This business has seen my golf four times and kept it three time. They still have not fixed the problem but yet they’ve charged me over $1250. They’ve had it all week now and can’t even call to update me. UPDATE: Approximately 11:37 Norm called and was extremely polite. He claims the motor took an impact somehow so they’re trying to investigate and get me back on the road for as cheap as they can. I can’t think of an impact that hard that could have damaged it except MAYBE once but hopefully we can get on the same page and I can continue to update in a more positive manner!

Very very poor customer service. They have had my sons car for almost three weeks now. They have the parts but have not heard any updates on it. I have driven by the shop several times and the car is just sitting outside. The car was dropped off to them on August 19. They called me on August 20th with the problem. They wanted half of the payment upfront before any repairs would be done which we have paid three fourths of the bill. I have called twice to check on it and just get told we are getting to it. I understand with COVID everyone is short handed but how hard is it to make a phone call to brief your customers. I would highly recommend avoiding this shop if you need your car. Never again

I took my Mini Cooper s to this shop to get the engine fixed and they had found many problems. They fixed it but the next day I came home from work and the camshaft broke. I took it back and they told me they had left some bolts loose. After they fixed it a week later my car overheated because the cooling fan wasn’t plugged. I paid 3,500$ and my car is worse.

I have had all good experiences. I tried taking my vehicles elsewhere because they were A LITTLE cheaper and could get me in right away. I regretted it BIG TIME and have since come back here. I always know the deal upfront and dont get pressured. Totally recommend Pueblo Imports!

I had my appt for 3 weeks my appt comes, I drop my car off. They say they are backed up, but what was the point of my appt then? Can’t even call and update me. So I call frequently to check on it. Today I call to check on my car because it’s been now 2 weeks since they have had my car. They told me they have moved my car a few times to try and diagnose but haven’t heard any news. So I go to check and the line I drew behind my tire a week ago. And guess what? is still there!! What a bunch of liars. I’ve been a service advisor for years and never would I treat my customers so poorly. UPDATE. I went to get my car early 5am 9/17 because I had enough. They stereo in my car is gone they left my car unlocked. Stay away completely worthless. And poorly ran.

Took my car in for a diagnostic to see why it was misfiring on may 10th it’s now July 7th and they still haven’t ran anything on it I call and ask when it will be looked at and Norm says that’s it’s gonna be awhile cause a lot needs to be looked at and right now they have other cars that are running that they are looking at first. So they basically neglected me for and my wheels. I don’t recommend bringing your bmw or foreign car here!

Update 3/20: $2400 worth of repairs I still have a timing cover full of oil, and metal shavings from CV axle replacement after only 7 day after picking up. TIMING COVER WAS PUT BACK ON WITH RTV INSTEAD OF THE FACTORY GASKET. Hopefully no major damage was done by incorrectly performed repairs. Will be finding another mechanic to fix. Please consider all options before Pueblu Imports.

STAY AWAY!These guys are crooks.Took my car in for a rear end diagnosis, three weeks later they charged me for an entire rear end service which was 380$Upon arrival I noticed I had a flat tire, they filled it up didnt apologize and said go to discount tire, youll be ok.I get to discount tire and now my car is overheating, I opened the hood to find new hoses that were never ment to be touched and steam coming from the temp sensor area.All I asked for was a refund and was very rudely denied having said they had nothing to do with it.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.Now Im paying for a tow truck and my car is worse of then it started, what a nightmare.

I had a couple service lights pop up in my 2013 Mini Cooper Coupe S. Took it in on a Wednesday evening and they had it done Thursday evening. Price for the services seems competitive and they drove me to pick up a rental car. I was very impressed with their customer service.

By far one of us the worst Automotive experiences to date. This shop is nothing more then an glorified lower Eastside chop shop. Employing shady backyard unprofessional amateur technicians thats putting it lightly. Not only did they not properly diagnose my BMW but they inflated there estimate to the point of taking to the dealership was less money. So you decide. Oh yeah did I forget to mention that there service sucks as well. Unprofessional and rude.

Everytime Ive called their pricing is almost double what other places charge. They can claim you get what you pay for, but my car runs just as well as others like it for half the price. I wont call them again.

Took my honda to 3 different shops, 1 being the honda dealership even, none of them could figure out what was wrong with my car. I took it here and on a test drive just after I got there they instantly told me what was wrong and they were right and fixed it fast, great service they really work with you.

They looked over my whole car and emailed me the list of what was wrong about 3.5 weeks later. I had to call 3 times to get the list. I got the required work done for 1/3 of what they were offering to do it for. My goal was to get my car in right away to get a major oil leak fixed but it never happened. I found someone else while I was waiting for the report.

I have used Pueblo Imports twice on two different cars, a VW and a Volvo. Both jobs were done at a high standard and cheaper than the dealer. The folks working there are great to work with. Sometimes the dealer beats their price and I take it to the dealer. But these folks are my go to if the dealer is more expensive. I do price compare but I also dont go to Joe Snuffys Auto and Garbage Disposal Repair, if you get what I mean. Go cheapest, get cheapest.Calling them again to see what their price is compared to the dealer.

I went in with my golf to just have them tell me what was making noise and they told me it would cost $62.50 , 2 hours later they come to me and say it’s the idler pullies and they quoted me almost a thousand dollars and the check up is now 125.50. I ask how is it so much, they tell me parts a very expensive and a lot of labor. I tell them no way first of all I’m not pay double what you told me to just listen to it and then I look up all the parts and like I thought they are not exspenive and the recommended time for the work is 2 hours so they tried to rip me off for over $700 and did it with out even blinking. I worked here for a while. Only reason I left was because my dad needed my help at his shop. Dennis, Norm, all those guys down there are honest, up-front, and very knowledgeable. They will fix it right the first time and stand behind ALL of their work. Top notch place to take your import car in Pueblo as well as a fantastic environment to work in.

Always over priced, sometimes double. I own an import and every time I need work done I call them first to know how much not to pay. Unless you are needing hyper specialized work, call around it will be more reasonable elsewhere.

Awesome place!! My husband is an E-46 fanatic and ran into some issues while coming home from the Front Range. Norman & Dennis are VERY knowledgeable and helpful. They were open to my husbands knowledge of working on his own cars. We needed a new fuel pump and they got us one ASAP!!

Complete and total waste of time. I was up front about what I needed. I got charged $125 for something that my 7 year old could have done, one week I wasted waiting for an appointment. You were not available to discuss anything when I got charged for you not being able to fix my car.

Took our car in to get serviced and than poor service was done as well as poor customer satisfaction. Than when called to have our problem fixed that was caused by them was treated very poor, than hung up on. When a person brings you business you should as a company make sure your customer is 100% satisfied. Bad on business will not put my money into this horrible company.

I have a finicky old Audi A8, which I love, but which is far from a simple car. Pueblo Imports has repeatedly kept me on the road. They have been honest and reliable. One time, I had a scary problem: the accelerator would become stuck when I hit the gas. I asked them to diagnose the problem. Whatever the expense to fix this problem, it would be worth it! After a few days I had a verdict (Your carpet is getting stuck under the pedal.) They fixed my mechanical problem for free. I might add: theyre nice people.

Unbelievably convenient for them. Father had his BMW serviced here because it was leaking oil, took them over the weekend into Monday to fix the issue, come to find out there was rod knocking when he started the car. This was not there when he took it in. He had a brand new engine. Utter BS. Could you provide shoddier service you crooks.

Dennis ,Norm and the entire staff here will figure out your vehicle issues and give the most courteous service .I bring all of our cars here when they have issues. They have serviced my 2001 Jetta turbo diesel, 2006 Lexus and Honda. Rudy is one of their excellent mechanics and can figure out just about any problem.They may be slightly higher on the price scale than some shops in Pueblo,but you will have the peace of mind that the job is done right and they are not upselling you on things you dont need done. If you have an imported vehicle that is fuel injected this is the best shop in town in my opinion.

I stopped in on a random walk in, I needed to get a rounded off drain oil drain plug removed and a trans/differential fluid flush! They got the drain plug out and changed my fluids in the same day. About 2 hours is all it took. 150 bucks latter and I was on my way!Outstanding service! My car needed a new timing belt,water pump, thermostat and radiator- its was quoted at 850.00 after 3 weeks of having my car? They charged me $1320.00 for the car to overheat again leaving me on the hi-way just like it did the first time before the $1320.00 in repairs now its been there Again for almost 2 months for them to tell me I need a NEW ENGINE? I have had several mechanics now tell me that had they done the work I paid $1320.00 to fix? It would have never overheated again and blown the motor!! Im disgusted with this place. My only transportation for my son to get to school and for me to drive for UBER- so as to keep a roof over my kids heads! THIS IS THE KINDS OF PROFESSIONS NO ONE NEEDS - And all through Thanksgiving and Christmas theyve given me nothing but runaround. Its been my worst nightmare come true. Now Im sitting awaiting a call from them to see if I can make payments once theyve fixed the damage THEY CREATED! Not once have they called me during this whole thing. I have to call them EVERY TIME.

My parents where ripped off by these scam artists. The original quote was under 800 and then the manager called my father and asked if they really wanted to keep the car or sell it? Strange ? My father then explained that the car was my mothers only transportation and needed it repaired. The manager became upset with this and started to state that it was gonna cost more to fix now and that they needed to do more work on it. My parents are both in There 70s. I think the owners of this place should be under investigation for fraudulent work

Caution! ! Danger ! Over charger!!!I am elderly and on a fixed income.Wanted to charge double what the dealership actually charged me to do the same work. Told me book time was 6hrs labor and dealer said it was only 2.1 hours. When asked about the discrepancy he said well take it to the dealer.Paid the check out fee and left considering myself lucky to still have money in my wallet.

I was told a while back like a couple years ago that I needed a new transmission in my Land Rover. I couldnt grasp the idea of spending 1000s on a new one. I decided to just wait and see what happens. September 2017 I still have not put that new transmission in yet. Im so glad I listened to my gut and didnt jump at what they said in such a time of an essence way. I regret having the work I had done there prior to this. I spent $4000 on gaskets and such and when they said transmission is when the lights came on. Shame on you Pueblo Imports. I take my Land Rover and Mercedes to Colorado Springs and have a feeling of trust. A mechanic can really screw you if your not careful. Get a second opinion, adk questions, use Google when possible. DO NOT JUST TAKE THEIR WORD AS GOSPEL. STAY AWAY FROM PUEBLO IMPORTS.

With one import shop in Pueblo...they are the best bet. Some mechanics will work on your import, but it will eventually need an import mechanic. They are pricey so prepare.

I was driving my wifes Mercedes Benz SL 500. When the idler pulley busted. It was on a Friday at 340pm. I limped it down to Pueblo Imports. I thought it would be Monday before I could have the work done. The crew had me rollin out before 5. Thanks Guys!!!

Problem was only fixed for a month and was over charged then when questioned about it they said they needed extra parts from the price they told me originally. New problems always occur after leaving there! Awful that theres not many shops that fix foreign cars. Would recommend everyone locally to stay away from here!!!

When the VW dealer laughs at the price you guys charged, it must be outrageous! They Misdiagnosed my VW, then tried to charge me labor on their misdiagnosis A job that should take 20 minutes they charged 4 hours labor @125$Never again!

Brought in my BMW to fix an oil leak. The next morning when it cold started, it was leaking far far worse than before. Have to bring it back as they didnt torque it down properly it seems nor did they replace proper parts for what they disassembled. Very disappointed with the service. When I went back the owner and his wife were there and were incredibly rude calling me a liar. Stay away from here.

Ive been a customer for several years, having 3-4 vehicles worked on myself and have sent more than 1 friend with no complaints. The staff tends to come and go as it is in the auto repair industry, but they have always been fair, helpful, and friendly. One time I had a 2010 Jetta towed there after trying to replace the alternator myself. Can you believe you have to remove the front wrap for that? They installed the part I gave them and then had to do it again because the part I gave them was crap. The price was more than fair, and then they helped me get a claim in from OReillys for the bad part. Customer for life...

This shop specializes in the art of trickery. They will incorrectly quote you, or enter your info wrong and call back saying it is gonna be three times as much than originally quoted. Norm, this is the name to watch out for when calling. He doesnt listen even when you repeat something, I said three times my make and model, and he still entered the info incorrectly. This show of incompetence has only driven my fear of letting people work on my vehicle. If Norm cant even do his job competently, then why should you let their shop staff even attempt to work on your vehicle.

I decided to take my BMW and my Land Rover here despite the slanted ratings of this business on the internet. The word of mouth reviews that I had heard in the area were all fantastic, and did not seem to reflect the experience of any single person that I met in the community. Here is my experience:I called with what I thought to be a broken windshield wiper motor, and as an experienced home import mechanic of 30 years, I was almost positive that all 4 of my struts were all but gone on my BMW. I was wrong on both accounts. The retaining bolt was just loose on the wiper itself, and only the rear struts were faulty. The staff at Pueblo Imports pointed all of this out to me, helped me to understand what the vehicle really needed, and then they also reviewed with me the research that they had done, on thier own mind you, as to the wiper system and how it worked on this particular model. My vehicle came back tidy, I turned a torque wrench on all bolts to double check the torque was proper, and inspected all of their work, and guess what??? The internet reviews were completely wrong.The staff at PI treated my wife and I with a family style courtesy, and respect, and I thought it was REALLY cool that they bring thier dog to work with them, as the pup looked old and happy, and the simple fact that they cared more than to just leave it home alone speaks volumes to their caring nature.So, we experienced quality work, a VERY fair price, friendliness and an overall personable and caring staff. I just left there in my wifes LR and same experience again!Ignore the negative reviews and give this place a try. We are really impressed! THAT DOESNT HAPPEN OFTEN!

This is by far the worst mechanic shop I have ever been too. First off I bring my car to get diagnosed, they tell me the worst news I could get. So I had them fix every single problem that they could find with having money as no worry. They took over a month to do all repairs which u didnt mind but to do all repairs professionally and right. 24hrs later after driving the car started leaking oil like crazy and I live 2 hours home, they did not want to do anything about it until I brought the car back up. So I did, after leaving the car there for another week they get into an accident with it, and are not complying with my insurance company and want the car off the lot. BY FAR THE WORST SHOP EVER!!

I always thought pueblo imports was an exceptional place to get work done on my Audi TT, until now. They have had my audii tt in their shop since July 25 2012. When I picked up my vehicle last week on August 24th, 2012, I noticed a huge scratch and dent on the side of my vehicle. The owner of course, refused to admit that it was their fault or responsibility to fix my vehicle. After arguing, he agreed to take it to Paintless Dent Repair to get it fixed. After two days, their front desk lady calls my fiancee and tells him that Paintless Dent Repair couldnt fix our car and that the paint that scratched my car was latex paint. (They cleaned the paint off when I picked it up today) She said that it was our fault and we needed to fix it ourselves. She used profanity talking to my fiancee and told a complete lie about my fiancee showing the mechanic that dent and scratch. She then hung up on my fiancee when he corrected her and continued to ignore his calls. We have a receipt from when we picked up our car and it says the mileage out, but not in. We brought our car their with half a tank of gas and when we picked it up, it was on 0 Miles. Somebody had been driving our car. My fiancee and I are currently talking to our attorney about this issue. We reported them to many agencies. Dont ever trust them with your vehicle.

Paid top dollar to get motor mounts fixed. car was making banging noise ever when I make sharp turns or reversing with wheels turned. I today took my vehicle to another mechanic to find out that the previous mechanics that changed my motor mounts (pueblo imports) left a old mount in the car causing this problem.... very unprofessional...

Very poor reputation. Took my Jaguar there for service thought brakes rotors were bad estimate $830 called Colo springs Jaguar brake job only $572 from a Jaguar dealership. Come to find out Car never needed brakes like pueblo import suggested. Jaguar said wheel bearing was bad a $380 fix. Dennis the owner, his wife and head mechanic NORM are scam artist dont take youre car there

I got it diagnostic quote for $65 and a towing fee for 50 the price for a airbag changeover was outrageous I got a quote from another company for half the price and now I told them I was going to have them not do the work they told me the diagnostic test now is $125 and theyre going to charge me $75 to install a battery that I purchased do not trust these guys they are liars and cheats
