Weve had our truck there twice and very satisfied both times! Our truck runs like a dream! Always very friendly. Plus, its walking distance from our house so, convenient too! And always, its urgent when we bring it in and its done quickly! Even with everything going on, extended shipping, covid, everything, theyve gotten us back on the road and we really appreciate it!

They broke my door handle, stole my jewelry from my truck. Charged me 100 to diagnose. Tried to charge me another 700 to fix my truck. Dont ever go near this place, they cant be trusted.

The staff were friendly and to the point about my problem. They made a logical recommendation to scrap the car and even bought it from me. They were also flexible with my schedule to get my things out and bring the title.

Been taking cars here for years, and Rich knows his stuff, and always does great work. Prices are more than fair as well.

No one likes to have car problems. Especially as a woman, but when I took an older car in with problems he was honest and helpful. I made the choice to not repair and he took time to recommend some dealers in town. Hes done the safety check and helping with getting newer used car purchase inspected and repaired. Fair and honest I feel and as a woman who is not knowledgeable in car mechanics also took time to explain and recommend options. Would recommend this business.

Went to take my car to them because the brake and battery light was on figure it was the alternator. They call told me my engine had no compression and they found metal shaving in the oil. They told me the engine was no good something went wrong internal. So I figure I sell the car right. Sold it for 300 bucks to a friend at work. It end up being the alternator. It was a 04 altima so I gave a nice car away. Now every time my friend park next to me a feel like the biggest fool on the planet. Then a charge a 100$ for them to tell me a lie. I call them told em my story. Manager told me he believe me but he was sorry they go through a lot of Mechanics. You think he at least he offer me my 100$ back but nothing. Told me if I ever need some thing done on my car he take care of me. I would never take my car or any body car there they can keep there free service. WARNING DANGER if you want to buy a new car then give your old away for nothing go to them and you to can feel like a fool.

I had them work on my Acura before(Front Brembo Brake Rotors and Steel Braided Line on all 4 corners) and they did a fantastic job. This time, I bought a Whole Brake Kit(Cross Drilled and Slotted Rotors and Carbon Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads. Minus the Calipers) and Steel Braided Brake Lines. These guys didnt disappoint. They do not warranty the parts and I expected that. I was just paid for the labor. Got everything done in a day. After completing the Break-in Procedure, My Brakes are performing a lot better than expected. A Special Thanks again to Anthony and the Mechanics at Ark Automotive. You Guys are Awesome.

I have came to these guys for years and they have always been very fair and honest, however recently the work has gone into the ground.. they destroyed my suede interior because they refuse to put plastic protection on the seats..not one but twice.. then they strip a bolt out of a NEW water pump and dont tell me about it I have to show up because they dont return my phone calls just to find them trying to hide the situation. Then on top of that the old part is sitting on my seats. When you say something to them about it the ignore the situation and act as if it never happened... His younger son Johnathan then runs his mouth on social media and you would think his dad (owner of the shop) would put a stop to it but ignores the situation like they ignore proper care of your vehicle. I will never go back..

Good guys but prices they charged me 300 for a alternator and found that I had a bad brake line and wanted to charge me 500 plus more jus to fix the brake line so 300 plus 500 plus it could cost more down the line so about 1000 or more jus to fix and alternator me one brake line on a 04 Yukon Denali wow how do people sleep at night lol well I guess they sleep Confortable if they get people like me to pay those prices but they are good people jus not good on your pocket if you are jus trying to get brake line fixed

Ordered the wrong part the first time. Took an extra 3 weeks to get the part in, didn’t call me like they said they would. Dropped car off at 9 am and was told they would be done around lunchtime and would give me a call. They never called and they close at five. Not great customer service when not actually at the shop.

Have never repair something that didnt need it. Totally trust them!

Cant stand this place, there up all hours of the night making noise with the cars and trucks that have load engines. And peeling out up and down the road.. I wish they would move there business elsewhere.

If you have beef with an individual that was 17 at the time gives you no excuse to trash someones business, that business is someones life blood and supports their family and provides a great service to the community.
