clean. Once they figured out what the issue with my car was they offered me a ride home in their shuttle because they needed to order a part and it was going to take the rest of the day for repairs. They updated me throughout the process and let me know when they received the part and when my car was done they even offered me a ride to pick it up but my husband was home and able to take me down. The work they did was excellent my car runs and drives great. We even ended up taking my husbands truck in a few days later for some routine maintenance and they did a great job with that as well. I am glad I found such a professional shop that I can trust.

He took our appointment. Bruce received us when we took the Jeep in for service. Yet ANOTHER old-school professional. We were afforded a ride home during the diagnosis, which took about an hour. A 5-page, highly detailed print-out of our estimate was the result...again attention to detail. Would I recommend this business to anyone? YES, YES, YES!

Great shop! We will continue to take our vehicles here. They do great work and have great customer service and communication. If I could give 5 stars plus, I would. I had a problem with a rattle in the back of our minivan, they were honest explaining they accidentally ordered wrong part and realized this when it came in. Without any request from me, they had correct part overnighted at their cost and did not charge me for parts due to their error. They are very fair on their pricing for labor. We go here for basic oil changes and they have also replaced a diesel engine in an older truck. All well done with good communication. Highly recommend this shop!

I was referred to Blazin Blue Auto from a friend at work, I went in for a simple oil change the guy working the desk (I believe his name is Tony) was very professional, he was very busy with customers but was very detailed with providing information to customers, he was also showing customers their old parts and explaining why the repairs needed to be made and showing them the faulty parts. He asked me if I wanted a free safety inspection, after the oil change he recommend replacing the timing belt and water pump he explained to me the importance of the repair (in which I wasnt aware of) I okd the repairs and was offered a ride home in their shuttle van. towards the end of the day they called to tell me my car was ready and offered to pick me back up, I was out to dinner with my mom so I didnt need a ride. When arriving Tony showed me the parts that were replaced, he also showed me cracks in my timing belt. I was over due with the maintenance by over 100,000 miles. Im glad I found this shop its close to my house and I really trust these guys. The shop was extremely clean and the customers lounge was the nicest I have ever seen. Blazin Blue hooks you up and tells you whats up well the work is being done. Too me it was kind of they are just trying to see how much am willing to spend on labor to get the job done. In the end the job got done in a good time and did right. Plus did not spend as much money as i thought. In all good job blazin blue spend my money in the hood than some were else.

Took my car to have an issue evaluated. After I was told that they took out the in cabin filter first before they did anything else..........first RED FLAG.......The car hasnt had an in cabin filter in it for about a year. Other things that I was verbally told were not even listed as things check on the invoice for the $55.00 charge for their time. I wont be back.

I had a timing belt/water pump replaced on 7/31/2017, and wheel bearings, axle shaft assembly, idler pulley and belts replaced on 8/29/2017, both at seemingly very fair prices. Unfortunately, the timing belt had to be re-done on 1/4/2019 after 15,000 miles while timing belts are supposed to last 105,000 miles. And the wheel bearings had to be re-done on 3/5/2018.After working through these issues with Anthony at Blazin’ Blue, we determined both issues probably had to do with the use of faulty after-market replacement parts. To Anthony’s credit, they stood behind their work and paid for most of the cost of the re-dos for both the timing belt and wheel bearings. My only advice to potential customers is to ask Blazin’ Blue whether their repairs will be with after-market or OEM parts. If after market, consider whether the OEM parts might be worth the extra cost.

Bad service, mechanics have no skill or knowledge. Truck came home broken because of these boneheads. I had to take it to another shop and pay again to get it fixed.

I have had some work done here in the past and was pleased with the work other than I thought they were very expensive.The last time they let a vehicle out that was taken in not running they got it running but sent it out running poorly.Should have never left their shop in that condition for the price we were charged.We didnt want to take it back for fear of another $100 diagnostic fee.Too expensive.
