These guys know their business. Needed the alignment checked on our dually because tires were wearing strangely. Turns out the alignment was perfect and they suggested some other things that might be the issue. Sharp bunch of HIGHLY professional mechanics. If you think you have alignment issues, this is the place to go! Was referred here by 3 other shops that couldnt fit a large dually pickup. That says something!

All I have to say is good things about this place. First time going there and the staff was awesome. They listened, they were kind, and above all actually fixed my truck and gave me options on how to make it run better in the future. Will continue to go there.

Would absolutely recommend Prigmore’s. Nathan and the other professionals there did an amazing job on my 2012 Ram 2500. They were able to get me in same day and take care of my truck. They did a full-up steering inspection and a precision alignment. I immediately noticed their adjustments and it made a night and day difference on my trucks handling. They’re rates are also extremely affordable. I will definitely be returning with any of my steering/alignment needs.

I was so impressed with them getting me in as soon as they could. Within a half hour. They were able to give me a ride home. They called me within 2 hours to give me my estimate of what needed to be done. When they were looking at it and doing it they needed to get it done by the next day. I was okay with that. I was so happy with how friendly everybody was. I was happy that they were able to pick me up the next day to get my car again. Always professional. I will deal with them anytime I need them again.

I had an appointment for a front end Alignment and when we showed up there was a sign on the door saying they had closed due a covid case (an employee we assumed) and would reopen in two weeks. No one bothered to call to let us know. Very disappointing.

Closed because of covid and didnt call me so I showed up for my appointment and to my surprise no one was there just a note on the door, disappointed.

I had a great experience and received amazing customer service from Prigmores. My girlfriends car had been in an accident where it had gone in a ditch. The rear end tires were out way out of alignment. I had taken the car to 2 other places and they said they were unable to do the alignment and that the frame was bent. I took it to another place and the frame measured out normal so they recommended that I take it to Prigmores because it was a suspension issue. I was told that they would put the car up on the rack and call me with a free estimate as to what would need to be done. 45 minutes later I received a call. They said that they would be able to take care of the car for $75 simply by doing the alignment. The alignment was unable to be done by 2 other shops and the guys at Prigmores were able to take care of it. The customer service was great and the price was even better, especially when they could have replaced the whole suspension and billed me for it I wouldnt have argued. Quality individuals I will recommend over and over again.

Prigmores is very good 👍! They have been around for a long time and are honest and affordable. We are having our struts replaced which were absolutely shot. They are doing the alignment for about $65 on a 2011 Hyundai Sante Fe. They showed us where the rattling noises were coming from before giving us our quote. The labor for installing new struts seemed reasonable, $225. I knew our repair would be somewhat expensive but this place is reputable and fair. They treat customers great too! 💪

Honest, friendly service. Got my alignment checked after getting new tires and turned out that I didn’t need an alignment after all. After a quick check, I was back on the road, and they didn’t charge me at all. They could have easily charged me, but they didn’t. It’s nice to know that there are honest mechanics around.

Veteran Friendly. We had to have most of the front end done. When we came in to pick up the truck they gave us a discount. My husband asked about what it was for and they said “we noticed the Veterans plates”. Most places you have to ask for it. Theres good and bad. 1st visit, they changed $1800 of parts on my truck. I specifically asked them to check some other parts (f. shocks) to see if they would get by until my next visit. I was told they were perfect and they didnt need changed. In the following month one shock failed and caused some collateral damage. So I rescheduled and asked when I rescheduled if they needed part numbers or dimensions for the shocks. Told NOPE, we got it. Went in for my appt and was told they cant do anything today unless I get the parts myself. I found some parts identical to what I had on the truck already and was then told they wont fit? A day wasted right before a big trip. Their name and rep is why I went there to begin with. The specialty shop (Wicked Rigs)I went to costs about the same and had my parts ordered within an hour of leaving Prigs. Sorry guys but, not cool...

If I could give them a million stars I would because Ive never had better service elsewhere, even when another shop messed up my vehicle they fixed it, did it right, where up front and honest with me he whole time and their prices are always reasonable. Hell, its more expensive to change the oil in your car then it is to get a standard alignment here. They are friggin fantastic!

I never have any issues with this business. Ive taken my 1969 beetle and 96 Mazda to them and they did a great job on both! The beetle was terribly off after replacing to front end and they got it aligned near perfect in no time. They are a great, friendly staff that value their customers.

I was told by a local dealership that I needed an alignment, but I didnt feel comfortable letting the dealership perform the work. I had been told by several people that Prigmores was the place to go. I scheduled an appointment at Prigmores, I was told that everything was perfect on my car and in fact DID NOT NEED an alignment. They shook my hand, I wasnt charged and went on my way. Its so nice knowing that there are honest, genuine business owners still around. Brought my buddies 96 ravy to Pigmores and wala!!! 65.00 and a half hour later we were in and out !!! Called on the Friday before and scheduled for a Monday at 10:00am and we arrived 15 minutes early and got everything ready paperwork wise ... We then took the dogs on a walk to the nearby Walmart and when we got there and got drinks and began to sip them away a call comes in and ready to roll !!!
