This place was very professional and very knowledgeable, I went in to get a truck alignment because I had a lift done. Romero worked on my truck and was very friendly and professional after wheel alignment showed me the statistics on the computer where the alignment was off and that he would take care of everything, after instead of joy riding like wheel and tire world, I told him once u hit 75mph truck would bounce so I got in truck with him as he took it on highway down a couple exits. Truck runs so much better and smoother. Waited about an1hr- 1 ¹/². Had my truck lifted at wheel and tire world, Was 2 months of bad service. While here at Nates I asked Romero questions about the lift and he gave advice.I will deff be bringing my truck back there for future services. They definitely listened to my needs and concerns, and made me feel comfortable.

I blew a tire and came here on several recommendations. They got my tires on very quickly. They were very honest in replacing them. I brought two with me and was able to purchase two new of the exact tires for my Yukon. They were very helpful and professional and good prices for the new tores and service. I will use them again.

I wrecked my front end during the last snowstorm, got quotes from other business saying I need more parts than I did. Joey took the time to take a good look at the damage and realized not everything was broken and only fixed what needed done. His labor and parts prices were the same as everyone else so I know he didnt gouge me on price. He saved me ALOT of money by checking things out before quoting me. I would recommend this guys over and over again.
