Had my truck towed in with more then one problem its a mess but they got the parts and fixed it and looked the truck over to let me know if there was anymore issues I like that and Tyler was very nice and friendly and helpful good guy everyone I meet there was really nice good job guys. I live an hour away but I will be going back when my cars are having a problem.

These guys are definitely the best, prices are beyond Fair and more importantly there honest.

What a great auto repair shop! We were on our way home to Texas after a vacation in Breckenridge when our car broke down south of Pueblo. We had our car towed to Troys the next day and within an hour we had a diagnosis of our car repair. After an honest discussion with us, they advised us that our car was not repairable and did not charge us anything for the inspection and diagnosis. They even advised us on where to purchase another car and were very understanding of our needs. Highly recommend Troys for all of your car needs!

My sons Pontiac was worked on at this shop. It was dropped off to have the timing redone. We received the car back and were assured that it had been running excellently since the work was done. A few days later my son had a serious loss of power and it was idling rough. We took it to another shop to have the work doublechecked and the second shop we took it to checked it over and found metal shavings in the oil. The owner Troy is the one who did the timing on my sons Pontiac and he didnt do it right. The motor went from being perfect to blown in less than a week. When I went back and brought up the issue with them, his son asked me where my receipt was, and informed me there would be no way of doing anything and that the receipt was the only record of the work done. They destroyed my sons car and wouldnt take any responsibility for it. This shop doesnt care about its customers or whether or not their vehicle runs after they have received payment. Proceed with caution... You may no longer have a vehicle after visiting them!

Broke down by Troys Automotive. Most shops wouldnt even look at a vehicle and diagnose the issues at no cost. Troys did and took one look and knew what was wrong with my vehicle down to a glance at some bolts & knew right away they were not for my car. The quality of care, performance, timeliness, professionalism is absolutely phenomenal at this location. I have so much to say and just do not know where to begin. I am so grateful for these men and I will always refer and go back to Troys. I felt at home, respected and treated as if I regularly get work there. They squeezed me in and kept the job phone on them while everyone worked to keep up with demand and did not put me to the side. They very well could have car was unable to drive. A place that takes pride in their craft, cares about their customers and it shows. Best customer service in years!! I am blessed and so grateful to have found yall. The business was pretty good. I had fell into a ditch on the highway and damaged the front end of my vehicle. I called and they were able to get me in next day. They replaced my tire rods , control arms and did an alignment. They did their very best to be patient and professional with me to answer any questions because I dont know anything about cars. When they were finished with the work they showed me what I think was the tire rod which was suppose to be straight but was Bent like a boomerang. If I had one wish , it would have been awesome to have my tires rotated with my alignment. Another mechanic checked the front end and said the work was ok. I left thier shop with my check engine light on but was not able to address that issue at the time. . Overall I felt Troy vujcich did the best they could for me. Thank you.

Troy was very nice and straight to the point. He fixed the issue promptly. He also recommended other work but did not push it like some other business would, which showed he was still looking out for his customers and not just trying to make a sale. I was recommended this place from someone else that took their car here and was not disappointed.

These guys are the real deal. Their entire family has been in the business for decades. They always tell you like it is and never try to fluff you. When we first opened our dealership we tried several different service repair shops until we found these guys. Great guys, salt of the earth!

I didnt know who to trust with my issue and I called up Troys and spoke with Tyler. He said it would be no problem and once I got it in they handled it. My vehicle had to stay overnight and Tyler personally gave me a ride home. I cannot thank them enough for getting my car back on the road..and for going above and beyond!

Good guys. We came from out of town & they took great care of our diesel. We thought there was a problem after they were done and they pulled it back in and checked it out again even though they were about to close with no problems. I had an excellent experience with my dads 2001 car, I was taking my parents for a ride to get them out of the house. The car stopped on 1-25 call Troys and they sent a tow truck to where we were and towed car to Troys shop. The price was very reasonable. I will continue doing business with Troys automotive. They did great work. There was a slight miscommunication with a previous job, but they were quick to resolve the issue. I recommend going to them for service.

Today mr. vigil approached me and stated that he only drove his car for thirty days after my shop had repaired it. It has been over a year since we worked on mr. vigils car, even after his cursing at me and my employees I tried to help him out, said I would stand behind all work done at my shop. The problem is he brought his own parts for installation and I can not warranty them, so now he is making fake profiles as MISTA TRUTH and THIZ THIZ, this is the one thing I can not stand about google reviews. Truth is this customer tried working on his car with his buddy, bent all the valves, we towed it in, gave him excellent service and a fair price to fix it, he wanted to use his parts, and this is what happens more often then not.

Thiz thiz and mista truth are spam from mr vigil, he brought his car in over a year ago, supplied his own parts, import auto my neighbor, is fixing his car and told us its a part failure from timing belt tensioner. Mr vigil came in today upset and cursing showing no respect, for the truth in this matter call pueblo imports I just talked to them and got the truth.
